Not a fan.I wanted to support a local business close to me ; hours listed online indicated they were open as well as the hours listed on the door. When I arrived in the middle of the day the doors were locked. I called the number listed and the gentleman indicated I would be better served if I went to an additional location 5 miles south. I certainly wasn’t going to chase down another location after this disappointment, I would have waited until Monday if the online information was correct. Took my business elsewhere.

I am very happy with the computer and the deal I got from InVisionComputers. I needed a computer that could do more than your basic every day out of the box computer; I was able to explain my wants and needs with Jason the store owner. He took the time to actually listen andunderstand what I was trying to do with my computers. With thatinformation, he was able to take a brand new very decent laptop andupgrade it into a beast of a machine completely customized for my use.They handled everything and took the time to install the software I useand had it all configured so all I had to do was turn it on and get backto work, and at the end of the day isn’t that what we all want from ourcomputers? I went in was highly impressed with the appearance of this building. The employees had a very happy attitude, a very contagious attitude. My computer was fixed in less than an hour, I barely had to wait. Tucker, I believe was the helper, as fantastic. He understood exactly what I needed. Huge shout-out to this location. I recommend it highly.

These guys are great this is the second time I went in there for help with my computers the first time they didn’t even charge me this time they did all they could and barely charged me anything I recommend them for any computer help that is needed I will continue to use them and they are very friendly and easy to get along with and they always keep in touch with you to tell you what is going on in a pretty fast manner.

Tucker and Bryan have helped me with my computer. I took my Surface Book in a few weeks ago with a virus problem. Tucker took care of it right away and installed their AVG virus protection software. The AVG website sells is for $80 and only a 1-year subscription. Invision charged the same and gave me 2 years! Great deal! I had to bring my computer in for a detaching/attaching issue (my Surface Book has a tablet mode) and they took it in on short notice. Bryan spent a ton of time researching the issue and speaking with me on the phone educating me on what he had learned. He was honest and made me feel very comfortable with their capabilities and customer service. I will continue to do business with this Roy location!

Went in with a virus and they told me I need a whole new hard drive. Got it, and my computers never been the same since. They downloaded a new virus protection that sucks. After talking to other people that have been here, i Think these might be scammers good at telling you extra nonsense is wrong for your money. 3 people told me they are never going back. Be suspect. They act nice but could be foul. Im not sure, though. just be cautious and get multiple opinions.

Amazing work. came in for a custom build and was done in 3 days. would have taken me over a week myself. only place i trust when it comes to tech work.

Took my PC in for a loop repair. Wiped my harddrive while still saving my photos and some documents. Killed any malware I had. Also upgraded me to Windows 10 at no additional charge with Microsoft office. Computer runs like new again. 10/10 experience.

Customer service was great but attention to detail is severally lacking here. First they misdiagnosed/ordered the wrong part which took 9 days to reorder, secondly when I picked up my laptop the mouse pad was not put back in the case properly and I had to drop it back off to be worked on, and lastly when they called me to pick it up again the mouse pad still wasnt addressed because the rep at the time didnt tell the tech. Pretty frustrating experience just to get the power port replaced.

This is the only place I take my Computer! The Staff is well educated & friendly! They do everything they can to help you! Id refer anyone to go there! Great Job Sean Moody

My server went down and I was out of business. No way to look up Client information or invoice anything. Tucker was very receptive of my needs and jumped right on it. It wasnt an easy repair and the repairs went well into the night but they stuck with it and got me up and running. Thank you guys for getting me back in business. Kip was awesome! He cleaned up my computer after it had been hacked by scammers. He put AVG protection on for me as well. He explained things to me and said to come back if I had any issues. I did have one thing that I couldnt figure out with opening some documents for my graduate class. I went back in and Kip was very professional and helped me solve the issue! My wife tried taking our laptop in due to some issues, and the people here tried to sell her a new hard drive (that is not the problem with the computer) and an over priced computer clean up. They then told her if she didnt want to do those she would have to buy a new laptop.As a side note, a new hard drive might fix the problem, but doesnt do anything that formatting the current drive and reinstalling Windows wouldnt do (other then give me more memory I am not using), which is something I was hoping to avoid.
