Are you ever going to pick up the phone and/or respond to my emails? I recently picked up a wardrobe consisting of 2 parts, of which I received 1 in the wrong color. After that I no longer have access to a car and now I have the wrong part of my closet so I cant assemble it!I keep calling, 5 reports have already been sent to this branch but they do not respond to anything!!!! BAD

Saturday morning, 2 customers in the store, 4 employees hanging around the till. Then you ask the question, where you can find sofa beds. Then you get the answer, in the back corner ... instead of someone walking along and showing the customer what the offer is and trying to make a sale. Well .... now dont complain that things are not going well in the retail trade.

I give Jysk 5 stars because of helpful staff. I was in the store last Friday to buy something and I didnt feel well because of it. a low sugar level ... sweating trembling etc then you usually need something sweet and of course I had nothing with me. That day there were 2 boys working ... 1 a slightly taller blond boy and ... 2 a foreign boy standing at the till. The sweetheart had some sweets in the refrigerator that I was allowed to eat and that other treasure provided a glass of water. After about 10 minutes I felt better because of the sweets that this boy gave me. Thank you so much for that and a company al Jysk can be happy to have such staff in house ... chapeau 👍

The co-worker who holp me had quite a big cleavage. But I didnt look at it in a flash that is rude.She also had a friendly face so that also helped to look at that alone.

I live in Ridderkerk so Jysk in barendrecht was only a 5 minute drive for me. I went there specifically for 2 table lamps that I had seen on the website and couldnt order online.Unfortunately they no longer had the black ones, but the lady who helped me called the Rotterdam office to ask if they had him. Yes, we keep it separate. So I drove right there, 20 minutes, and then found out at the checkout that she had taken the wrong lamp. Also had a completely different name, so she just didnt listen on the phone. They didnt have the lamp I wanted (of course), and the girl who answered the call didnt even bother apologizing, instead let her colleague fix the rest and just go back with another customer.Still asked if they were going to arrange something since I drove back and forth for almost an hour for free, but they do not deliver at home so I was just unlucky. The girl who helped me at the checkout still apologized, but they couldnt do more.
