Maybe let people know you don’t sell to just anybody upon entry so you can avoid people coming in the store looking stupid. Thanks

Worst customer service everrrr…

Customer service was excellent

I’ve been here twice and both times have not been a great experience. The employees are not friendly here and they are rude. Every time I would ask something they would reply with an attitude, rude, and make you feel like you don’t know what you’re talking about. Definitely not coming back. Completely different from the Truxel location where everyone is friendly and helpful.

From my experience here the people who work here are rude and not friendly at all. The last time I stopped by I remembered why I dont come here. I think I worked in customer service long enough to know when I am being talked like I don’t know anything. Definitely not wasting a dime here.

Great customer service here. Sales associates are really friendly and helpful. You have to be a hair dresser in order to shop here. They kindly have a sign on the door. The store is a little small. But very organized and neat. :)

The best experience ever!!! I will forever continue to go an hour out of my way for THAT store, out of 4 other local Comso stores around me.. The customer service that is provided is truly such an uplifting experience in a whole. The first thing i noticed for the first time walking in the store was the energy the lady provides you as you walk through the door she is kind, and super welcoming! When I needed assistance, she gave me the best product knowledge and shared her own personal positive experience! This is also by far the cleanest store I’ve seen! Everything is always perfectly placed on the shelves, and if for some reason the product you’re wanting is out of stock, the lady takes down your info and calls you when it arrives, which is SUPER helpful!!!! No other stores are this great with heir customers! Honestly I’m baffled this store has ever received a negative review! I wanted to hug the lady as I left with how nice she was, it’s not every day you met someone who truly knows how to treat a customer!

This stores staff are super friendly. I drive to this location rather than the freeport location. Never had a problem at this location. Girls are knowledgeable about their products.

First ever bad experience with the staff. I was made to feel like an intrusion into their day and rushed to make a decision on my purchase. If they are there on any visit hence forth I will take my business to Salon Centric

Variety of products friendly staff ok prices good location could use more parking but all in all Im satisfied.

The customer service here is lacking. The prices werent marked on some of the items and the lazy cashier was leaned up on the counter doing nothing. I was irritated by her less than enthusiastic attitude while she appeared to be doing nothing but holding the counter up and looking down her nose at me...ugh!

This place seems to almost always be out of stock of the sale items...its frustrating for the customers and the staff. The corporate office needs to ship sale items from the ad before its released not after...seems like a no brainer.
