I have had the best service EVER with Burgarello! I have had them install twice for me. I have always had amazing service and fantastic people. Leanne was my first contact and she kept me up to date on everything. My technicians were always fantastic and helped me figure out all that I needed to know to run my system. I had a billing question yesterday and was able to call Christian. My questions were answered and I am square! Thank you Burgarello! YOU ARE SO AWESOME, and I feel safe!

I have this company as my alarm system provider for about 5 years for now.On my business location about 15000 sf and my home .I asked them several times to fix some of the sensors and the guy who showed up had really really bad attitude.I wanted to change them several times but I was under contract and later I just got busy and I didnt change them which was a big mistake.Couple days ago I asked them to come to my home to fix a sensor which didnt work and we couldnt set the alarm. They asked for a $99.00 fee and I told them after so many years of paying every single month I thought it would be nice to wave the fee.A lady on the phone said that we have to pay I told her I will change them and she said ok.Simple.Well today I had my house burglarized and I lost lots of electronics and jewels and a professional photo camera and a tv and other stuff.I let you think if it is worthy to invest your money in a company like that.Check out IAlarm and see their reviews.I will sign up with them.Please do your homework before you spend your money and loose your peace of mind. The service at BurgArello Alarm is not good. Messages left with the receptionist never make it to the assigned technician, even in the case of theft!! I wish I had never signed a lease agreement with that company... Very poorly managed.
