THIS COMPANY IF REALLY BAD I BEEN ASKING AND WAITING FOR A REFUND LIKE A MONTH AGO, YOU GUYS SOLD ME A TURBO THAT WAS DAMAGE REALLY BAD COMPANY. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU GUYS DONT REFUND MY MONEY.

Ordered parts based on their part numbers, but what they shipped were different. Russ said ok to return, but once they had the parts back, said Ferrari would not take the parts back, so I could pay a 40% restocking fee, or wait until they sold them again. I said fine, refund me minus the 40% or send me back the parts. Now 6 months later and I have not seen a refund, or my parts. We are a European repair shop and will never order from them again. Now taking legal action to recoup our monies. Neither Doug nor Russ have been any help !!!

I ordered some (what I thought) were minor parts on their website: a oil sump plug and some stickers. No confirmation email sent and no communication what-so-ever from them for a whole month. Since I didnt need the parts super fast, I didnt think much of it.I called them on a Wednesday...a month after ordering and they said, oh itll be sent out today or tomorrow and we will update the website you used to order with a tracking number. I waited until the following Monday and still no tracking number. I called them again the following Monday and they assured me the order would be shipped. Instead, it was canceled! They never reached out and just canceled my order.Bottom line: Save yourself the headache. Dont order parts online from Ferr Parts or Ferraripartsexchange if you need them! Order from a more reputable site like Algar Ferrari, Ricambi or Scuderiaparts.

Not cool. Had an option of buying a new hub carrier but would take 2-3 days longer to ship or a used one they had that would ship “same day or the next at the latest.” I settled for the used one because I needed it sooner. A week went by, no tracking, no calls, nothing. Called today and was told the part hasn’t even shipped yet... the salesman on the phone: “I don’t know what the other salesman told you, but it wasn’t me.” Umm... but you’re one company. As a business owner myself that knows customer service, this is pathetic. These cars cost a pretty penny to even keep at the dealer, so waiting costs a lot of time and money. No courtesy call, a WHOLE WEEK!

Russ was great to deal with - he helped me with my mclaren and got all three parts delivered in a few daysim super impressed with you guys

Russ & Tim the owners are scam artists.Beware and stay away from buying vehicles and parts.Bought parts that were damaged, poorly packaged, and to top it off they were the wrong part number.Tried to explain and show proof, they ignored me like i was just a number in their scam.

Super helpful on the phone. Knew the parts and how they go together, so could answer all my questions about washers, what tends to break on the clutch master cylinder, etc. And even though its late in the day its still going to be at my door in 10 days.

Bought parts over a year ago. Several werent need and body shop sent back. Russ stated he would sell and send money. Ive tried contacting them for months now about status and they never respond. Will probably have to get legal with them to resolve.

Just got a 348ts not long ago and been dealing with Panu there for a bunch of parts. Hes excellent to deal with. Highly recommend these guys, especially Panu!!!

Wanted to do zero stars. Do not touch these guys. I bought a spare part which turned out to be faulty. I returned it to them (from overseas) and they have refused to refund the 2.5k cost.Going down the legal route as well now.
