This store and their team to include Christina the store manager and Shelly are amazing! They made sure our purchase of the beautiful sequoia coffee table and the Liza dining table were placed properly. They are friendly and always making sure your experience in the store is pleasant, whether your making a small purchase or a large one-they will take care of you.

I called this store all the way from NJ because they had an item in stock that I wanted to order. I was so lucky to get Jonathon Jon to help me with my order. He was absolutely amazing! Jon was very helpful with assisting me with decor and picking out colors for the look I was trying to achieve. I told him I would call him going forward for all my orders because thats how wonderful he is. Very professional, quick to respond, and has GREAT taste! ZGallerie is lucky to have him as an employee! This was a great find. Didnt buy anything from here but just seeing the incredible pieces that are put together is a special on its own. Never seen so many cool art and show pieces for a house.

Very nice glamorous home decor and furniture store. I love shopping here it is pricy however they have really nice quality products. I did however have to give them four stars because I ordered a case on the online website and it said order confirmed and a email should have been sent confirming the order shortly. I waited for a few minutes then decided to wait a while eventually thinking I would receive the email. I really hope that my order is confirmed.

I am obsessed with Z Gallerie and had so much fun working with Jon at the Roseville Fountains location. He has a bright spirit and fun personality, and helped me pick out all of the furniture and art for my 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home. He looked at the dimensions of my home and helped me pick out stuff that fit perfectly. Although the store doesnt offer official design services, there is so much help sifting through the options at the store, that it felt like I received design services for free. I love visiting Jon for fun accessories and new pieces of art now that my house is all decorated and done. I love this store and the services is out of this world!!!

I’m not sure exactly where to start, I’ve been shopping here for the last 12 years maybe even longer since they opened. Christina, Jonathan, Leo, NathanThey are also helpful even when they’re super busy they stop to make sure to say hi to see if you need help. They are so patient with you! You can ask them million questions and they will make sure they’ll find an answer for you.It’s definitely a family in there and they treat you like family too! Jonathan it’s just a breath of fresh air when you walk in that store his big smile is right there waiting to help you . They have the best quality furniture. The bedding frames pictures whatever you’re looking for they have. I will continue to shop there as long as they are open!

This use to be my very favorite place to go. Id spend hours, drooling over all of the home decor and artwork. This last time was so very disappointing. I saw very little that was different than anywhere else, or particularly interesting. The artwork was the biggest let down. I have two $600 pieces that I bought there years ago, that I still absolutely love. The art that is displayed there now looks trendy and mass produced. Ill have to look around and find another place to shop for great, unique home decor. 😭

They have such great customer service at this location. I don’t mind traveling here for my decor needs. Don’t be afraid to ask if they have stuff in stock if you don’t see it out iv asked for quite a few things they ended up having in stock it was just in there back room. Over all I’m happy with my experience at this location. Everyone is friendly from the moment you walk into the store and are really there to help you get what you need.

We had the best customer service from Jonathon!! He was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. Best customer service I have ever had! Would recommend seeing him if you go!

If I could give them no stars I would. Their customer service is so bad I refuse to shop there! We ordered a bedroom set from there a few years ago and the nightstands came chipped. They refused to work with us and said thats just how they come. Three years later I shop there again...God knows why! I bought 2 dining chairs. The archer chair and it didnt match my dining table from RH. So I bring them back and Jonathon(employee/manager) said I have to pay a $159 shipping fee to return them back to their warehouse and they charge a 25% restocking fee. Mind you these chair are $578.88 for both. So basically if I return them I get half of my money back! Never shop at this store if care about customer service! They basically make it impossible to return anything, even if it come defective like my nightstands did.

They provide you with great service when you are buying from them but when you have to have a price adjustment they have the worst customer service. Rude!! Will never go back to that store. I would rather drive to walnut creek who has better customer service.

We bought a table from this store and when the delivery men was bringing in the house half of the table broke and fell on my new floor we just changed and damaged the floor. Not only that it has been half year we are getting the run arounds and no answer from this company about getting the new table. We emailed them, called, left massages all we are getting is tomorrow or next week answer from them. I will never buy anything from this store ever again.

Z Gallerie is always a favorite! The interiors they create are truely inspired. My eyeballs are very happy there. 😍 Lol

I have shopped here many times and it was always a great experience.My granddaughter who is a college student in Oregon was here and I had one day to spend with her and Z-Gallerie was high on her list of the activities for the day. Imagine my shock and disappointment when a special afternoon was marred by fact that at least one of the staff members stalked my mulatto granddaughter like she was going to steal everything in the store.It was quite obvious and when I complained I was told that it was a mistake and excuses were made, but no apology or promises of changes to be made. I will never shop here again.

Worst customer service I have ever had, Nathan was so rude on the phone and hung up on me! Do not ever buy a gift for someone because they will not exchange anything

$4000 cash in my pocket. Came to shop for my new house and a girl name Alyssa gave me the worse attitude. Dude if you dont want to work Sunday watching people buying beautiful things then quit!Rest of the employees there Including the girlAnd the two guys working today are kind of ok not the best.Ended up not buying anything and going to buy on-line because I dont want to deal with the employees there.I own 3 companies and 5 Brands. Not your average Review. Train your employees better because I like your store corporate!

I went on a day where Alyssa at the register and another girl next to her. Another lady was walking around. All 3 were rude and miserable. Alyssa however was unbelievably rude. I asked questions and she doesn’t answer. Another lady also asked questions and she wouldn’t answer. I don’t understand. Does she have problems with customers or herself.
