We live in Cincinnati and visited the Yardbird showroom on a trip to Royal Oak. Leigh was very helpful answering questions and making recommendations (also had a free beer!). All the furniture was very well designed and built. We did not purchase that day, but contacted Leigh via e-mail once we made a decision on what we wanted and she e-mailed a quote immediately that we could use to order online.We ordered the rectangular fire table and four Lily chairs with cushions. The furniture shipped on time and delivered within four days from the Minnesota based warehouse. Since we live in Cincinnati, I had to assemble the fire table. Everything was packaged well to prevent any chance of damage. I had one question on assembly of the burner for the fire table which was easily answered by the customer service department. Otherwise, assembly on the fire table was very easy. There was no assembly needed for the chairs which is a testament to how well built they are.We love the look and versatility the table provides on our covered patio for all seasons and the chairs are very comfortable.Start to finish we were very impressed with the entire Yardbird experience! Wish I could give a better review. Furniture was delayed well beyond the initial date quoted and then only part of the order arrived. Using the website to track delivery is impossible.The furniture itself is fair. The pieces of the couch don’t exactly line up and from the side or behind always look out of place. I expected for the price and “white glove” delivery the pieces would actually have some kind of fasteners to hold the piece together, not a snap on clip. The clips fit so loosely, nearly every day that someone has sat on the couch you have to adjust every piece to make them straight again. The fire table got a scratch from a beer can. Not like anyone was grinding the can into the table, it was over the course of the night as guest were enjoying conversation. I just honestly feel I could have gotten furniture with a similar quality at a better price.

EXCELLENT, QUALITY furniture AND customer service!!!We had just about given up on finding outdoor furniture this year when we came across an ad for Yardbird. We immediately set off for the store to find not only beautiful, but AVAILABLE outdoor furniture sets. The representative that greeted and assisted us was Jay. He was extremely patient and helpful as we used the layout design board (crucial for a visual learner like myself!), to pick out the best selections for our space. The furniture was delivered a few weeks later and we quickly realized we over-ordered. No worries though, Yardbird had an easy NO HASSLE return policy, and we were able to bring back the unwanted piece and get a refund. Its been 4 months and we are extremely happy with the quality of the furniture and have received many compliments. We would happily recommend Yardbird to anyone in need of outdoor furniture for their home.

Fire pit table makes it complete! Been about a month. Love this furniture. Incredibly comfortable.

We purchased an outdoor table set and an outdoor seating set from Yardbird this spring - both look beautiful and were delivered earlier than promised. The metal finish is very attractive, especially with the aqua pillows and weve received a lot of compliments. The salesperson was super helpful and considerate. The delivery guys were also great. Were happy with our purchase and highly recommend Yardbird in Royal Oak!

We went to Yardbird for an aluminum outdoor patio table and 6 chairs. Their products were in the ideal value niche for us. Better quality than the home improvement big box retail stores, but lower price than the specialty boutique furniture. I also like the choice simplicity. There isnt an overwhelming number of designs, or colors. Lead times were a little long, but thats expected these days.

I have been looking for a new patio set for about 3 years and am so happy to have found Yardbird. Their Royal Oak showroom is beautiful and the staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. From ordering my new dining set to receiving it Yardbird has been excellent. The customer service is top notch, the set is absolutely beautiful and its built to last!

Great in store shopping experience. I was concerned about the shipping and what might happen but was pleasantly surprised when the furniture arrived early and was packaged so well. Nothing was damaged. So now I’m enjoying my new, comfy patio furniture every evening.

You cant do this online. We needed to sit on the furniture to see the quality. Weve had too many bad experiences buying on line. Jacob and Robin were helpful and knowledgable. We talked it out and they were able to suggest things that did not occur to us. We are happy with Yardbird and feel we got a good value for our money.

We love our yardbird table, bench, and chairs. Appears to be high quality (we have only had them a few months, hoping they look this good for years!) Comfortable chairs and cushions. The only problem we have had is the chairs dont slide in and out easily on our wood deck, so we bought a rug and its a little bit better.

We visited the Yardbird store to see the furniture in person. Friendly helpful staff. We even found out the set we were interested in had storage compartments we didnt know about! We love our new fire pit lounge set. It transformed our back patio. Dont forget to get the covers when you order. They are very easy to put on and off.

Loved visiting the Royal Oak store and the quality of furniture is excellent. The delivery and clean up from assembly was also great. The only negative part of my experience was that our bench was back ordered even longer than the original order do we had to split the order delivery. Last piece just came which was about 10 weeks from order.

Great store. Easy to navigate. Simple offerings made it lees confusing.And big perk, it didn’t take till end of summer to get the furniture. Sales person was helpful and delivery was seamless too.

I purchased my sectional at the beginning of the summer and have loved it all season. I have found working with the sales staff at the store & customer service to be a pleasure. The furniture is well made and when no other store could make a promise to deliver, they did.

While I ordered online and didnt actually go into the store, the customer reps were very responsive when I had a few questions. After I received the furniture, and was very pleased, I had trouble with some of the covers blowing off and they sent me bungees and clips almost instantaneously. The furniture itself is amazing! I was very nervous ordering it unseen, but I couldnt be happier. Love that the chairs and couches stack and the cushions are light but firm.

I’ve visited the Yardbird showroom in Royal Oak a few times and have found the staff - especially Leigh - incredibly nice and helpful. They helped me space plan, compare options, and make multiple orders. In my opinion Leigh has gone above and beyond to make sure my many questions were answered throughly and promptly - in person and via email. We’ve received our Eden dining set and love it and are awaiting delivery for a sofa. I would highly recommend the products and showroom experience!! Very happy to have them in Royal Oak. The covers are awesome and absolutely protect our furniture from the torrential rain that’s happened in Michigan this July.

Ordered Langdon Loveseat set with swivels. Very happy with purchase especially swivel chairs. Ended up buying covers for the seats to save time when it rains.

Yardbird was a one stop shop for all of my outdoor furniture needs. I did not have an idea of what I was looking for, but their associates worked with me to come up with a design that fit by backyard and was in my budget. I really appreciated their attention to detail.
