I purchased an Infiniti QX60 from The Niello Company about a year ago and was extremely excited because the car is beautiful, and runs amazing. Last month another vehicle hit my car and I was devastated about the damage. I immediately knew that I wanted to take my vehicle to The Collision Center because of their amazing customer service and quality of work. My Estimator was Mike Cook and he was extremely professional, and provided me with frequent status updates. The Technicians did an amazing job repairing my vehicle and I want to be sure that they receive acknowledgement for the work they performed. Chip Moore the General Manager was also extremely professional and made sure that I was taken care of the moment I walked in the door. Everyone at The Niello Company was extremely pleasant and I understand why one of their Core Values is We enthusiastically value our customers. The Niello Company was absolutely amazing.Job well done!

Niello stands behind their quality and warranty! I had body work done back in 2014 and moved out of state. A defect developed early 2021 and I called the insurance company, who wouldn’t help. I called Niello and was very impressed with Mr. Moore the GM. He called the insurance company again on my behalf to try and work with them. When they declined, he then found a local shop for me to get the work done and covered the repairs at no cost to me. He stood behind their lifetime warranty and responded quickly to make things right!

This place was SOOOO slow and we waited weeks for our car to get back for a minor coolant issue. Could’ve done it myself in that time. The people were not nice over the phone and were unprofessional about keeping us informed. Don’t come here. Goats hate niello collision center

It is very stressful to be an an accident. I was rear ended while leaving a parking lot. I am so grateful that Jeff at Niello Collision Center helped put me at ease. I was told that the work on my vehicle would take 2-2.5 weeks. Little to zero communication has led me to entering my 5th week without an end in sight. I dont recommend this place at all. Unprofessional and blatant disregard for the customers own schedule. Thought that using Acura would be good because I have one. Nope.

Overall good experience - Robert and Chip did well to take care and go the extra mile in repairs and final finishing. Only one less-than-pleasant person I met in the office, cant hold that against the rest of the team. (A note to the business - dont assume everyone you deal with is a average customer, take a moment to say hello and learn your client)

Ive been here twice. Both times the staff was empathetic and actually were concerned with helping us fix our issues. The quality of the work is superb but the customer service was beyond exceptional. I was having other issues along with the main reason i was there and they actually went above the call of duty to help me troubleshoot my issues.As far as collision repair goes, they repaired our car and blended the paint so well that i can not see that there was ever damage to begin with.I would highly recommend this shop especially if you want the job done right. Expect to have great customer service and let the stress go.Chip **** you also get two thumbs up - my family thanks you ****

I had an amazing experience with these guys fixing my 2013 Touareg. They are a VW certified repair facility and the level of quality shows. Communication was awesome, and the repair work was phenomenal. The paint matched perfectly down to the factory orange peel. I am blown away and would not hesitate to use them again.

Ive taken my BMW here in the past and it definitely was an overall disappointing experience. Let me start with the positive. They do good work and I was happy with how the car looked once completed.Now Ill let you know about the negative. They are seemingly disorganized and very slow during the process. Many of their employees who answer the phones are rude. One employee actually hung up on me prematurely today when I was updating information for an estimate for new damages on the same BMW as mentioned above. I called back and spoke to their GM Chip about this unfortunate incident and he basically called me a liar. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.The hard truth about this business is that they like to low ball their insurance estimates. My prior(4 years ago)original estimate was under $10,000 and then it somehow ballooned to over $20,000 in the 3 months it took to finally complete the job. They call themselves the experts, but dont seem to know how to properly initially estimate the damages. I find that hard to believe. I think it is likely that they low ball estimates so that insurance adjusters wont determine your call a loss and not permit them to do the repair job. It is an unethical tactic and very unfortunate. If you dont mind putting up with all the B.S., then you should take your car here. I probably would have been happy with the work once they completed this job, but sometimes valuing ethical businesses are more important to me and I have ended my relationship with them for good.

My original review, submitted on 4/1/18, addressed my unpleasant experience with Niello Collision Center regarding an employees poor customer service and lack of respect. The following day, I was contacted by the general manager, Chip Moore, apologizing for my experience with the company. Chip took the time to investigate the situation prior to our conversation, and he spent time explaining to me what corrective action was taken as a result of my review. I truly felt as if Chip was sincere in his apology and I trusted that he was honest in his attempts to make sure that future clients receive excellent customer service. Although Chip could not fix the negative experience I encountered as he might fix a repair, Chip did what he could to make the situation right, and I greatly appreciate his efforts.

You will not go wrong if you bring your car into Niello Collision for repairs. They perform great work and the process is managed impeccably but their well trained staff. I worked with Mike Cook. He was outstanding. He personified customer service and kept me informed every step of the way. I hope not have another accident, but if I do my car will be back at Niello.

Went in for a quote on a rear quarter panel repair for my beloved Dodge Challenger. Accidents happen. Ive had the unfortunate occur twice. Niello did the repair in a timely manner, offers an excellent warranty on their work. One would be hard pressed to see what work was done as things look as good as new. The repainted areas are flawless, and the detail upon returning my vehicle excellent.

I had an excellent customer experience at Niello Collission Center! I needed the bumper of my Porsche Boxster repaired (instead of replaced) and was at first a bit worried if the paint would match the rest of the car. It turned out perfectly! Kathy Ramirez kept me informed throughout the process and always made sure I was aware of what they were working on and when the car would be ready. She also took great care of communicating with the insurance covering the claim. I would highly recommend Niello Collission Center for any car. There is also an Enterprise rental car station right across the street which makes it super easy to drop off your car for repair and drive away with a rental.

If you have any issues with delay in your car pickup please dont waste time in waiting and speak directly to the manager( Chip) who will solve your problem instantly. Review rate is for the swift action we received from him in solving our delay and getting our car fixed in time. I had my 2017 SUV listed on Craiglist for sale for 16.5K about a month ago. Their team texted me to see my car for a estimate. I asked for an range so I would not waste my time or theirs. Their range was $14K to $15.5K as they told me Carfax show a prior accident on the car. Back then I was not willing to go that low.I contacted the agent earlier this week to see if the offer is still good and if I can have them buy my car (about the same millage at this point). We made an appointment for today. I live in Elk Grove and assumed the place is in Elk Grove. After checking with the agent, found it it is in Arden Way; I asked the agent if I can just take my car to Elk Grove, but he mentioned it has to be in their office at Arden Way as they had a special event and multiple companies (including KBB) will bid on my car.After driving in traffic for an hour, he drove the car for 5 minute and inspect the exterior of the car. He then started working on computer for next 20 minutes at which time I asked if they can just do the mechanical inspection at the same time to save me time. At this point another gentlemen (who appears now to be their store manager) told me the car price range is between $13K to $14K. When I asked what changed since a month ago, he told me Carfax shows an accident (which was already known over a month ago when they gave me a higher range)I left and called their main office in Sacramento for a complain. I was told Peter one of their VP will call me to discuss the issue. Since then I received a call from their Elk Grove office, very nice gentleman who agreed with my complain but said someone else would call me.I finally got a call from the their collision Center (Buy Back office) and spoke with the manger who offered my the $13K-$14K. He tried to explain to me the misunderstanding and the fact that price dropped over a month by $1500 as we just changed season!!! This phone call and explanation was more insult than the original low price.Please dont waste your time going there for a car buy back estimate. I understand that dealers always buy car as low as possible, but they need to be honest and provide the proper estimate before expecting a customer to drive to their shop. Also when they promise that Peter their VP will cal within 2 hours, that should obviously take place rather than having the same person who you had issues with calling you. Thank you.After my first review, David Long (VP) Reached out to me, listen to my concerns, indicated that this will not happen again going forward. Great guy who really cared about their service.

HorribleI am very surprised this happened to me.I have a Porsche GTS suede interior and leather. Ive always try to go to a dealer thinking they have the most knowledge when it comes to your car. This facility is Porsche CertifiedI had an unfortunate incident where my car ends up at Niello collision. They complete the necessary repair. Michelle calls me and says my car will be ready in the afternoon after she inspects the work.When I get there Im immediately focus on the fender cover. Someone scratched a figure 8 into the plastic. I ask for the keys every alarm light on the dash comes on with errors. Thank you Porsche Burlingame for fixing my car the way these idiots at Niello Collision left it.Thats not all remember Michelle inspected my car before releasing it to me. Greasy hand prints all over my glove compartment and dashboard. “light Leather I get the car home, opened the rear door to put my luggage into the car my neighbors come running over because I yell like I am injured. There is oily dirt on my carpetIm just wondering what I did wrong to these people to do this to me.When I get back from my trip. I had to ask them personally, did I do something or offend anyone at any time in this office. My reply was no. Of courseThen I open my rear door and ask why would you do this to my car.My reply was they can fix it. Which they did.I doubt anyone would experience what I experienced but I just needed to share. I pay close attention to reviews.FYIIve been having problems on that car ever since. Im assuming it’s a coincidence.

This place has the worst customer service and courtesy. Went in to get an estimate and was greeted by attitudes. Especially the old women in front desk was extremely rude and acted like I was a bother and was not helpful at all. Had to leave. AVOID. If they don’t care about customers how would they take care of your car?

My recent experience that could have and was turning into an absolute nightmare due to my insurance companies beyond incompetence, when Jerry Wing at Neillo, who was keeping me informed every step of the way, stepped in. I was at a complete impasse and stand still with my insurance company. It was going ballistic, attorneys were about to get involved and I was headed to the DOI. Jerry continued to to work on my behalf with. I have no idea what he did but I get a call from the insurance company all of a sudden and its all settled and my rental car is extended. end of story. If it was not for Niello and Jerry I would be in a bad situation without a car and who knows when it would get fixed. Its amazing how a company that does such great car repairs and could have easily said not my fault went the extra, extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. if you want it done right and the best repair and service anywhere in the area, Niello is the one (I would see Jerry) - this by the way is not unique. I have had our cars (wifes Lexus SUV and my BMW Z4) in at Niello several times and will never go anywhere else.

Absolutely horrible place!!! Avoid any and all repairs whatsoever. Brought our 1999 BMW 3 Series that was rear-ended to them for repairs. Customer service was off to a great start with clerk but all down hill from there. Worked with Mike Cook and he never called back or followed up when he said and spent more time doing his job than my own. Top it off with when my insurance company totalled out the car the shop fricken "LOST" my car stating they don't keep record of who picks up cars from their shop. These jerks have made a simple process into a 2 month long nightmare and battle with insurance company who won't cut replacement cost check till car is found. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
