Been looking for golf sandals and they were in stock at Caddies Shack Golf Shop. Picked up some golf gloves, too. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great experience!

Ordered a 13 piece regrip kit, tape, solvent and grips. Confirmed with Amazon what I was getting via their customer service, then after the fact emailed Caddiesshack, as I did not want to waste three to four days and get wrong item and have to deal with a return. Still no response from seller at all and received wrong item today in mail. Have screenshots of what they had listed , Amazon’s confirmation and then what I received. Poor communication and customer service. While the company never responded to my email , they did respond after the reviews were posted, so I will say they state this was a mistake on Amazon’s part, which may be the case but still doesn’t change that they had 2-3 days before I received the item where I emailed them to ask if it was correct and to date never heard back. So can’t exactly say it was any different on the service I received , they only replied back when they say the negative review..

Bought online, but had questions which were answered timely and accurately. Shipping was fast and prices cant be beat. Bought a driver and 3 wood for the price of the 3 wood at other stores. Yeah! Packed well and arrived in great shape. Ill be checking these guys first from now on.

This is by far the best golf store in all of Northwest Arkansas. they have the nicest and most knowledgeable staff around and the latest and greatest in golf balls, iron, drivers and pretty much everything else. If they dont have it in store they can get it for you and thats what I love. They also have a vast selection of apparel. They almost have to much. Also, nobody beats their prices. They are a local business that make the big name brand stores look silly in comparison. I love the friendly staff and wont shop anywhere else. Ever!
