They have the best polar bear ice cap hands down. They are fast and friendly.

Food and drinks are just as good here as they are at their location in Detroit! Not as busy and everyone is friendly.

Barista stood there doing I don’t know what, no one else there but me… minutes passed… then she turned and said if you want to order something you need to come over to this register. How about, I can help you over here? I DID want to order, but - I won’t be back.

What a treat to have in a boutique grocery. Sometimes you dont get the best quality at coffee shops inside retail locations but this is the exception. The employees were patient and helpful when I acted like Ive never been in a coffee shop before and just stared at the menu. The coffee is exceptional and I was blown away with the goat cheese/ tomato toast. The bread is crispy yet soft, tomatoes are fresh, balsamic and goat cheese was high quality... and FRESH basil. Yes please! The barista even did a gorgeous flower design on my coffee. Made for a perfect morning :) Thank you for a great experience!

Nice cafe, staff is great!!!! On Wednesdays the sushi is $5 at the sushi bar. Love the atmosphere!!!!

The reason I am rating this a 1 star is because I have gone to several of these claims to be great lakes coffee, but often it never is. Its usually just somewhere they sell the coffee, not make it. The royal oak one was straight up a parking lot... I keep finding myself excited that theres a great lakes coffee, other than the Detroit location, but its all lies &disappointment! They show pictures like its a actual coffee shop, but it isnt, its nothing!Ill end on positive, I love yalls Chi tea lattes with vanilla&lavender; but Detroit is far, please get some more REAL coffee shops nearby. Thanks. ❣Update, royal Oak location is real, but the GPS does a terrible job getting you there.
