Had my machine up there for over a month, just for them to call me and tell me they don’t have the time to work on it. The technician said that it was a waste of his time; he didn’t want to work on it, nor did he have the time to work on it. He originally told me that they can work on it, just to tell me he didn’t want to work on it. This would have been nice to know over a month ago. I could have been looking for someone else to fix it. But they just want to hold my machine, make excuses, and they yell at me over the phone and hang up on me. “If you come up here I’ll slam the door in your face” was his last words before hanging up on me. Would never recommend this company to anyone ever.

I don’t know what the technician’s problem is, but it took them 3 weeks to call me and tell me they weren’t going to work on my mytee machine, after telling me they are a mytee dealer and repair store!!

Honestly my experience was so horrible I don’t even want to say what happened. I’ll just leave it at 1 star.

I was referred to this company to fix my extractor from a friend who had his extractor fixed from here. They held my machine for 2 months before I finally called up there and they said they weren’t going to work on it. After looking it seems like other people were having this issue as well..
