Very clean. The place smells great and the worker I wish I got her name by the pet supplies. She was absolutely amazing and her knowledge on products particular flea products for animals was top notch. They also sell capstan which is the chewable pill for flea removal. And it works amazing.

Tractor supply co is good for puppy shots and hardware and may be one of the cheapest and best experience for puppy shots

I took my dog to the PetVet Clinic they have monthly and what a great experience!! The Tractor Supply employees were very nice and helpful and the clinic workers were beyond wonderful!! It was my 1st time attending this event and I have nothing bad to say. Im very pleased on how they handled caring for my husky whom is skittish they were sweet kind and gentle they had a pharmacy right on hand so the flea and tick meds I were able to pick up right in store. Only issue was the whole getting in line process was a bit unorganized the employee at the register gave me the wrong website and it caused a bit of confusion however I was able to figure it out on my own. I highly recommend this place of business along with the Pet Clinic they offer.

Ive been to just about every hardware store, and this place is by far most expensive!Not only that, but I literally didnt find anything appealing in there, and the Music should be universal! Country is cool and all, but it wasnt good Country Music!Please change these problems promptly!

I usually love tractor supply, however in rome they only price match to other tractor supply stores... why put up signs “we will not be undersold” “lowest prices in town” when you tell the customer to buy it at the cheaper store! Just left empty handed.

Always nice to stop by and pick up supplies. Only thing is look around because they do occasionally have some deals on stuff. The staff there are usually pretty friendly and willing to help you out with anything and answer any questions you may have.

Tractor Supply in Rome does a great job. They always have a knowledgeable person on hand to answer questions. I bought my first air compressor there on a black Friday sale. My puppy also likes to visit and everyone is happy to see him.

Got stuff no one else has. I really like shopping there. Knowledgeable and friendly folks. Prices are good. Largest selection of Nuts and Bolts. Dog food and supplies. Layout makes quick stops for supplies easy peasy.

Sunday I bought a lawn tractor, during the week I stopped in after work salesman was very helpful. Sunday when I bought the tractor Joseph was wonderful, he knew what he was doing very helpful. Grade A

Always friendly service when we go there. They carry lots of items you wouldnt expect from a place named Tractor Supply Co, like pet food, toys, doggie beds etc.Great place to get really warm Winter clothing & boots, too. Farmers have to be out in the cold, so they do it right!My only complaint would be the extremely narrow aisles.

Originally from a state where they do not have Tractor Supply. Since I moved to Rome 7 years ago I have been going to this one. Up until this past spring my visits have always been quite pleasant. All the staff and workers there are amazing and always willing to help me out except what I perceive to be the store manager. I once called and she answered very rudely, I believe her name was Shelby or Shelbs, but she failed to recognize my concerns that I had addressed. My wife and grandson were also in there not too long back and have had unpleasant remarks heard from a distance from her and we will not be going to that Tractor Supply anymore. They also were able to confirm her name from the name tag. Whoever overlooks this store should really consider a more professional person to run it and it is even more awful to know other friends and family of mine have also heard her awful comments and the way she talks to the cashiers. She is part of the reason as why this world is unbelievably messed up. I hate to have to leave such a negative review, but people need to come their senses about this woman and until something is done about this myself and many others will continue going to the TSC in Utica.

I was having trouble finding an item in stock. I filled out the on line survey and quickly received a call. Customer service followed up with 2 emails to make sure the problem was solved.

It seems to me the food and little things sell on their own because all the big items they cant give you a deal on and they dont care if they lose customers.Ive witnessed another employee raise his voice to gentlemen in the store,which I didnt like.They think its their store and it isnt,its everyones store and they need to learn what something is before they tell you its not in stock.

Tractor Supply is sn excellent store. There are a variety of stocks to choose from. The store is clean the sales people are very friendly and helpful.

They have some things you cant find anywhere else.If you are getting something that is available at Walmart, then Walmart will be less expensive. I bought garden soil, it was$2.50, same thing at Walmart was $1.50.The service is usually pretty good.

Ahh you really need to check this place out,its so much more then just a Farm supply store,They have the nicest selection of Animal supplies for just about any animal!! And there Bird supply section is Ausome,and the selection of bird feeders and type of bird Seed they have is a large selection.
