I left a Christmas stocking to be embroidered with my sisters name. Even though the clerk wrote down the name and I double checked the spelling, or I THOUGHT I double checked the spelling, it was incorrect. This was totally my fault. When I went by to pick up the stocking, the name was wrong, of course. Without any prompting from me, the owner immediately offered to pick out the embroidery and re-embroider it with the correct spelling AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! I picked up the redone stocking today with the correct spelling - she stood by her word and only charged me for one job even though it was my fault. She would not hear of me paying extra. My conscience would not let me accept this free service - I know what its like to own a business. I just wrote the check for more and she graciously accepted it. Customer service like this cant be beat! I highly recommend using Needleworks!
