Very impressed with the quality of the bakery. I had my wedding cake made and delivered by Holiday Market. I originally chose them as a vendor because they were the cheapest and the sample cakes at the tasting were still very good. After the wedding I had multiple guests come up and tell me how delicious the cake was. The wedding planner at Holiday Market that I worked with was very friendly and quick to respond to emails. The cake also looked exactly like the pictures I sent. I was very pleased with this company and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Thank you for getting lamb shoulder again. As economy rebounds, please focus making fish even fresher. I know you get fish 6 days a week fresh, but there seems to be a vacuum in super high end fish market that you could fill

I was very impressed with the qualities of groceries they have! Large fresh selection of produce. Various quality deli items. Large cheese selection. Large candy & snacks selection. The deli was fairly busy when I visited. At first, I was discouraged when I had to take a number however, these people have a system down! They are fast and get through the customers in a professional manner. My number was quickly called. Bathrooms are available for customers and I was impressed with how clean they were! Staff was smiling and friendly. Thanks for the pleasant shopping experience guys!

We had been working with Ellery and her staff since March 2021 on our perfect wedding cake. No one knew the cake was styrofoam! The sheet cakes that were prepared for the guests were flavorful and moist. Id highly recommend them for your wedding cake or any of your bakery needs!

This is one of my favorite places to find quality craft beer, as well as lots of imports. Their selection is top notch. Holiday Market also has tons of freshly made foods and is a great place to go if you need a meal for all occasions.

Great grocery store with loads of fresh foods. The hot deli is pretty awesome too. They offer plates and I got sliced ham off the bone, corn and mashed potatoes.

We dont get to Royal Oak often, but when we do, we stop by Holiday Market. We love their brisket. Always tender. Theres a great selection of grab and go meals and snacks, something for any level of hunger you may be experiencing. Today we ventured even further into the market to gather a few other grocery items. Every employee we came across was amazing. They wore a smile, they were helpful and polite, even when a few of the customers werent so much. I also need to call out Scott and Nate. They made an excellent check out team and we appreciated the their efficiency mixed with some light conversation. We cant wait to get back again.

Holiday is a great local market. The veggies/fruit/meat selection are great and fresh. Prepared foods are always good. Love the wine and cheese selection as well.

Any time I am near and then heading home, I always stop. They have the best flowers. I also like the bakery and different individual quiches and entrees to take home for meals. One of the largest fresh fish and deli counters around. You can find some items that you can even find at Westborn Market. The prices are higher on regular groceries so I just get flowers and other stuff that I treat myself to.

Irene did the flowers for my recent wedding, and I cannot say enough good things about her! I was debating about now having any flowers at all, but my mom talked me into it. She found Irene, and I am so glad she did. Irene was professional and helpful through each of our meetings. I didnt have a very clear vision about what I wanted, so I put a lot of my trust in her. She did not disappoint! She did my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, and our chuppah. Every piece she provided far exceeded my expectations. I received SO many compliments on all of the flowers, and if I needed florals for another event I would book Irene in a heartbeat! Thank you to Irene for making our special day even more amazing!

Came for Mexican layered dip and Halloween sugar cookies and walked out with nothing. Had to drive to Royal oak for nothing 👎

We shop here 1-2x per week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks. I stopped cooking at home, because why bother spending three hours a day in the kitchen when we can buy the pre-made dinners that will taste better anyway? The cashiers are always fast & efficient and weve never had a problem, so five stars is deserved.

Very disappointed with the last cake I purchased. Price has risen considerably and the greeting or message that used to be added onto a nice piece of white chocolate is now a very ugly piece of white styrofoam. Looked incredibly cheap not to mention thats actually flammable and must be removed before adding birthday candles. Really spoiled the look of this expensive little cake.

Store service has been going down for a few years... Management is either to scared or to busy with other complaints to reach out to customers...even when the customer service person asks if you want to be contacted.Meat dept: boneless skinless looks like its either pre frozen or whoever packs it puts to much heat on the shrink-wrapper...chicken appears whitish/gray and is hard rubbery texture (on many occasions brought it up and nothing was corrected..)Ground beef: 7.99 Creekstone looks like great some days and others looks old... Better to restock fresh than have it sit out and oxidize... I mean ground round should never look better than ground sirloin...Do everyone a favor and get back to quality, everyone used to talk about...Oh and reach out when you say you will.

Friendly staff, bakery is great and deli. I just feel its overpriced. I usually go in just to grab a few things I might need quickly or specialty. If I was to shop for all items necessary my bill would be too extreme. However still a nice place.

Really good prepared food section; reasonably priced and high-quality. My only beef and Ive gotten burned on this lately a few times, I go in to get hot food or salad bar at 7:20, 40 minutes before they close and both are shut down. Really? You advertise youre open until 8 but the part of the store youre most known for sure isnt. Very disappointing and now I find myself going there less and less. Dont understand why everything isnt open until close. Im sure because they have to break down but why does the customer suffer for that. Break down after closing which is normal practice. Dont get it.

Holiday Market continues to have employees that always go above and beyond! Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help with whatever you need. Not to mention the owner is often there, greeting customers and helping direct them towards what they’re looking for. Their alcohol selection is the best anywhere in the area and they have a large section of premade food, all of which is delicious and convenient. I would highly recommend Holiday Market to anyone!

Specialty market. Wide selection of cheeses, fresh meats and vegetables. The bakery is eye catching. Checkout the hot food area. Ample parking. Welcoming staff.

On Saturday July 7th 2018 Holiday Market created this amazing sushi cake for my brothers wedding!! Leanne(Bakery dept) and Brian (sushi dept) were absolutely wonderful!! This was honestly Perfect!! The sushi was fantastic and the creativity was more then amazing! I could not have asked for better service,quality and creativeness from anyone else! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Leanne and Brian you are simply the BEST and I am forever a dedicated customer ! You are ROCKSTARS!!

Let me just say I truly am so thankful for the bakery staff at holiday market royal oak. Planned a baby shower and received a phone call from the bakery I initially selected 4 days before my event advising me that they could not make my cake. Went to holiday market and couldn’t totally order a custom cake but the manager assisted me with the closet thing to custom. The cake actually turned out way better than the one I was initially going to get. Thank you guys so much for your professionalism and accommodations.

Amazing selection of produce and goods. What really stood out to me was this sandwich, “The Woodward”. The man who made this sandwich, Bruce, is truly a sandwich whisperer. It even says so on his name tag. The best sandwich I’ve had in my life, seriously. Thanks Bruce!

Enjoyed a very interesting Italian cooking class.

The space is very tight and the setup is not great for navigating with a cart. The prepared food area was a nightmare of trying to get in and out without being in the way. Also, prices are what you would expect for a premium grocery store (kinda high).Still, the beer and wine selection is great.

It a fabulous place, with organic, specialty, homeade, and one of a kind goods. The prices are sometimes higher than what you would expect, but the quality of the products are very high also. There is a fresh meat counter, with very large cuts of meat, and seafood. A fresh bakery, and cheese hut, a full line deli with cooked items hot and cold. There is an extended section of local made and imported micro beers. Many different brands and flavors to choose from. They also have Liquor and fine wine. This store is a delight to visit and find that special something you just cant find anywhere else.

Holiday market is one of my favorites. Their wine selection is unmatched. they have a huge selection of prepared foods that are delicious. The liquor section is huge, and there are people constantly available to answer any of your questions and to make recommendations. Overall it is a little pricey, but the quality and selection are excellent.

This market used to be my everyday place to shop when I lived in Royal Oak. I could stop in daily for fresh food and not worry about having to keep a fully stocked kitchen. They always have whatever item I might need, however obscure the item might be. The greatest thing is shopping during a holiday, when there will no doubt be one of the family members there to wish you a happy holidays and also assist you find anything you need. There is always a great guy in the wine shop that can tell you exactly which bottle is dry and which bottle is sweet. He knows exactly what to serve with exactly what you have picked out for dinner, just show him, I have never left with a bad bottle. I havent even touched on the bakery but they use real buttercream, the cakes are delicious. The meats, are fabulous, even though that is not my thing at all, they have helped me prepare them for others and I have not lost my touch in preparation! Seafood is really great and they will be honest with you and tell you which is the best buy for your money, I learned a lot about the new terminologies that some other places use that they dont hide behind! Like anywhere you go, you get what you pay for!!!
