Its so wonderful to have a health food store in town. I love the alkaline water jugs. They also sell Rise and Shine eggs, and local free range chicken. Unlike The Herb Shop on Broad, all of the employees wear masks! Thank you Purple Mountain!

I absolutely LOVE this store! As soon as you walk in the store, the smell of all the natural foods just soothes your body. The staff are so educated and dedicated to help you find anything you are looking for. I cant say enough good things about this store. Go visit it, and you will see for yourself. Its like an mini vacation from life for a few minutes. They even have ready to eat- home made- fresh organic food for unbelievable prices. Cheaper than any meal at Mcdonalds! And so good for you and delicious. People should make this their lunch destination. I am so glad they choose Rome!

I was completely blown away by this store. They carry anything and everything you could want in the natural health and food industry.The number of product choices in any given category is perfect- rivals even Amazon.For example- at least 6 different brands of non fluoridated toothpaste. Wow!The price of the grassfed beef beats Kroger- and its local.The supplement and herbal area is phenomenal. Methyl- folate, CBD, very niche items.There was a wide assortment of essential oils and brands. Equally impressive, the incense selection is top notch.The owner is kind and educated. I appreciated hearing his inspiring story. I hope to meet the co owner soon, as I will definitely be returning.Not something youd expect to find in Rome, GA.THANK YOU!

My family and I were visiting from out of town last Christmas. My husband ended up at Redmond on Christmas Eve with a kidney stone. I needed oils for a homeopathic tea remedy and called PM. They were helpful and had everything we needed. They carry many natural/health products that you would find in Whole Foods and Atlanta area health food stores. I believe ailments do not have to be treated with modern medicine. They can be cured with natural products. Do yourself a favor and support businesses like Purple Mountain.

I was beyond disappointed. Shelves were empty, prices were outrageous and I wasnt even greeted by anyone working there. They may have a lot of health items like supplements but they certainly fall short of being a Heath FOOD store. Skip the trip annoyance and just buy it for cheaper on Amazon.

Im not really sure what to say about this place. It was an curious store when first moving to Rome. Rome could use more places like this.

The stuff here is very expensive, but the new store is nice and the people seem friendly.
