DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!While getting a car wash at this location the machinery broke down and the soft cloth spinning apparatus basically sat in one place for a few minutes chewing through the paint. Needless to say, it resulted in damage to our brand new vehicle. When I went in to see about a remedy I was met with it must of been some other car wash and Its soft cloth, it couldnt do damage Of course the owner is out of town for a month and we cant speak with him either. Way to own up and treat your customer.Update: owner eventually made things right.

Came here for a car wash on 12/8. The wash started and once it reached the back of my car, the rollers got stuck and wouldnt stop spinning. The attendant came out, told me to pull out of the wash, gave me a code for another wash, and I went back in.It wasnt until I got home that my husband realized the rollers getting stuck had buffed my bumper so bad that it was discolored & scratched.We tried reaching the owner or manager several times Saturday & Sunday with no response back.Today my husband physically went to the wash, was told the owner was out of the country for a month and the manager on duty wouldnt take responsibility for the damage & refused to give my husband their insurance information.At that point, we had no choice but to call the police & file a report. We also intend to take them to small claims court for the damages caused by their malfunctioning wash.DO NOT GO HERE!!!
