It was my fault for not making an appointment but I made the drive and caught him at a really bad time. He STILL made time for me and made my set up! THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! But don’t put him through what I did, make an appointment.You won’t regret it. He pays attention to detail and makes sure it’s perfect so you never have to make the trip back to fix something, unlike other custom holster places I’ve been.
