Clean store. Parking is very open and right in front. You are able to find what you need at this store. Quality tools for a quality price. Staff was friendly when helping open a account for business and helping answer questions.

I was going in for an air pump and go on that I could care around small. As soon as I left my tire was flat and I was able to pump it up till I could get my son to put on my spare. I love this place everyone has always asked to help and I think I could spend hours there looking and just want so much and I’m a woman. I like to go just to look around even if I don’t need anything and the coupon offers are a plus too

A lot of tool selections for almost any DIY job from home to automotive. The pricing is competitive, the tools are great quality with proper maintenance, and their staff is knowledgeable with the products they sell. This is the Toys R Us for anybody interested in doing projects.

This is a pretty good Harbor Freight, its not the biggest, but it has a lot of variety and everything is always in stock and the store is always clean. Some of the associates arent the most thrilled to be working there but a few of the cashiers are awesome. Overall a great store.

I dont use my tools to earn a living so I dont need to spend $500 on a cordless drill. The Bauer I bought has done everything Ive needed it for around the house, including building an elaborate storage console for outdoor umbrellas. Best overall value for my hard earned dollars.

I never bought anything from Harbor Freight much less a Solar Panel Kit so I purchased one today..... I didnt get the discount on th kit so I went and paid full price..... Its for My 1995 Van.... We will c how they work.... But all in all I was pleased with th store th Employee were knowledgeable of the store......

I went to look for a specific electronic lock gun floor safe and Asst Manager Loren helped me locate it. Once I decided to buy it, Loren got a dolly to bring it to the cashier, and even loaded it into my car. I appreciated his friendly attitude and willingness to help. It was my first visit to this location, and Im definitely coming back ! Other HF in the area havent been as friendly as this one. Loren made me feel like a valued customer, and that cant be beat!

I love Harbor Freight and I enjoy this location because its closer to my house in Wylie (closer than the one in Richardson) and its a lot easier to access for me. You can easily access it on the eastbound lanes of the 66 (Lakeview Parkway) or the northbound lanes of Rowlett road. Easy to find and can clearly see from the road and the intersection of Rowlett & SR-66.If you are not familiar with HFT, the tools are great and most of the hand tools are lifetime warranted. Ive had tools break on me and I returned one 4 years later and the other about 2 years after the purchase and they just refunded my money on one and gave me a new tool on the other.The service is good, the price is right and the quality-for-the-price is excellent. Some may say its cheaper and not quality tools. Heres how Ill say it: If you are a hobbyist or just need tools for work around the house, HFT is the perfect place for you! Why? Because the price is always right and its a very low risk for your investment, especially if you are just doing it for fun or for a weekend project.

Their prices are amazing! If they have an item you need, it will generally be half of the price you would pay at Home Depot.

Theres 700 warranty be sure to get the extended warranty or you will regret it but they do stand behind their warranty no problem and employees always are nice and courteous and helpful

Good tools at great prices. I have 20 year old harbor freight power tools that still run great despite me constantly leaving them out in the rain. Never had any of them break. I love harbor freight.

I settled on a score of 3, because Octavio, the Manager, was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous... But during our second visit the employee gave my spouse a hard time, wouldnt help with the purchase/carrying the ladder & especially because we are not so young, he could have helped... shame on your employee.

I love Harbor Freight. If youre building something, buy some of the tools at Harbor Freight. There just as good at Lowes because as a hobbyist you arent using them every day all day.

Always a ton of goodies and super cheap prices. A lot of the tools are best if youre an occasional user rather than something you will be using heavily. For tools I know Im really only going to use a few times, I look here first. No use in overspending. Staff is always helpful and friendly as well here.

Yes. The tool are cheap but for what I do which is use them once or twice a year the prices are perfect. Also the free coupons and 20% are always helpful. I get them in an email and they can just scan it off my phone without printing anything at home and having to remember to bring them in.

The selection of quality products do compare to known brands especially if you want to save some money. There are items that arent worth purchasing even if you are getting a good deal so pay attention to reviews to be aware of the potential problems. Overall I recommend to shop there.

Great selection and cheap prices but not where you buy real industrial grade tools. For home use or handy man its worth it. So at that use level its more than great, its fantastic but for industrial or comercial use, stay away it isnt worth it. The equipment cant handle harsh usage and the down time costs your business more than than the equipment is worth.

Cheap tools and decent staff. A must for any new mechanic. If youre not looking for flashy but mostly dependable tools this is a place to go. Things like the torque wrenches and things that need a high amount of precision I would not buy here but everything from basic ratchets, crescent wrenches, and other tools definitely a go.

I was very impressed with this store. Went to the Mesquite store and was not helped. Called this store and not only did they have what I wanted, but the staff bent over backwards to help me. The store was better as well.

First off, I love Harbor Freight. However, my most recent visit to this store was not great.Long story short, when I got to the register I wanted to use my 20% off coupon but my phone died so I didn’t have it available. I asked the cashier if he could honor the discount but he said “I’m afraid not”. That was not the answer I wanted to hear considering they had several stacks of the weekly add under the counter. I even asked for a copy of the weekly add and he said “I’m afraid not”.I’ve never in my life made a scene in a store but I was on fire. During my rant I asked for a manager and she was reluctant to honor my 20% but said she’d do it this one time. Whomever the cashier was needs a lesson in what fights to take. This was over $5.I will be writing a 5 star review for my Richardson location because they rock and would have accommodated me. In addition, I will send an email to Tim Cook of Apple for my phone dying in Harbor Frieght.Sorry for flipping out in your store.Mark

The only negative thing I have to say about Harbor Freight would be that they dont have shopping carts big enough for everything I want. Which would be the whole store... Service is always prompt, upbeat and helpful. Cant beat the prices either.

I love going to Harbor Freight even though you know youre buying something that was made in a very inferior Style, you get a product that works does the job and comes without the expensive name brand price tag. Good deals on off brand products. Store is clean, staff is fantastic. Not a huge store, but you can still spend a lot of time wandering for fun.

To be clear HFT is not a hardware store, think tools, mostly tools. They have all kinds of tools and a few items that go with tools such as sandpaper, staples, blades, etc. but you cant get lumber or penny nails for your project. You can get a generator but not the gas. You can get an auger but not a post hole digger, which is odd really. You can however get trailer accessories, tarps and toolboxes...all kinds of toolboxes. I hope this is helpful.
