The hours on Google are incorrect. Can you please change the hours to these appropriate times shown in the photo below? Kinda sucks driving way out of the way to find out the stores hours are inaccurate.

Absolutely disgusting and it’s been this way over a year. even if your short handed there is no excuse for this. i see other reviews mentioning the same thing and management responding with “oh we’re sorry” but it still stays the same way they change nothing. we will not be back what pig pen

One of the few places that will blow up your balloons with helium that were purchased somewhere else. Its $1.19 per balloon but still worth it.Plastic tableware is hard to find in certain colors. Shelves are pretty empty but Im finding that at a lot of stores.Lines are usually pretty long but staff is very helpful once you are waited on.

Pretty ok shopping experienc even on october 13th had slim pickings for holloween costumes. That might just be how it is on the 1st big holloween post covid. However late arrival doesnt excuse poor product quality. Many items were visibly cheap while others were ok in quality nothing over 3 dollars seemed worth the price though. Got some nice vampire teeth and candy for 2 bucks though

This particular party City is very junky its never clean stuff everywhere even before shortage of staff before covid-19 I will not return here never have too much of anything

This location needs management help, and its nothing new. I shop here off & on, & it never looks or feels organized, its usually short staffed so I feel for the workers. I stopped a week ago to buy 1 big shark balloon. Sign said opens at 11:00. I knocked, & the 1 poor employee said to come back at noon. I did, & there was a group of people waiting outside, Im assuming to buy things or pick up orders. So I went to Dollar Tree. I didnt have the time to wait to see what was going on. This store needs top management attention & assistance. It should be a fun place! Not stressed filled. Good Luck 👍

About 15 people in line 2 people taken care of in 10 min. Im just here picking up already paid for balloons. Everyone is filling balloons and no one is checking anyone out. Pre orders should not be forced to wait 30 min while you quickly fill others balloons because they dropped the ball.

I ordered my pinatas for my son birthday. Everything went smoothly. I pulled up someone came to the car got my info and came out with my items. Drove in and out.Update & Edit:They are hiring and need help. Seriously. The shelves are naked and they are doing their best to make the best of the situation.

Fast , friendly, organized and clean Order was to be ready to be picked up at 8:45 a.m. I only waited 5 minutes longer than that. Had four huge arrangement of balloons. Humorous staff as well. Will definitely return.

We had a lot of problems w our order here so instead we left and went to dollar palace on 15 mile and Groesbeck 19100 15 mile rd. In Clinton township. They had lots of balloons and big selection of party supplies cheaper 30-50% cheaper and we got our order done in minutes we did not have to wait hours and overpay

This is the worst Party City I have ever been to and Ive been to it multiple times with the same negative issues. 1st of all the cashiers need to be trained a little bit better because they are slower than a sloth. It definitely isnt a staffing issue because there was about 5 people walking around doing nothing and one person on the cashier and about 4 people blowing up balloons. Why would you have one person on the cashier taking balloon orders and his own orders and checking people out I stood in line for 25 minutes each time I went there and didnt move it all and ended up leaving without buying any of my stuff and had to go elsewhere. There was about 8 people in line and it did not move at all in 25 minutes. They lost a lot of revenue because people were just putting their stuff down and leaving after standing in line and not moving including me. I will literally drive as far as I need to go to any other party store beside that 1. Not to mention the store was extremely messy and couldnt find anything.

Service at this store is poor. Shelves arent stocked. Dont know whose managing the online site butnits not up to par with availability instore. Frlt sorry for this one cashier. Over 10 people in line shes not only ringing picking people up but also working the floor at the same time. Use to be my go to for party supplies. I will choose another Party City. Didnt want to give 1 star. This store has gone down.

I wanted to purchase one....one.. large balloon. The sale rep said it was a 2-4 hour wait. I said for one balloon????!!!! She said theres several large orders for parties ahead of me. So...one person couldnt be designated for customers who wanted ONE balloon! That is sad!!!

This store has almost no A/C on a 90 degree summer day with no breeze, I feel sweaty for the nice folks working there. Dont know what the issue is, but everytime I come here to get quality supplies for a party Im hosting, a lot of things are out of stock. Im giving this store a 3 stars because I usually manage to piece together a party with what they have left. I wish this local PC would get some love and be able to keep up on character theme demands and candy. Honestly could be a lot cleaner and organized too. Sifting through the shelves to find the last item in stock? Sheeeesh.

Staff nice and doing there best. Make sure you order online 2 hours ahead for balloons especially last minute they may not be able to accommodate. Not their fault! Big arrows on the ground to direct and show you where to line up to cashier but even with big arrows still difficult for some people to follow and just start another line. It was a great experience shopping here. I started doing more complicated arts and crafts with my daughter recently and had to make a trip here. I was using a book as my guide, but this was also my first time in the store. However, whenever I ended up needing assistance, the staff was friendly and quick to help. The prices were pretty good as well compared to other stores in the area.

Sooo Im guessing this location is *severely* understaffed- it looked like a Family Dollar that had been looted. Most shelves were empty (in the Halloween section at least), items were strewn about on the floor; it just looked so beat we walked right back out. I really hope this isnt a normal state of operations.

If there was a minus star, I would click on it. No stock on the shelves. And what was there looked like it had been there for years. Wont waste my time going back there.

I was able to find what I needed. I was greeted and directed properly. But, the store was in a complete mess more merchandise on the floor then shelves. A lot of open packages. The blacks in charge of this store are disrespectful and unbelievably slow. What an awful experience.

They have it all here, but you may wait a really long time. Be sure to check retailmenot for coupons before checking out. They seem to always have something. I was told the helium balloons I purchased would stay inflated for 24 hours. After 2 weeks, they are still floating. Maybe its the cold, but this never happens at cheaper stores.

I found some very interesting items at Party City Im 23 and Gratiot Road which is going out of business and today I went to the one thats located in Macomb Mall it was still a lot of interesting items there but the one particular item I was looking for they did not have they didnt even have a spot for the over if you need party stuff thats the place to be they have from dancing just a regular party birthdays baby showers birthdays if you want to be very Pacific of birthdays then they have items for that also theme parties and as we speak because of Summer and everybody want to relax they have everything you need for a luau so yes Party City is the place to be here are a few items I picked up for some decent prices also and if you hurry you can get some good deals at the Party City thats closing on 23 and Gratiot

Rude & slow staff. instead of waiting for 2 hours to get balloons inflated a customer in there told me about dollar palace on 15 mile and groesbeck so i went there and they had just as big of a balloon and party selection, lower prices and i was able to get all my balloons done right away, highly recommend you check them out instead

They can do a little better with their stock but I know it’s the only one in the area so we love them anyway ☺️

The people that they have working at this roseville location are NOT trained in customer service or are they knowledgeable about the products they have. My 11 year old daughter could do a better job. When you call this location they tell you that you need to order online.. This location doesnt even do online orders, you have to come in person. They ask what time would you like to pick up your order, you give a time and guess what... Their not even ready when you arrive so now you must wait. This place needs to hire adults to work here, and leave the kids to the pizza and burger jobs.

Went in to get balloons and after about a 45 min wait. They told me it would be 2 hours till i could get balloons filled due to all the online orders that needed filled. Ok i understand you need to fill the orders. But a customer standing in front of you ready to pay has to wait 2 hours to have 4 balloons filled? I feel the store needs to rethink their policies?

I got a scary scarecrow and my girlfriend was a sexy Freddie Krueger for Halloween. They have all kinds of stuff I wanted to buy.

Love party city but was ignored by 2 employees today and the store was not busy. Stood in line with no one in front of me for 10 minutes while 2 employees behind the cash registers noticed me but didn’t ring me up until what seemed like a manager told them to log in to a register. Didn’t end up getting what I came in to get, I took my business elsewhere.

I was overwhelmed with how polite, helpful, as organized their customer service reps are!! During these rough times we all are struggling through, it’s hard to come by customer service that makes you mention how helpful and wonderful they were to my family. I was on the go every day for weeks, before Halloween to find costumes for my three children and I can tell you we’ve been to every party city, spirit halloween, etc. in Macomb County prior to Halloween and this party city location/store was outstanding customer service! Everywhere else were extremely rude , helpless, and followed us around the store to ONLY tell and repeat over and over the time they were closing (in which I was fully aware of) I had plenty of time to shop for my items and checkout, yet the service reps continued to rudely look, speak, and treat me. I was disgusted. But this location party city topped every store we went to! Great job guys! Thanks!

Long waits in the lines, lots of confusion on where to wait to get balloons and where to check out, no clear direction or signs.It could be set up much better then it is, I think check out should be more organized, roped off with distancing, lines at the end of ilse with people trying to go up and down.I was told birthday for 21 was in isle 8 I did not see numbers on any isles anywhere, had to count from the end.

Everything was everywhere. It was hard to find anything. Only so many people were allowed in at once and the costume I got was missing one of the 5 main pieces.

This party city was ridiculous. I purchased unicorn balloons among others only to be told that they cant blow them up because they were to bust. They werent willing to let the lines get then assist me just flat out refused to finish my service. I had to go to a near by dollar tree and pay $10 to have them do it. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

No one working on the floor; waited in a very long line as they only had 2 cashiers; the one thing we wanted, a sombrero with an attached mask, was not priced (like most items), after we waited in the long line, we found out it was $52.99. My son said no way, that is too much for a hat & mask so we left empty handed.

The store was very dirty and unorganized. It looked like the floors were not swept. Boxes were everywhere throughout the store. The shelves were messy in almost every aisle. I was at the store at 9:00am as well so it was not like it was messy from customers throughout the day. I will not be back at this location because it was almost uncomfortable to be there with how bad it was unkept.

Party City is great. I ALWAYS buy party balloons from here. They have a HUGE selection of all your party needs. From napkins to streamers to games and goodie bags. Prices are a little high but always worth it. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable

We stopped in quickly today to grab a bag of pink balloons. Fifteen minutes before closing they turned the lights off on us and just stared at us while cleaning. Never felt so unwelcome anywhere while shopping and wont be back.

I know it is Halloween and the store is busy but .. not enough people working near costumes to call back costume numbers. Only 1 person. The entire store was a disaster. Costumes and accessories were all over the floor in all parts of the store. The fitting rooms were piled with stuff and the curtain and rod was laying on the floor. Hire some more people and keep the store presentable since your clientele isnt willing to be at all neat.

Lots of balloon choices but they are too pricey for what they are, really. Maybe 25-to 50% too much even for mark up one what probably cost 39 cents I materials and even labor. Maybe rolling is high but it got paid one long ago so Im dating s12.99 for a balloon? How about $6 and well call it good?

I’ve been coming here for years “My experience today was horrible and customer service is horrible I waited for a hour just to be told that they can’t ,pop up my balloons which is only 4 regular sizes “it will be a 5 hour wait. I loved Toys R Us party sections... This place is 10 times BETTER. HUGE selection of party themes, you name it, theyve got it! They have costumes in already! October will be here soon. They were still unpacking new boxes of stock. Theres no helium shortage here either! Woohoo! This...is party heaven.

Honestly this place is pretty overpriced for my liking. I spent $42 on nothing. I got balloons that deflated within a few hours and bringing them home granted I did bring them back to the store to get them refilled but it was just a hassle going back to the store to get them refilled come to find out there is a hole in it before I even purchased it. The store is it okay.

I stopped into the new Party City location at Macomb Mall shortly before Christmas for wrapping paper, tissue & bows. It looked like a pack of wild shoppers raided the seasonal side of the store the night before lol. Luckily I didnt necessarily need Xmas wrapping paper and the rest of the aisles were stocked. The employees were helpful and friendly, the massive candy center looked yummy and tempting and Ill definitely return to the store in the future.
