I was hesitant to order parts online here, given the dealerships poor reputation, but the parts department is well organized and had the parts I needed for a fair price. They had my order ready within their eta window, and had spectacular email communication.

Bought the parts for my 2002 Highlander during 12/1/2020 to 12/31/2020. Took advantage of free shipping over $75. Cost of the parts are much cheaper then my local Toyota dealer. I am happy wit the purchase. Customer service online/offline were good too.

Parts were perfect, just took some time to get. Only thing I would have liked to have received an email notifying me they did not have them in stock and had to get them from somewhere else. I had to write and email to them to find that out.

Went to our local dealer because the dashboard engine light went on right after we got it serviced. The car is a 1997 Toyota Camry, still runs very well after 240k + miles on it. Go into the service repair and our technician calls and says that we need a vapor compressor. He cant locate one. I search on Google and lo and behold, Roseville Toyota Parts has it as well two other dealers. I do some price comparison and the Roseville has the best pricing. Order the part on Friday, thinking it will show up either the following Monday or Tuesday. Doorbell rings around 4pm Saturday and its the part! Amazing, took it to the dealer on Monday and installed. Ordered floor mats and some maintenance parts online. Order was processed in a few hours and shipped out in the same day with USPS priority. So it arrived fast as well. The oil filter box did get torn apart but the filter seems undamaged! Highly recommended as their online price is the best around and process is quick.

Ordered a belt which should have been a 2 pack (per every other part #), but only received one belt.On the plus side, Once additional $15 shipping payment was processed, the shipping was very quick. Said good morning gentleman to the two behind the counter. Young guy said good morning, older guy (my age) didnt bat an eye and never looked my way. I addressed him and said good morning Mr. Shyness and he finally acknowledged me.Not aknowledging a customer when they address you with pleasantries is a biggy for me. Ive been in management for over 30 years, overseeing customer service as well, and know some employees have a hard time dealing with the public. But considering this guy was closer to my age, youd think his shyness or reluctance would have dissipated.Because of this one employee and considering his age, again somewhere near mine, I had to deduct 2 stars. The younger counter staff member was enough to Garner the 3 stars.

Received all 4 mudflaps, but only 1 set of screws to mount them .Need 4 sets of screws. Will have to go to the dealership to get the rest of the sets. Not convenient. We live an hour away.

I must say that I had an INCREDIBLE experience with Roseville Toyota. I live in Houston, TX. I bent the rim on my 2018 Toyota Camry XSE (as a result of a pothole on the freeway). Trying to avoid a scam on EBay, I opted to get my rim from a Toyota dealer so that I’ll know it will be authentic. Well, all of the dealerships here in Houston wanted to charge me $594 or more for the rim. I ended up doing a random search and guess who popped up...ROSEVILLE TOYOTA...a dealership halfway across the country that I had no idea where it was.Once I placed the order, I noticed the part was a lot cheaper than what they were charging here in Texas. I jumped on the opportunity. I called to confirm the correct price and was assisted by John Falanga. He was awesome!
