Fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable!! My original plan was to have my Honda ATV serviced to get it ready to sell. Within seconds of getting it off the truck, the fine folks there offered me way more than I ever thought I could get for it. Now I don’t have to go back, pay for the service, repairs, travel expenses, heck I don’t even have to mess with the hassle of listing and selling it. Thanks Honda of Rome!!!

Customer service was phenomenal. I dropped my 2020 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 off at noon on a Friday... and they had me ready to ride the next day (Saturday). All employees I came into contact with were friendly and helpful, and the cost of service was fair and reasonable. Im now a customer for life.

Outstanding customer service and price. I told Alena I wanted to purchase a bike they had on their showroom floor, so she explained the details necessary to hold/ reserve the bike. The transaction was made and I drove up 6 days later to pick it up. Alena already had the paperwork in her hand when I arrived. A simple, honest, efficient and professional transaction. My husband gets his Kawasaki serviced here, even though theres a Kawasaki shop right down the road. The service prices are lower here, even though they are a bit slower due to the volume of business.Remember, you can choose only TWO: Good, Cheap, Fast. This place is Good and Cheap.

Called they said the had a four wheeler we were looking for...we told them we wanted it...they took our name and we headed that way. They called back when we were almost there and said they sold it. I asked why they even took our name if they were not going to hold it. How bout if you need a deposit first just take it with a card over the phone instead of wasting people’s time and pretending someone else was selling it. Everyone knows your dealership is one room and it ain’t a secret what’s being sold. If they are gonna lie about this no telling what else they will lie about.

They were a fraction of what they used to be, hardly any bikes on the floor. But, I know thats probably because of the covid virus. Employees were friendly and helpful though.

These folks are wonderful! They treat you like family. Their mechanic, Eddie Harris, has to be the best mechanic Ive ever met. I believe that hes able to fix anything that runs, from a blender to a jet engine. LOL. I like to stop by on a regular basis just to say hello. Seriously, the hospitality cant be outdone.

Just had chain, front and rear sprockets and rear brakes replaced. I had oil changed a few months back and I had clear communication. My only issue is that the mechanics have little knowledge of aftermarket parts and my rear brakes were left loose, leaving very little grab when i had to stop.

Alana is so helpful , and the owner is on top of any issues sending his team out to fix whatever the issue is. Couldnt be any happier with my choice of a dealership to get my side-by-side!!

Outstanding service was given to me today! I rode from Gadsden, Al to get my oil changed and this place saved me $120 from what Speedzone in Gadsden was going to charge for my break in service. Every single employee was going out of their way to make my experience perfect. I will return to this place! My only regret? Not knowing about this place before I purchased my motorcycle in Gadsden!

After being told by Romes Yamaha dealer that they were so busy they wouldnt even change the tire on my R6, I called these guys. They told me to bring it in and theyd do it while I waited. 30 minutes later it was finished. Great service, was treated very well by all the staff I came into contact with. Browsed around their floor while I was there. They seem to have a lot of ATV/off-road inventory which I think is mostly the market here in NW GA. Did have a couple of sport bikes as well and some good looking cruisers. Im sure they can pull inventory from other places if need be. Will definitely bring my R6 back if I need any repairs/service that I cant do myself. Thanks guys!
