They delivered our Big Green Egg as scheduled. Gene was helpful, kind, AND patient as he taught my husband how to use the Egg that was a surprise gift. His unhurried demeanor made for a terrific experience for us. Can’t wait to trade grilling recipes with him!!

Disappointed with this store.Ordered a Miele dishwasher from AA Appliance after being told that they would have it in stock in a couple weeks. It took a few months instead and communication was poor along the way. I agree that AA Appliance cant control when a manufacturer sends a unit, but I feel that they knew it could take longer and said it would be a couple weeks just to get the sale.Now, 9 months in, the dishwasher isnt working. This is not AA Appliances fault, but when I called I was told to call a repair shop and they gave me the number. I called and was told I needed a repair reference number. I called AA Appliance back and they gave me the order number. Called the repair shop back only to be told they dont work on Miele machines. Called AA Appliance back got another repair shop number - contacted them to be told that I needed to set up the warranty repair through Miele. How does AA Appliance not know that?!Staff there just want to make the sale and be done - I will never shop at AA Appliance again - and I am sure they could care less.

Contacted A&A to see if they had a Miele dishwasher in stock because I could not find one anywhere locally. They had the product that I wanted. I went online, paid for it and had it delivered to my home by 2:00 PM the same day! We are are extremely happy with A/A Appliance and will shop with them again.

A&A Appliance is great! My product was delivered quickly and as promised. They also were fantastic in communicating with me throughout the entire process.

I purchased my sink and faucet from A&A. My sales associate was knowledgeable, and spent time answering my questions. I am not a person of wealth. I am always looking for the best deal for my money, and will save for quality items that are important to me. Im really writing this review because I had a question about a range and looked up the phone number to call A&A. I do read reviews. A few years ago I made a conscious decision to only shop with reputable people, you may laugh at that, but it is harder than one would think. I read a review that reported the sales associates being arrogant, not knowledgeable, and disinterested. I was disappointed. That is not how they made me feel at all. As I said, Im an average person. They did not treat me with any less respect than the impeccably dressed, obviously wealthy couple that were appliance shopping while I was there. I am saving for a particular range, and when Im ready, I know I will shop A&A first.

From start to finish you guys have made this very easy, from the first day of coming to the store to my recent delivery. Seriously want to say thank you for having outstanding customer service. Thanks again Scott, I will recommend you guys every opportunity I get.

AA Appliance is a 1st class business from the beginning of the order to the end. We worked with Jim who explained everything in great detail, was extremely efficient, had our order in stock within a week of 1 fridge and 2 dishwashers. He never failed to communicate and kept us updated regularly.The delivery person was Gene and he is a true gentleman, very kind, extremely careful with the goods and explained everything necessary in detail. Gene is the guy that you see in a T.V. Commercial representing a certain company and you say to yourself, “Now THAT’S the guy I want delivering our appliances!”

We love the refrigerator, had a little trouble with getting it off demo mode! Seems like it is going to be really nice.

I’ve been thinking of upgrading my Big Green Egg for a while now and thought what the heck. I called in looking for pricing but got more... which as an Egghead (Scott). Scott was super friendly, he was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We actually just had BBQ talk, so I went for it and bought the new egg. On delivery date, I was excited for my order to arrive and got a call from Gene. Gene (a fellow Egghead) greeted me with a “congratulations on your new purchase” and stated it was a sweet package I was getting. When dropping it off, we talked about the Egg cooking experience and how it brings people together. Honestly, I am beyond happy with the service I got from Scott and Gene. Thanks Eggheads!

Wonderful experience so far, we called and had our Miele dishwasher ordered and shipped to us within 4 days. Scott helped us with ordering, and Gene delivered to our doorstep, with a pristine box and unit. No scratches, he inspected previously and had me do the same to make sure I was happy. And SHOWED UP ON TIME! Highly recommend them, thanks so much!

I ordered a BG3000C filter for my kitchen sink water dispenser. Within a few moments, Dan from A&A Appliance emailed me that the filter I needed was backordered and he wasn’t sure when it would be available. He offered me the next filter up for the same price. He sent the measurements to make sure it would fit under my sink. When I told him it had enough room, he sent me the filter, again, with no extra charge, then he followed up to confirm that I had received it. These are the types of stores I love doing business with and I will continue to go to A&A Appliances with any appliance needs I have going forward. Thanks A&A.

I had problems paying online so A&A texted the invoice to me with a link to pay for it. The vacuum was ready for me at the time I said I would be there to pick it up. They were so helpful and very nice.

We bought a Miele dishwasher from A&A, with help from Marcos. The dishwasher wasnt in stock, so Marcos told us itd take about a month to come in - and it did! Installation was a day or two later. Very pleased.

Working with A&A Appliance was easy and seamless. They made scheduling of the delivery a piece of cake. Gene was on-time, professional and courteous.

Products were delivered on time and in a caring manner...Gene, the delivery guy, was friendly and handled duties very well.

We purchased a washer and dryer from A&A. Were told by, Aron, theyd be in in about 3 weeks. 4 weeks later I called in to check. Aron was too busy to come to the phone. Left message. Over the next wee I left 5 messages for him. Never a call back. I called and tried to get someone else to check on delivery. Was put on hold and never gotten back to, twice. Talked to, Aron, he said that he had talked to supplier and they were in transit and hed call when they were in. Two weeks later I went in to see if any news because I couldnt get a call back from, Aron, again. He told me there was a washer on a truck for delivery but no dryer. I asked him to deliver the washer. Got the washer two days later but it didnt work. Aron called repair. Repair came out twice and replaced parts over a two week period. They had to order more parts. Tried calling two weeks later to find out about parts. Finally went in, again, and talked to, Scott. He checked and called me back. Was told that they would probably order me a new washer but would check on that. Huh? a week later I got a message that the washer would be here in two weeks but the dryer was in. Finally, 3 and a half months AFTER our order was to be here I have a functioning washer and dryer. No apology or any word from, Aron, or anyone from A&A for the delay or for having to go to a laundromat for almost 4 months. Horrible company and service. I get asked for many referrals, in my job. The only time I will mention A&A in a referral is to refer people away from them.

Sales team was very helpful even when dealing with multiple sales staff. Deliver person was excellent, friendly and made the experience simple.

In need of a new dishwasher I visited the showroom of A & A Appliance in East Sacrameto, Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful to me selecting a new Miele dishwasher. Scott referred me to Action Appliance a Miele factory certified installer the install was clean and professional they even hauled the old dishwasher away. I don’t normally give reviews of purchases but in this case the entire process went very smooth It was job well done. Having had other great experiences with Miele products in the past it was an easy choice and this new dishwasher is by far the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned.

Staff was unfriendly and arrogant. Worse yet, they’re just sales clerks and they are no more knowledgeable than sales clerks at Home Depot or Best Buy, where appliances are MUCH cheaper. No need to go there. The installers they recommend, however, were superb.

Service sucks. We were willing to spend money on a high end range, but no service. One guy was on google earth and the other one was busy too. I asked a question and I got a quick answer and that was it.

Wow. Like a breath of fresh air. I worked with Aron to purchase what we now refer to as The Unicorn - our Sub-Zero wine fridge. He was friendly, helpful, RESPONSIVE, knowledgeable and a true representative of customer service. Not to mention, he was dealing with a person that had been SO jerked around (yeah, thats by you Masters Wholesale) that I was NOT an easy customer. I quickly thawed with his patience and understanding of what I was looking for -oh and he listened and didnt lie to me! He found out the real delivery date (i.e. based on facts, not something out of his butt -again, no thank you Masters Wholesale) and let me know what else I needed to get my precious installed. Our wine is chillin like a villain and I couldnt be happier with the whole experience. So very grateful, and hope to do business with them for anything appliance related.
