I give a 3 due to wait time, other than that its where I got for oil changes and tires. Customer service is great.

Prices are cheap for oil changes and tires. You can get a full synthetic name brand oil change here for about $50 with the tax included that would normally cost you about $75 somewhere else. Their prices also cant be beat on tires if you order them online. They screw up the orders sometimes, but will accommodate you for your trouble with significant discounts on already discounted tires. Their mounting and lifetime balancing is a steal. Im not sure of the competence of some of their mechanics, but Ive never had any serious issues thus far. I drive an old, rusty, 2004 Malibu LS with 176k miles, so Im not really worried about them hurting a car ready for the junkyard soon. Im not sure if I would bring a really expensive car here, but maybe I would. I would have to think about it.

Big mistake coming here, told me it would take an hour, 4 hrs later and still waiting. No appologies, zero customer service, I blame myself, I know better.

We went to 3 other places in Rome for a car battery all I will say is very overpriced. Went to Walmart car shop and wow found the perfect car battery for our vehicle much in the price range we were very pleased with the service and my car is no longer needing a jump every time we use it.

Absolutely ridiculous at how long it is taking to change 1 single tire. So far, 1 hour, my car is in the bay and jacked up, and has been for more than an hour, to change 1 single tire. The waiting area is absolutely freezing and I have been shivering the entire time I have been here. I wont come back to the rome walmart for something that should be so easy again. I could have changed the tire roadside quicker than walmart.
