Summary: False Google posting, impatient ownerMy Experience: 11/1/2020 This is the second time I couldn’t find this barber shop. The first time the owner informed me that the Google address posted was wrong and that his shop is on “L” street, he also said I couldn’t attend my appointment because I was late (looking for the shop). I then scheduled a second appointment and went to “Sola Salon” on L Street, the establishment posted as the exterior of Immaculate Cuts Barbershop. Needless to say the doors were locked so I attempted to call the barbershop only have the phone get picked up and quickly hung up. Word of advice to the owner, update your businesses information on Google and work on customer service, I’ve worked with disaster survivor victims with more patience. You cannot blame customers for not arriving due to your own negligence.

This was my first time visiting Immaculate Cuts Barbershop but it will not be my last☺☺☺Torrence did a great job cutting my hair. He listened to me as I explained how I wanted my hair cut and he delivered!!! I was very pleased in fact that he is opened seven days a week and that I could get a haircut on Sunday!!! I was very pleased with my visit!!!

I called to schedule an appointment and they told me there was no need just walk in. I told them I would be there around 3:30 and they said fine. I arrived at the barber shop at 3:30 as we agreed and they turned me and another customer away saying they wouldnt have time. There was only 1 person getting there hair cut at the time they turned us away. 1 of the barbers said to come back tomorrow. If the shoe was on the other foot would he come back tomorrow ? I will find another barber shop and hope whoever reads this review does to.

T had awesome attention to detail and made sure I was okay with everything every step of the way. I love the faded part he gave me! 👍👌

I was waiting outside his barber shop. And I had appt @ 10:30am And he never once ask me, if I had appt with shop . Just make sure if your waiting outside his shop. Tell him U have appt... Never will go back....

Very professional good with cutting childrens hair too. Accepts walk ins and open on Mondays. My son has a nice clean cut.

I wasnt satisfied with my haircut from Torrence. I told him to cut it wavelength, which means dont cut is so low that i lose my waves. You can imagine what he did...

Dropped in yesterday great atmosphere...Torrence did ah great job left feeling refreshed will be going back😌

T was amazing and hooked it up in Mothers Day. Not only was he able to accommodate me last minute but held a great conversation about sports. Best barber in town!!

Worst haircut ever. I had bald spots and missed spots of long hair. The barber obviously didnt know what he was doing. He didnt do anything I asked and shaved my hair on top like he was giving me a old man bald spot. Im very dissatisfied and would never recemmend this place to anyone.
