They have a lot of yummy things here.(๑♡ᴗ♡๑)Salad/Olive bar is open now.You have to be really mindful of prices though. Yummy sliced watermelon was only $2 but they shockingly want $10 for 4 donuts and $5 for a tiny bottle of Fry Sauce.

I couldnt wait to get off work today so I could rush over to the bakery to buy me a fruit tart. While I was deciding what fruit tart to pick Donna asked me with a friendly smile if I needed any assistance. She was so pleasant to work with and I appreciate her positive and Friendly attitude. I love everyone in the bakery and all of their tasty treats. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit the bakery to experience great customer service and to pick up a tasty treat.

First time and last time shopping here. Their meat department was horrendous, raw meat bits and goo and juices everywhere on the shelving an packaging,  I against better judgment,  bought some chicken because I didnt want to make another stop that day and when I got home it smelled so bad and was very slimy.  Right to the trash . I did bring this up with a front end manager but I think this is such a health hazard that people should be aware of. I dont know how they have not been shut down from the health department. I sure hope they got it together for the sake of customers. That is a viral or bacterial outbreak waiting to happen with all that cross contamination.

Just went in for a snack. Went in through self checkout I only had cash. Sara who was monitoring the self check out, quickly took me to her station and rang me up. That’s top notch service and I am very impressed.

I shop here often. Yesterday I chose to do self check-out. Because of my physical disabilitys I was having issues getting items to scan. Sara the clerk was quick to help and bag my purchases and put then in my cart She was amazing and personable. Thank you for her remarkable service.

Harmons! I love your Deli food, but everything is sooooo salty! Maybe you can adjust the sodium levels and I can give you 5 stars. I really do love your store and Deli food. Just end up throwing a lot away because of how salty it tastes. Especially your ranch for veggie trays and your pasta salads.

Having moved to Riverdale in June from Virginia Beach, I have fallen in love with Harmons (Roy). It is always clean, well-stocked, and carries so many products other grocery stores do not. Customer service is always top-notch.

Harmons is great if you are looking for high end products like cheese, fresh baked goods, etc. I especially enjoy the selection of exotic and imported cheese.There are vast selections of artisan products, like oatmeal, but no bulgar wheat, so dont expect to find what you need for sophisticated recipes.The store frequently is out of stock on sale items as well as commodity items like store brand milk, butter, and bread.Some products are overpriced, ice cream is twice the price for identical product at nearby groceries.There is a new bulk section. There are no real bargains and the only bags available are ridiculously smaller which takes away the bulk benefit of reduced packaging.Staff is generally attentive but not annoying with fake cheerfulness or forcing conversation which I especially appreciate.The store is not handicapped accessible from nearest public transportation stop. Numerous displays as well as the service counters in the bakery and deli are not accessible.

I love Harmons. They always have a huge selection and large variety of groceries. The prices are definitely not your big box super mart but the local feel and friendly staff is always a delight.

Ordered a cake from here for my sons preschool graduation. They did a perfect job on the decoration! I love how red they got the frosting! I have ended up with pink frosting a few times but this one was vibrant red- perfect. The marble cake tasted good, and the dark chocolate ganache was great. They did forget the raspberry filling which was a bummer, but overall Id order from here again.

The checker assumed my wife was a child while I was away grabbing something and made a rude comment to that effect. Not professional and frankly rude. Ask for an ID before you assume someone is 14 years old when theyre actually 10 years older than that.

Me and my husband have had a bad two weeks he just recently lost his job and I had an interview today for a potential job at Mckadee. We went today to get two litter drinks to celebrate my potential job the customer in front of us paid for our drinks, don’t know who you are but thank you so much for your kindness will pay it forward in the future. Have always had positive experiences like this at this location, thank you who ever you are you don’t know what the small gesture did for me and my hubby

The consensus for most Working Class Utahns is that Harmons is one of those stores reserved for the elite class that tries to appeal to the working class but once you see the prices you scram. And its true. Never found anything affordable here, just because it says Utahs Own, doesnt incentivize me to buy it more. That doesnt validate the product to be 5X more expensive. At Good Earth a few miles down in Riverdale those products are shipped from Hungary, Russia, and other places thousands of miles away if its 10 or 20 dollars more of course it has to be its expensive to ship it that far, if anything it should be cheaper since products are produced here in Utah and are locally sourced. But regardless Ive hardly ever come back except my few times where I was turned off by the prices and marketing tactics which felt unappealing and rude.

Sara delivers the most genuine, friendly customer service every time I visit the store. I am super bummed when I go and she isn’t working.

Ordered the large crossaint party tray from the deli and 2 dozen cupcakes from the bakery. My experience couldn’t have been better. The employees were all prompt and professional and the food was a huge hit at the party. Not one sandwich remained! Well done Harmons👍🏻

I called Harmons and spoke to a guy in the meat department named Cody who said I could come in for some beef plate ribs. I drove to the store and Cody wasnt there so I talked to Miguel who didnt know what beef plate ribs were and told me it was probably the same thing as a tomahawk ribeye. He said hes been here a while and hes never seen beef plate ribs. I dont know what kind of confusion is going on here but Im pretty upset. On the bright side, I just saved myself about a hundred bucks.

Nice store. Lots of variety. The deli food is really good. Lots if different kinds of cheese. They have things no other store has.

I’ve shopped at Harmons for many many years. The workers are always very friendly and helpful no matter which area I’ve shopped. The cashiers consistently ask if I found what I needed and have conversed about products I’ve bought, a product they want to try, etc.I appreciate the variety of products and the labels for organic, local, gluten free, dietitians choice, etc.I’ve recently started using their eShop which was straightforward and simple. I loved being able to choose how ripe I wanted things like bananas and avocados.

Ill never shop here ever again. I give this location a negative 5 stars. The employees here are so rude.

The employees are rude!!!! I came in today, got what I needed and went to the register. 2 employees were in front of me checking out which is fine. But to sit and talk to each other and take youre time is rude!! Another employee opened a register, looked at me waiting and never said a word. Wouldnt make eye contact, say Im open, nothing. Ill never go back to that store!!!

I was quiet impressed with the staff at the Roy Harmons. I didnt have much time to spend in the store. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help. I said, Sure, Im looking for a specific product. I was escorted to the aisle and shown a variety of products. Another employee joined us and gave me some advice on the product. I was also given another option that I hadnt thought of before. I thanked both employees, grabbed my product and headed for the check out. I didnt have to wait in line and was out the door in ten minutes! Keep up the great work! I will be back to do more shopping here!

Jessica in the flowers was friendly and amazing. As well as Jerri. I ran into her and she helped me find flowers and I met Jessica. She is awesome and made me keep coming back to Harmons!!!! Go Jessica! You rock!!!!!

Very nice clean store. A little pricy when compared to others but the prepared food is really good. They have a really big salad bar with sushi and a wide variety of options. Theres always a line at the deli which always smells fantastic. Would enjoy a beef option for soups but other than that a nice little store.

Mason and Ashley in the bakery saved my twins 1st birthday special day and they deserve to be recognized for their excellent customer service. I had preorderd my twins smash cakes and sheet cake from smiths two weeks in advance and their printer wasnt working and they called me just two hours before I was supposed to pick up the cakes and told me they couldnt do it. I called around to other local places and reached Mason and Ashley at this harmons location in roy and they said they would love to help me and could have it ready and hour before the party. They did an amazing job and they were so kind and understanding! I have done customer service for 12 yrs and I know what awesome service is! They are amazing! Thank u for your kindness!

Love the selection and quality but very pricey.

Everyone in the store is so friendly and always willing to help. I love that the cashiers always great me by name. The gentleman outside by the gas pump are always so sweet. Today he could tell I was cold and was struggling with something. My tire light came on in my car. He was so sweet and finished pumping my gas and then helped me put air in my tires. I know I spend a little more here but the quality and how I am treated is always above and beyond. I am a customer for life!

I love all Harmons, but Roys Harmons is exceptional! They have the best staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have AMAZING selection for gifts, floral, bakery meat, produce, drink.. everything really. Their deli is food is so good! They feature different things and the chefs are very talented. The new gas station has the friendliest people and they keep it exceptionally clean, like the whole store. Harmons is higher priced, but its worth it. You pay for what you get!

I love Harmon’s! But it is to expensive for my everyday shopping - I have learned that I need to do my everyday shopping at Walmart and then come to Harmon’s for specialty items. I also get caught up in their wide variety of plants, flowers, decorations, etc. They for sure have it all and the customer service is great - so friendly! It did bother me that they are still requiring masks 🙃 so I won’t be going back for a while and hope they decide to drop their mask mandate soon

I love harmons! They have a huge section of gluten free foods which makes shopping so much easier. They have a wide variety of different flours that don’t contain gluten. It’s always a treat to find something new to try. They also have beautiful fresh flowers.

My favorite grocery store hands down! Everyone is so kind and helpful. The deli know my face and remember my regular order, and are always asking about my day or family or recent holiday.The online shopping is exceptional too. I love getting a personal text from my shopper who will always ask if I need to add anything, and if something needs to be substituted they ask what I would like, instead of just picking whatever they might have. I had one delivery order that forgot to give the delivery driver the ice, and an associate called to apologize and personally drove it out to my house, before I even had the rest of the order put away. It was a huge time saver for me while I was packing for a camping trip.They certainly know how to do all the small things to really elevate a mundane task like grocery shopping. I always look forward to going there!

Cant stand harmons. Products are way overpriced than other stores, and employees are very rude. I also could care less to give my money to a company that chooses to be sheep and shame others for not wanting to be treated as less than because we dont want to wear a mask. Heres a little tip for yall. Masks donts work. The virus goes straight through it and being 6 ft also doesnt work. Started going to Kents and now I can buy more than 6 items for over $100. Way better than harmons.

Extremely unprofessional I cannot believe how rude and ignorant they were to my family when I contacted someone regarding the rudeness of previous visits. And was advised that it would be checked into and would reply back and instead of that being done they were asked to leave the store to being both handicaped and female. Apparently they are also discriminate against women and handicaped people. And there way to deal with either is have them leave the store. Im in complete shock about this whole situation. My daughter left in tears so upset about how poorly she was treated.

Hands down BEST customer service at the Roy Harmons. I will make the drive just to come to this store for groceries. Clean, easy shopping, and great customer service!

Love to look around here but, of course, now only go when theres something in mind that other grocery stores might not have. Many specialty items that are pricier but also the wider selection of items and brands. Now with pickup orders, not inside shopping, at local grocery store for the usual items, it was somewhat of a treat to go inside this store with its variety and nontypical offerings.

The have Umpqua ice cream that I can’t get at smiths. They have a nice seasonal area and products other stores don’t have. I just wish they had self checkout like other Harmon’s do as I don’t always want to have a conversation with a cashier and the smell coming from seafood was way too overpowering for my likes.

They are still requiring masks to shop here as of April 20 👎 I would rather give Harmons my money instead of Wal-Mart but there will not be a mask hiding my smile 😊 and Wal-Mart doesnt make me wear a mask.

I absolutely LOVE this store! They have what others dont. Their Deli actually has DELICIOUS food! Seriously, it is delicious... they will give you a taste, so that you can discover it for yourself. Other store delis have deli food... not even close to homemade. Oh yeah... I drive past other stores and actually drive 15 minutes, to a different city, just to get to this store. I live 5 minutes from 3 other stores.

I love the all of the specialty items that they carry that I can’t find anywhere else.

I have cashed so many payroll checks here, using my Harmons card, its insane. Quite handy for me. This was back when people used paper checks.

AMAZING! Harmons reminds my of an upscale grocery store in Austin, TX called Central Market, this store has it all and I guarantee you youll find it all.

My family and I will never set foot in this place again!! They are rude and don’t care about being in America!! They force people to wear a mask to be able to come in to there store. There are plenty of grocery stores left that don’t require masks. Shop at Smiths or Winagers. Amazing places!

I am exempt from wearing face masks for medical reasons. About 10 minutes ago, Robyn (apparently one of the store managers here at the Roy location) refused to follow the law and allow me to shop without a face covering. She also declined to let me record what she said, but there were other witnesses who saw the exchange. I called their corporate support line to report what happened, the only option was to leave a voice message (which I did). I’ll update this review if they return my call. I’ve shopped at this store my whole life, Harmon’s has the best bakery in the state and excellent quality products - but if they’re not going to follow the law I will never shop at Harmon’s again and encourage my large network of friends and family to do likewise.

This was my first time in this market. Clean and nice selection. The gentleman in dairy who I had a question for was very pleasant. My cashier Dianne N was not. In fact she was borderline hateful for no apparent reason. Not sure I will return to this location.

Was so uncomfortable when the older manager followed me around not a safe place for women.

I am tired of being told I cant shop inside of a store just because they think they will get a fine. They post about requiring a mask, so they have done their due dilliagence. The mandate about fining a business for not enforcing masks is for their employees. E-shopping is not an option for someone like myself who can not handle chemical fumes from sanitizers and disinfectants. I will say Harmons is the first place that said I could request that the person picking out my groceries to not use hand sanitizer and advised that my groceries would be put on a shelf or in cold storage until I pick them up, but what they dont realize is that the fumes from the disinfectants remain on the groceries for hours. I am so highly sensitive that I can still feel the fumes in my lungs even 4 hours later. I was trying to support a business that I know buys from local suppliers. I also still work full time in a retail store. My company knows of my issues and only asked for a doctors confirmation for me to continue to work without a face covering. A business is not allowed to know my medical history and cannot legally enforce something that is discriminates against someone.

I mostly shop at Harmons in Salt Lake valley and I love all the stores . Love the store in Farmington. But the store in Roy has RUDE employees. It’s almost comical on how rude the employees are. I’m torn on give the store one star or a five star because of the employees rudeness. From an employee sweeping the broom on our shoes. ( we did try to move out of the way ) to asking a question .( getting no answers at all until the 4th employee .) it’s kinda funny . But shopping at the other stores this is not normal.

For anyone who was celebrating hearing that Harmons is requiring masks, you should know they definitely are not. I personally witnessed a man be let in after being asked to wear a mask and he said no. When I called to complain, the woman who answered claimed anyone with a medical reason not to wear a mask didnt have to. Never once did this man say his reason was medical, he just said no and was immediately let in. The woman had a huge attitude when I said so theyre not required and she said yes they are, but if people are going to be difficult to which I replied then youll just let them in. Its an optical manipulation to make you think they care - the Roy Harmons most certainly does not and is catering more to this man who walked around fake coughing throughout the store. Reprehensible. I wont be shopping there anymore, its clear where they stand.

Typical harmons, good place to shop pricier though

Harmons has the best produce around, always super fresh and nice. The meat and seafood counter is also one of the better ones around. Prices are a bit steep and they have rather eclectic taste in the rest of their products, a bit of a specialty store but always fresh.

Harmons is and always will be the best grocery store around. They support local vendors and farmers. There is almost never a long line to wait in and they have everything and its all good and fresh! Anytime I am looking for a healthy alternative for my familys junk food habits, I can find it here. It is quite a bit spendy, but that is because of the support for locals I am guessing. Willing to pay for it when I want healthy, fresh, food which, who doesnt want healthy, fresh, food...

Harmons in Roy is my favorite grocery store. The store is always clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The produce is fresh and delicious. The meat is much better here than the much larger, national chain down the street. If the prices were more competitive, I would do all of my grocery shopping here.

Love Harmons or as my kid calls it the bread store. It sure is nice than when we went to the bread store as a kid. Artisan bread Matt fresh, great produce, deli and butcher and everything under the sun. Does your kid have a made up gluten allergy (or a real one)? Harmons has aisles of gluten free stuff for you and now they give you points and cheap has so its basically a Smiths that takes Visa too

Whitney in the floral department was amazing! I had a mom fail and forgot to order a corsage for a high school dance. Whitney was kind, understanding, and took care of us. Stellar customer service!

Employees here all seem very rude. I’m not sure how or why employees like this still have a job in such an environment, but something should really be done to correct this negative behavior, but as of now this is definitely not somewhere that I want to shop for groceries.

Great selection in the deli.Arguably the best around. Prices are a bit higher, but that keeps the walmartians away.If you want top notch flowers at a good price. Use their floral department. We have all our flowers done here. And have never been disappointed.

I loved all the fresh food. I love it when they have the 4 for $20 meat sale. They also have a better variety of hot sauces.

Super expensive compared to other grocery stores! We walked out and went to another store nearby because it was just too pricey. On a good note, they have a whole bunch of healthier options and specialty snacks/ food. I only walked down a few aisles, but they really did have some fun treat kits for kids that Ive only ever seen in Japan and many more interesting things that I wouldve liked to look at had I not been in a hurry.

A wonderful salad bar! I come here for lunch quite often. Great staff, too. Harmons is a little spendy, but I guess you get what you pay for.

This is one of the best grocery store chains in the state of Utah. Every location is kept clean, open and organized. The only reason for this business not getting a 5-star review is because of their prices, as this is not the low price grocery chain. The Roy location has the best flowers within a 20-mile radius. This store also has a loading area so you can just drive up and have the workers load your carts of groceries.

Very nice at all levels of grocery shopping.Full service deli was excellent and I really enjoyed their sushi rolls on my first visit.Check them out if you can and enjoy your plunder.

Best bakery in Utah! The cupcakes, bagels and french bread are amazing. They even have pork roll!!! No one knows what that is and I searched all of Utah- NO ONE had it. Its also called taylor ham. Great breakfast meat. I only wish the Harmons in Ogden didnt close. Please come back!

I enjoy this area because of easy parking and easy to find food. the produce is easy to find and in good quality. i also enjoy the deli section with the pepperoni and ham.

I have been shopping here for about 10 years My son even worked here while in high school. I LOVE this store. I love their friendly philosophy. I love how clean it is and the lay out is intuitive. The meat department is the best! Harmon ‘s makes the best Bratwurst hands-down. Love the 5 for $20 deal they hold periodically. I really like the bakery...yummy artisan bread made right at the store. Adore the produce department. Everything is always fresh and beautifully displayed. I really like the deli too! They keep coming up with new and innovative recipes and I like how they individually pack them up so if you’re in a hurry for dinner and don’t have time to cook you can get their little individual meals and it sure beats take out or a TV dinner. Plus they have a salad bar,, sushi, or pizza ready to go. And their CHEESE! Absolutely the best selection of cheese anywhere...if you’re looking for a specialty cheese Harmons has it for sure. The seasonal section of the store is always really fun too!Love, love, love this store!

No line out front, but navigating this store and prices are ridiculous!!! Needed a cheesecake after driving for an hour, they have chocolate ganache that looks dry and fruit that is moldy, better of waiting in line at walmart.

The smell of fresh food, cheeses and the awesome people make this a great place to shop! This store has a hometown feel and organic market selection. If you have a special diet or like organic fresh food, this is the place for you. The people are friendly that work here too, very down to earth. We enjoy using the book drop to recycle our books and find new ones too. The fresh cheeses are amazing, and the cupcakes are too! We also enjoy their floral section, so fresh and beautiful! If you are in the area it is worth it to stop in.

We always get our prescriptions filled here. James is a great pharmacist and can answer any questions we may have. I also do a lot of grocery shopping here. They have anything you may need.

I love Harmons. This store was very clean and open. Easy to navigate through and friendly staff located all throughout the store greeting you and ready to assist you with your needs. I personally am a fan of their ready to eat meals for 1 or for 2. A single mom like me has a very busy schedule so I love that I can still give my kids home cooked delicious food with Harmons ready to eat meals. Our favorite is the Mac n cheese and the Tuscan pasta salad. I also am a major fan of their guacamole. Its to die for. lol I love Harmons and would recommend everyone to stop in and see for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

I ordered a cheesecake from the bakery, for the first time, for my husbands birthday. One word... AMAZING! That was without a doubt, THE BEST cheesecake I have ever had. I will definitely be ordering it again.

Also great non-grocery items, beautiful florist, gifts, and kitchenware.Drive up grocery pick up, even when you purchase in store.They even load your car! No tips allowed.This quality service is to be expected store wide.The ONLY place that I have found my favorite coffee.Cafe Ibis, delicious, purchased only from small farms, shade grown, non deforested land. THE best fair trade standards.Did I mention DELICIOUS?

Harmons sells the best meat. I love the foodie reward card and all the freebies I earn including the dollar a gallon I get off on my gasoline at their fuel stop. They keep me coming back. I just wish there were more Harmons stores located in the Ogden area.

Called one day before I needed a cake for my son’s birthday party which I was told they’d normally need two or so days for cake orders. I told the girl nevermind then & she took my order anyway & the bakery had it ready right on time the next day for me. I was treated very nicely on the phone & in the store. Not to mention, the cake was SO CUTE! & tasted amazing. 10/10 service.
