Terrible customer service. Prices are a ripoff. Dont waste your time with this place.

I would like to go ahead and warn everyone trying to find a box truck or a vehicle of any kind to help them move from one place to another to watch out for the one on shorter avenue bc the are a bunch of scammers

Not only was our booking of the unit lost when we got there even though we had the confirmation email... but our weather proof storage unit was a joke. We had THOUSANDS of dollars in water damage on our unit. Mold EVERYWHERE.

Made a reservation for 7:00am-1:00pm. Everything went smoothly with the initial pickup. I called at 12:45 to see if we could extend it for another hour and come pick up a trailer. The female employee said there was a reservation already for 1:30 so we couldnt extend. She said I could pay another 19.99 and they would cancel the new reservation. We decided against that and brought it back. We decided to set up a new reservation for a truck and trailer later in the day. The manager checked our vehicle and started our new reservation. Mind you when we pulled up there was another pickup truck like the one we had there from that morning. He made the new reservation with the SAME truck we LITERALLY just turned in . He said he didnt know they cancelled. I asked him why he couldnt just add the trailer since technically you can keep the vehicle for 24hrs no extra charge. He said since he already completed the return and didnt know there was a cancellation that he had to charge us for the truck again. THE SAME TRUCK WE TURNED IN AT 1:00. He also made my husband give his phone number as an additional contact (didnt have to do that the first time), he then proceeded to call, made my husband answer the phone and speak in it so he could hear him speaking and see him answer the phone in person. He is extremely condescending, rude and unprofessional. Will never use that location again.

I purchased a trailer hitch for my Dodge truck on line. Morgan called the following morning to confirm the appointment to install. When I arrived at store Morgan got the truck in the shop immediately, I was surprised that Morgan and another female technician (whos name I dont recall, im sorry) were installing the hitch. I observed the installation and was impressed by the knowledge and mechanical know how they both exhibited they are both professionals at this it took them less than an hour from the time I arrived . I am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a hitch or just good people to do business with. Thanks to you both.

These guys were great and very helpful! The van and truck I rented were well kept and super clean. I will use them anytime I need to rent a truck. I highly recommend them!

Have been here a few times for supplies and a trailer. once had good customer service, the rest have been pretty poor. They could use better management that knows how to be attentive to customers.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM: these guys rented us a truck called the good-luck truck. Well, it broke down and we waited two hours on a service tech. He never came so we left to go to work. They ended up charging us 5.00 a gallon for a gas refill, cleaning the truck, offered us another truck at THEIR convienance the following day. I told them we had to work and they wouldnt compromise with us AT ALL. We called the 1-800 number to complain and turns out they deleted the transaction and the whole ordeal out of their system. The operator couldnt even find anything about the rental.

Terrible service and overpriced for out of town, moving. Had to wait an hour before being able to pick up the truck I reserved.

Do not use this location!!!! I scheduled a one way trailer rental from Rome, Ga. to Peachtree City, Ga. The location called me the day before and confirmed. I also received a text and email. On my way to Rome, I called to let them know I was running a littke late but was on my way. They updated my reservation and sent a new confirmation email and told me there was no problem. When I was about an hour from Rome they called to tell me they had overbooked and to go to another location. Luckily, I called the other location first. The 2nd location was closing in 15 minutes and I was an hour away. The 1-800 Uhaul wasnt much help either. They located a trailer 30 minutes past Rome, which would have caused me to travel an hour out of the way. I found another trailer myself.

Poor customer service waited in line and after getting my turn was told to wait until they filled a couple of gas bottle for a guy behind me in line

Sat there for 25 minutes before the man behind the counter even looked up at the line of customers building up behind the people he was wasting time with. After that he didn’t say a word and went outside to help someone for 20 minutes. Horrible service. Waste of time and money.
