Love! My only complaint about this store is the lady who watches the cash registers. Shes just not very nice and thats most of the time. I go in this store almost every week, mostly for yarn. Sometimes for jewelry making supplies, sometimes furniture. The last time I went in, there was signage that certain items were on sale. Got to the register and asked the cashier just to be sure. The watcher came over and did her best to prove me wrong. The store manager happened to be walking by. He actually went and checked. Turns out I was correct. Watcher lady was frustrated. If the manager hadnt helped me, I would either have left the item or paid full price. Ive wondered ever since how many people the watcher has nicely bullied into paying full price. I truly like the store, just not her attitude. Everyone else who works there has literally always been kind and helpful.

Great hobby store here in Rome and the prices are always about the same as if you picked up what you need online.The staff was helpful in helping me find everything I needed and also had a couple of personal recommendations that were great as well. Just a friendly heads up that could have helped me, there is no Halloween section and there wont be even as it gets closer to October.This store never advertised or led me to believe there would be Halloween merchandise so I wont hold it against them and the rating Im submitting.

I love hobby lobby but was disappointed that there were absolutely zero Halloween decorations! Plenty of Fall and Thanksgiving and Christmas too, but not a single Halloween specific decoration.

I didnt realize they dont scan items its up to the individual cashier to put in your discount as far as the signs throughout the store that say 40 50% off. I caught the cashier a few different times not putting in the sale when I asked her why they dont scan things she said its just up to us to remember because weve worked here so long evidently she didnt work there long enough

Judy Crib manager went above and beyond in helping my son get what he needed for a school project. Even though we showed up at 7:57pm and they close at 8pm. I told her if she didnt want us to come in I understood. She said nope its not 8 yet so come on. My son asked her if someone could help him and she obliged. Now this is what customer service is. Even when your customers, i.e. me, are douches and show up right at closing. You still help them. Hobby Lobby is the best!

They had what I needed, however, only in limited supply. No associate ever greeted me, nor did they ask if I needed directions to the location of where the items that I was looking for were at. The check out experience was the worse. The lady in the check out line, just ahead of me, asked the clerk to price check her item, after she heard the price, she asked the clerk if she could leave her items on the check out counter while she runs back there and gets another one since she liked the cheep price on the items, the Cashier said sure. After 10 minutes had passed, and the lady finally returned with her other items, she proceeded to purchase her items by method of counting out coins that she had to empty the entire contents of her purse to retrieve. Then when I made my purchase, with a ten dollar bill, the Cashier took more time, and placed that ten dollar bill under a scanner to check authenticity. The bill was genuine and my shopping experience was finally over.Why did the Cashier not slide the other ladys items to the side, and check me and my one item out, instead of making me wait that long, I have no idea. Then checking my money , only added Insult to injury.

I have edited my review now that I have had a raw deal with in store customer service... I had a item that was scanned 2xs the girl was nice about it she refunded it immediately but when my bank seen the refund transaction so close to purchase transaction they flagged it and sent it back to hobby lobby once 3 days had went by and it was credited to my account. Well I called the local store and the manager pretty much snubbed me told me it was between me and my bank and that I would have to call back on Wednesday after Xmas lol talk about seasons greetings anyways I insisted i could prove the money was sent back to them showing where my bank sent it back on a statement and he still stonewalled me with the Grinch attitude. I will go to Micheal s or make the Drive to hobby town usa next time or maybe even shop local ... I am pretty much out my money for over a week and it will take longer when hobby lobby sends it back to my bank for them to process it on Wednesday. it discourages folks from using cards and doing refunds so they dont have to loose the money u just gave them when u get told its not their problem.... Why even shop with a card and if you do you cant get ur money back in hand it has to go back to bank never in your hands....

I always enjoyed other locations of this store and this was the first time shopping at this location. Staff was courteous and tolerated me using their framing section as a staging area for working through an LED frame project I was creating for my nephew. Manager was exceptionally friendly and was helpful in strategizing my project. Great store and the most friendly Hobby Lobby Ive ever been in. Only wished they carried LED strip lights, but apparently they simply dont have the space. Great store, competitive (and in some cases superior) prices compared to Amazon. Just a wonderful store - glad I went and will be going back in the future.

I LOVE Hobby Lobby. It has great items to decorate your house or items to do DIY projects. Its just a fun place to go and spend several hours.

Went in expecting them to have lots of bullet journaling stuff but they carry very little. If youre looking for an over abundance of Christmas trees this is THE place to shop. Nowhere near Halloween but it looks like Santa has thrown up everywhere. Due to the fact the store is basically a Christmas store its great that there are employees everywhere to help you find non Christmas items.

Hobby Lobby just about has everything you want. We went there to get Christmas ornaments this year and found a lot on sale. So it was a good trip I actually got to do my tree and purple this year.

My favorite store no doubt. The pricing on some stuff is getting pretty ridiculous so they may start losing my business on some things but other than that I love it!!

Every few feet, signs declared: Christmas decor 50% off. Yet, the two items I took to the counter dont qualify for the discount, so I left them there.A few hours later, I decided to go back and get one of the items despite the.priceImagine my surprise when the cashier rang it up for. 50% off. I even asked her about it and she showed me the binder she used to look it up. I guess the first cashier didnt know to do that.Just saying, you need to speak up if you think you arent getting the right discount.
