Location: Marietta, GA - Reviews are important for fence companies too. I wish I’d read these first. Matt and Joe lied to us regarding inventory, wasted our time and money. We rented a truck and drove over 100 miles based on their word that they had the gates we needed in stock. When we arrived, Joe lied again and charged the full price on our credit card. Without notifying us of the problem, they loaded the wrong size gates onto our truck. I suppose they hoped we wouldn’t notice ? When we questioned the size, they finally admitted to not having what we ordered. Instead, Joe tried to convince us that 12 Ft was the same as 10 Ft. When I asked why they lied, Joe waved us off and went back inside the store, which is closed to the public. It’s impossible to do business with people willing to waste your time. I would never use them again and recommend finding a supplier with better reviews.

This company is owned by an absentee owner. His employees try to operate with his micromanagement of their activities, and may appear to be rude. We all respond to rudeness. If we are vested in a project, we have to deal with it. If we arent, we simply find another supplier. The owner of this company uses an India-based IT company to cover the checks written to his company, no matter where they come from. Ive never written a bad check, but I did recently open a new checking account. The company that he has contracted with does not check balances, does not look at a company history, does not check credit history. They see a new checking account, and their algorithm will reject the check. I ran into this yesterday. Had a fine man trying to get a fence done for me, and he couldnt get supplies. Why cant he allow his employees to call the bank? Its usually fairly easy. Take a couple of minutes. Hed rather pay an offshore company to guarantee his checks than to trust his employees. Maybe he could trust his employees more if he paid them instead of outsourcing jobs overseas? I do not recommend this company. The owner is the problem, not the apparent rudeness of the employees.

They are great

This place needs to close up shop! Order fence gates over 3 weeks ago. Went by because they never answer the phone. 1 guy there who took my order and was paid up front. Did not even have a invoice for it. Stated he would get on it today. Have not heard back! Turning them in to bbb and demanding my money be returned today. Will be filing suit if its a problem at all. UNBELIEVABLE! FIND SOME WERE ELSE TO GET YPUR FENCE AND SUPPLIES!

I agree with other reviews. The person I talked to was very RUDE. I would encourage anyone reading this to buy their fencing supplies from somewhere else.

When you buy from them its yours. They expect you to deal with the manufacturer on newly purchased items. Poor customer service and very rude. DO NOT USE
