I loved this place! The ambiance was like stepping into a room full of gurus! All they’re makeup looked robotic, silver today girls ? Yes silver. This was a while ago but it still comes up all the time in my head. Didn’t buy anything.

MAC and I have an exclusive relationship thats lasted nearly 2 decades. Their products are amazing in quality. However, I gave only 4 stars because of the makeup artist/esthetician who assisted me; she seemed like she was being forced to be there. MAC associates should be as enthusiastic as their loyal costumers, factoring theyre ambassadors for the brand.

I had a great experience today with Jessica she changed my image in a second I now feel more confident about make up she show me lots of techniques on how to apply and blend my makeup she made me feel so good about my skin texture and eyebrows she is such a sweet patient person we need more people like Jessica in Mac store I dont really wear make up but guess who shop at Mac .. thanks to Jessica I love make up now and recommend people to come in and try just a lil and youll end up loving it I SURE WILL BE BACK THANKS JESSICA 😊💄

My go to makeup usually. Definately one of my favorite brands. I buy enough that I participate in the membership program, and recycling plastics. Heck yeah Ill save my plastics for a free lipstick! (Normal price $20-25 for a full price lipstick.) Always plenty of staff to help you out!

MAC is MAC lol. Its makeup. If you know makeup, this is the place to go. If you dont know makeup, prepare to be overwhelmed. I love playing in makeup and trying new things. I am by no means close to an expert. Its important going in to any- stand alone- MAC store that you find a MUA that will be patient with you. Sometimes the artists in the store can move really quick. I find it helpful to let them know upfront that I need them to take some time with me in order to get what I need or have them explain how a item works.

They did a great job on my daughters makeup for her senior portraits.

I got black eye pencil from MAC and been told its matte and pigment. Its not pigment and am not happy with it. I got another black eye pencil from chepeer brand and this one was so pigment and the black colour is dark and nice

Arrived at the MAC store at Arden Mall about 11:15 on Tuesday 1/6/2015. Was pleasantly surprised that there were very few customers in the store, as it is usually crowded, and that has discouraged me from even going in, in the past,. So I thought great I wont have any trouble getting assistance ...ha. There was one other customer in the shop plus myself, and 3 MAC clerks. The young black MAC clerk looked over at me and my friend and by the look on her face we could tell she wasnt real keen on assisting us, but she walked over without a smile and asked if we needed help. I said yes Id like to see 3 particular lip sticks. She pulled 2 that I wanted and said the 3rd was out of stock. Then she walked off. I stood there looking at the lipsticks and decided Id buy the two but she was in no hurry to come back and further assist us. SO, I decided hey with her attitude I will just leave and go to Nordstroms to get my MAC items. Which I did, and I ended up spending $140 at the MAC counter there and received great,prompt with a smile service and was not made to feel like I was a bother as a customer. The MAC store lost $140 due this clerks attitude and Nordstroms got my $140

Walked in with the intention of buying foundation and lip liner walked out empty handed do to lack of customer service.. when store was not even busy at all.. girl tried to sell me some foundation that ddnt even match my neck, and when I asked about the lip liner she did not even try to be like here let me have u try it on .. walked out to sephora and had excellent service staff there sharpened the lip liners for new person to use and sold me one plus matched me w a foundation after couple of tries... loved her effort in trying to satisfy customers. P.s all that makeup mac girls be wearing and cant even match customers w the right color foundation 🤣

Ok so Im not that old, (30) and totally understand that this next generation really loves their technology, as do I, but when you (Ashley L.) are helping a customer at a Nordstrom Mac (or anywhere for that matter) please, for the two minutes you are with them stop texting your boyfriend. Its so disrespectful. Looking at your phone while a customer is talking to you really just says, I am an entitled spoiled a* hole. Make eye contact, smile, pretend you care about your job. Life will take you so many beautiful places if you show respect to others.
