I called Williams after being referred to them by a neighbor to see if they could take a look at an issue I was having with my alternator on my circa 1972 17 foot runabout I/O, which most boat repair shops will not touch. Harvey said that they could take a look at it the next day. I dropped the boat off and got a call later that afternoon saying the issue was fixed. When I picked up the boat, Harvey explained how he was able to diagnose the issue, explained how he fixed it, and showed me proof that it was fixed. We also discussed how he might be able to help me with any future issues with the boat. The cost was very reasonable. Harvey and his crew were very helpful, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. One company told be there wasnt anything i could do to save my boat, after 2 weeks and and a large sum of money.
