I was given excellent information about what I was purchasing, she had good suggestions, & she showed me a sheet set that saved me even more money than what Id ordered from Amazon (that order was cancelled as soon as I got home!). When all was said & done, Id saved a good amount of money, had an enjoyable experience, & (because it was in stock) it will be delivered in a few days. Highly recommend Bed-zz Express.

I was very disappointed when my bed was not delivered when the salesman told me that it would. The owner contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience and told me he would make it right. I appreciate the effort and time that him and his manager put into making things right. This shows you that they care about there customers. Thank you for great customer service.

This was the second mattress Ive purchased from Bedzzz Express and their service is what makes me keep choosing them.No pressure to buy anything, ever. Jody was wonderful, we told her what we were looking for and she gave us a couple options to lay on in the store. I took those recommendations from her and went home and researched. Bedzzz Express is the best mattress store in town. The manager is very kind and knowledgeable, and there is no pressure. It is also very clean and welcoming. We have bought several mattresses and pillows from them over the years. The best customer service around. We had an issue with a mattress we purchased after owning it for several years, and we were able to get a brand new different mattress (different brand too) with no problems whatsoever. Just had to pay the difference in price. Their warranty is awesome because they add to the manufacturer warranty. They sell all of the major brands including Tempurpedic and Stearns & Foster. You will not be disappointed with this store!

We were armed and ready to guard against pushy salespeople when we entered the store, but were most pleasantly surprised when we were allowed to walk around and look unbothered for several long minutes before being approached. And when we were, the concern was for our budget first, then to find the best fit for our budget. Glenn was very informative, offered many options (including pillows!) answered our questions and concerns, and gave us plenty of space to talk and try out all the mattresses in peace. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and we were very happy with our service there at Bedzzz Express. Very clean and well designed store layout, too.

The salesman was polite, helpful and knowledgable but did not try to influence our decision. Delivery was prompt. I love the mattress that I ended up with; however I am super disappointed in the treatment I received. I purchased a new mattress from Glenn and waited over 2 weeks for delivery only to have the floor model delivered (he had also incorrectly entered my address, so luckily I was able to correct that before they showed up to the wrong house). I had to inquire to learn this - Glenn never told me that I was getting the floor model. I would have never paid full price nor waited 2 weeks, if I wanted the floor model. John, who was filling in for Glenn on the day I discovered this, was helpful in finding out that my mattress was still on the truck at the warehouse, corrected my address in the system, and arranged for it to be delivered. Finally, after three weeks, no apology, and a lot longer story (this is just the cliff notes version), I have my new mattress but I will never do business with or recommend BedzzzExpress in Rome.

I had a bedding emergency! We just moved here and we had a terrible moving company who has not brought our stuff in 3 weeks. We had been using an air mattress and it finally caved in. You never forget who yells at your children. I will tell everyone I know.Not family friendly at all, Treated us poorly because we have children in store with us. Felt pressured into buying and uncomfortable. Did not listen to our needs.
