Very knowledgeable and always have what you need. Also they can fix just about anything!

When I bought my mower and chainsaw from here everything was great. But as I needed service more and more, the customer service part started lacking. Now when I take my chains to get sharpened they take 3 weeks and only sharpen one of them, but charged me for three. I know I can’t prove this so I will just take my business elsewhere. Their sister store next door at Polaris did the same thing; took my ranger for an oil change, tires and troubleshoot why it doesn’t want to start. Three weeks later I get it back and it still doesn’t want to start. No explanation.Just stay away from that general area. There are other shops around that appreciate you and pay attention to their duties.

Just bought a Big Dog zero turn mower here and the sales staff was really good and helpful. We discussed what would work best for me and discussed my options. The salesman was at no point pushy or trying to upsell me to a larger model and he was very honest. I had the mower delivered a few days later and I couldn’t be happier and I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

Parts counter was very friendly seemed like salesman was too busy with other things will probably buy a new mower up north. Itrade with the dealership before but was not satisfied with no leeway on price offered better deal up north.

Closed at noon on Saturday. Stupid to be closed its a super busy yard day.

I took an old saw to get serviced and it cost me $80 bucks, took it home cut through one log and it died when opened up all the way so I took it back and they told me the piston was scarred and that it was junk, so why didnt they tell me that before I spent $80 just very ticked off will never shop here again
