There’s not enough I can say about the whole staff, they’re amazing! They made my daughter feel like she was the only bride in the world. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that she had the absolute best experience with many options to choose from and the excitement and encouragement from the staff was more than I could’ve asked for for my daughter. Me and my men went here to get fitted for our suits it is where my fiance got her dress. Samantha is the lady who helped us. She was very nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. Answered all our questions. Highly recommend this place for the ladies and gents.

Ally is PHENOMENAL! I’m the maid of honor for my best friend, and she did SO good with making the bride feel so special. She helped us pick out the perfect one, was so kind, and listened to every word the bride said. She made the experience great and gave great advice and pointers along the way. HIGHLY recommend and they have a great selection of dresses as well :)

Renting my sons prom Tux here. His girlfriend bought her dress here as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Process of fitting and ordering very efficient and hassle-free. Very reasonably priced! If you are looking for a prom dress, Tux rental or wedding dresses, this should ne your first stop. No need to go to Atlanta or Chattanooga when you have this gem right here in Rome, GA!

Gorgeous dresses however I told staff my budget and that I was having a beach wedding! Too shorten train and alterations would have cost $200. Plus dress in pic with Late loved, but when saw price plus alterations dress would end up costing me more than ceremony. The do have lay away, but once you put deposit done NO REFUNDS! I ended up going to Davids Bridal I got $1200 for $595 better selection. My dress was end of season so a lot cheaper.

I took my daughters pageant dress for alterations & we had great experience! The staff were very friendly & professional! The dress was done very quickly and @ an awesome price! We will definitely be back!

I recommend Perfect Dress of Rome 100%. The whole process from start to finish was perfect. I went and got my dress fitted today and everyone was so kind and helpful. If you are looking for a wedding dress they have a great selection and go up and beyond for you.

I went to Perfect Dress, and there were only 3 gowns in sizes larger than 8/10 that were not A-line. Most of their samples were in a size 8 or 10 (6/8 in regular clothing), which is very small for bridal. Their dresses that were in larger sizes all looked the same. Not only does this limit the options for brides who are not incredibly thin, but I imagine that for most brides it hurts their self-esteem and makes it difficult for local brides to find unique gowns. It also sends the message that only thin brides should wear certain silhouettes, which is not the message I would hope for, especially considering how amazing mermaid and trumpet gowns look on curvy women. I feel that when you work in bridal you should want to broaden your clientele and be able to serve as many women of diverse shapes and sizes as possible, and not have to turn away customers simply because your samples are smaller than the average woman. And even if you do not end up selling to a bride, it should always be your goal to have her leave your shop feeling beautiful! The solution that many other bridal shops have found is ordering gowns in 12/14s and clipping them for smaller women, so that they can get an idea how how they fit and curvier women can fit into them as well. Then they also order their gowns in plus-size so that anyone who cannot fit into a 14 has a plus size option. This is a more inclusive way of choosing samples and allows them to serve more clients. I would hope that Perfect Dress diversifies their size options for future brides!

Alison and her team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! My groomsmen were able to send in their measurements and have their suits drop-shipped to them to try them on before the day. I even had a groomsmen leave town unexpectedly left town before his suit arrived and Alison had the order expedited and everything worked out! Awesome people there!

The seamstress is the one to blame for this low rating. If you want a place to make you feel special and listened to this is not the place. If you want to feel like a burden after buying your dress here than this is the place for you.

I had a great experience here! After going to Davids Bridal in Birmingham, I was very discouraged. I decided to come here after looking at their website. Im EXTREMELY picky and was scared I would never find anything. I found a perfect gown at this store. They had unique selections at great prices. The manager was extremely patient with me and did all she could to make my experience amazing. I recommend end this store to all my friends! The ladies there were so sweet, and Im so grateful I went there! I should have gone there first!

I cannot say enough how much I loved and enjoyed my experience at The Perfect Dress. Allison and Carson helped me and made me feel as if I was the most important person they serviced. They were recommended to me by several people and I will always send friends and family their way. So thankful for them!

Allison and the staff were the absolute best!! I felt so comfortable walking in for the first time, and every day after that. I had to have several alterations....one being 3 days before my wedding! Very disappointed with the bridesmaids dress I purchased for a wedding in August. Called and gave exact measurements for the dress. Upon receiving the dress it was way too large. Having to incur an $80 alteration charge. This company offered nothing to help other than this is what we requested from the manufacturer. The dress is beautiful but I would not recommend this shop.

The staff was not helpful at all...the biggest size they have is a 20...was told if I found something I liked they could order in my size....Really??? You have to try something on to see if it fits...I will be going to Atlanta...I guess thats what you get when you try to but local....NOTHING

Excellent experience with Perfect Dress! Allison went above and beyond to serve me and my large bridal party...she even went in on an off day to track down an extra bridesmaids dress for me 3 weeks before my wedding! No where else will you find that kind of service! I even trashed my dress in Armuchee Creek a few weeks after the wedding...Allison convinced me to have it cleaned rather than throw it away. Glad I listened! Took it back to her and she had it looking brand new again! Highly recommend Perfect Dress for YOUR perfect dress!:)
