Do Not deal with Tony - he is a real fraud tries to extract as much as money upfront and then change the service at the last moment. I ordered a sign face replacement to a agreed price that included installation on the sign board. There was a background color change for with he charged $100. Later he asked me to send the address to mail the faces where as the order clearly states it is a install! This business is a Fraud and I will be reporting to the authorities!
