The UPS site clearly says you can bring in your own box ready to ship. However, the store associate insisted that I had to tell her what exactly was in the box (it was just a card and chocolates for a family member whos been struggling) she said I had to buy one of their boxes that costs $$ or, rebox it at home. I went out to my car and repackaged. She laughed when i walked in and said she still would not send my care package. Thanks Becky, I wont be using this location ever again.

Very disappointing experience at this store. I went yesterday to ship a flat box to Canada that contained an artwork. It was about 1 x 35 x 30 or so. The employee said he could ship it for $200 to arrive on Monday. I said, Im in no hurry. Whats a cheaper rate to get it there later? He said, All options are going to be around $200. Not prepared to pay that amount for such a simple package, I asked if he knew of any other more affordable shipping places. He said I could try USPS. I said I didnt think they would ship a box the scale of the box I was trying to ship. I said I didnt know my options, so I wouldnt ship at this time and would think about it some more. He said, Well be here when you get back. Clerk was not helpful or accommodating and I felt like I was being price-gouged. I went to a Fed-Ex store and they were very nice and helpful and I shipped the same package to Canada through them for $37. I wont be going to the UPS Store again.

I had a terrible experience with this location in trying to return an Amazon Prime Wardrobe order. My return was dropped off at this location on March 12 and I learned through Amazon on April 24 that the item return had not been initiated yet. I went to the location for assistance, letting them know details of the drop off including date and time as well as an issue the cashier had to call for assistance on as she was confused on how to input the return order with me already having a return label printed. Becky, the manager, was short and rude from jump. She indicated that Amazon doesn’t give them enough instructions for these returns and if I had an issue I needed to take it up with them. I informed her that I had, and that the issue was with her store not scanning the appropriate QR code from my return, thus placing my return items into the wrong box to be shipped out. Becky would not allow me to speak to anyone else and would not provide me with the number for her owner or anyone above her within UPS. She threw her hands up and walked away from me multiple times. I moved to a bench outside of the store, and was able to connect to the same Amazon Customer Service agent to discuss what happened and he assisted me with getting charges cancelled. Before I left (within 10 minutes) I heard Becky be very short with one customer trying to have a letter notarized, telling her she couldn’t help and walking away without providing any offer of assistance or instruction for how the customer could go about getting it notarized, then very rudely yelling at another customer and again walking away from him to the back of the store over an issue he was stating he called in advance and asked for instruction for. If this was a rough day for Becky, she needed to just not be at work. If this is the norm, the owner of this location should definitely rethink Becky’s employment status.

This place is awesome, the people are great the service is top notch. I used to have a P.O. box but now I do all my mailing service through these guys.I purchased a box, you get an email when you receive packages, it costs a bit more to buy a box than the Post Office but you get your moneys worth in service.

The woman notary here is quite rude. The other people I’ve encountered at this location are very nice and helpful though. Giving one star because there’s no reason to be rude, it’s ridiculous. I won’t be back.

An associate patiently explained to me that Amazons UPS store no-label returns are not trackable despite there being a tracking number on the receipt. These items are consolidated in a single package for shipping. For high value returns or if tracking is desired, the option of getting a prepaid label for UPS dropoff should be chosen.

Consistently underwhelmingFirst time I went to this location the woman working there was incredibly rude and was rough with everyones packageSecond time I went was the most wrong things in a single visit that I can recall.1. Customer asked for a package, they got the wrong one, different name.2. Customer in front of me got a call for a package for which he left work. Turns out he did not have a package, the called the wrong person.3. After that both employee were talking to the first person trying to figure out whos package it was. Not sure why it takes both employees4. Finally got my turn, gave the employee my return item (electronics) and she dropped it on the ground.At least it was entertaining

Absolutely wonderful! I had them pack and ship my grandmothers fine China to me in Oregon and they did a fantastic job. Everything got here with out any issues. These dishes are very sentimental to me and I cant thank them enough for all the work they put into getting it to me. Thank you to Becky and others that helped with this.

Not a place Id recommend doing a ton of business with. Outside of critical shipments, USPS flat rate will always save you money. Print is not an effective product for customers either. Woefully unprepared to take on anything serious project wise.Good place for notary and faxing!

Went to the UPS Store in Bentonville on a Saturday only to find out that they had closed early. My only other option was to try the UPS Store in Rogers. Not only did they have a Notary on staff, the associate went out of her way to provide me with two witnesses that were required for the document. On top of that they were able to ship it for me and guarantee arrival the following Monday. Best customer service around by far! I will be going back!Oh by the way the package did make it on time as guaranteed by the associate! :)

I would give negative stars if I could. This location accepted one of my packages but refused my other so it is being returned to sender. The customer service is awful and have been extremely unhelpful. I paid for express shipping so I could get my package before my trip. My experience with them has been awful. Never received the call back about my package so now its nearly to the sender. Thanks for absolutely nothing and refusing my package & claiming it was never ordered. My phone number was on the package so you could have at least called or explained yesterday when I spoke to you. Now I have to wait for my order to return to the UK, be processed, and resent when Im not in town again but Ill just make sure someone can stop by my home to get the package instead since your location is useless.

I am a Financial Service agent that uses this location quite a bit. Today when I brought my package in for shipping, with a label that I had printed, Beth noticed that I had the addresses reversed and would be shipping it back to myself. The two seconds that she spent verifying the information saved me thousands of dollars and time. Priceless!

Worst service, I have sent a package through this store on 04/12/2019 and they told guaranteed deliver by 04/24/2019. Initially i asked them to ship through usps as it cost less compare to ups but showing same time to deliver and the agent suggested ups because usps is not guaranteed delivery. So, i went for ups but my package still showing in transit and there is no customs delay but still showing in transit and my package is time sensitive yesterday i have call this store and explained the situation, They are telling they dont know anything and they didnt try to contact ups customer service also, so who is responsible for this? worst ever experience please dont ship from this location as it is not ups store it is just franchise, Better go with ups own store or fedex or atleast usps but not this store

SHIPPERS BEWARE!! READ THIS BEFORE EVER SHIPPING AT THIS LOCATION!! I had a business emergency and had to have a suit and all accessories shipped for a critical business meeting on 5/20/16. The suit was taken to this location, The UPS Store which come to find out is a franchise not an actual UPS location, on 5/18/16 at 8:30 AM for a guaranteed delivery on 5/19/16 by 3:00 PM. We paid $95 to have this guaranteed delivery by that date/time. At 3:30 PM on 5/19/16, we called this location as the package had not arrived and was told “they don’t know what happened to it” but it would likely not be delivered since they cannot find it in their system. At that point, I had no other option but to go to a local store in NYC and purchase a new suit for the business meeting because “UPS” collectively failed to deliver on my guaranteed delivery package. $600 for a new suit + $95 shipping for the original suit is how much I am now in for. My UPS app said the package was not picked up from The UPS Store until 5/19/16 at 6:00 PM, which was a few hours after we called and reported the issued to The UPS Store. At that point, it was guaranteed to be delivered on 5/20/16 by 3:00 PM, a day after I needed it and actually when I would be flying back home from the business meeting. Now I have my suit that was magically found after we called, now heading to NYC when I am headed back to NWA. The saga continues because now I have to get the suit shipped back to NWA. UPS Corporate did agree to ship my suit back to my house at no charge. My wife then started going back and forth between The UPS Store and UPS Corporate. Each of them kept blaming the other one for fault. After multiple calls back and forth and hours on the phone, UPS Corporate did agree to refund my original shipping of $95 but refused to refund me the $600 for my purchased suit because “it wasn’t lost”. No one knew where it was for 24 hours and it was “lost” but once “someone” found it then the blame game started while we, the consumers, are left out of pocket $600 and time and trouble of calling back and forth. UPS Corporate’s final answer was this was the local franchisee’s issue not theirs so they have done all they are going to by refunding our original $95 shipping and shipping my suit back to my home at no charge. The UPS Store in the end refused to do anything. When I talked to Beth, who I am told is the local franchise owner, she again said sorry there is nothing they can do and UPS Corporate denied it. When I discussed with her how poor of customer service this was when you are in the business of delivering on time, she just gave me a lesson on how shipping gets from her store, to the Tulsa consolidation center, on planes and to their locations. Then she gave me a lesson on how shipping insurance works, which in the end pretty much meant it would have been better if they would have lost it for good. Losing it for 24 hours and not delivering on time…doesn’t really matter. I expressed my displeasure one more time, gave her one more opportunity to rectify this issue and take care of her local customer and her only response was “take a suit with you next time” and hung up the phone on me. Not in any way professional nor putting your customers first. This is a simple example of deliver on your commitments, i.e. get my package to NYC by 5/19/16 as you said you would and what I paid for, and we are all happy. Not live up to your commitment, cause your customer undue burden and then you are left with a choice to do the right thing and make this right for the customer or make excuses as to why you cannot. If you do indeed own this franchise, you 100% did and still do have the ability and the means to make this right. What can Brown Do For You?? Not deliver and have no consequences and poor service. I rarely play the victim but this is a ridiculous display of business practice and customer service. NWA BEWARE OF SHIPPING ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A “GUARANTEE”.

Terrible when I ordered Call of Duty Advanced Warfare Day Zero I was supposed to get it early so I could play the day before it came out, BUT NO!!!!!! I HAVE TO GET IT AT 8 AT NIGHT!!!!! WHEN I GOT IT I HAD TO WAIT A COUPLE HOURS FOR IT TO DOWNLOAD SO I COULDNT EVENT PLAY IT WHEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO.
