Great! They have everything u could look for; but i think prices are a little high. But that just might be me!

First of all what kind employers hand out movies or games after paying it that are scratch and cant even watch without any glitch or skip scene and check right the correct disk like the Pacific rim instead of actual movie it was a special feature . So for that i gave 1 star for pretty much robbing my money if only i had my reciept i would still get my money back or an actual movie that dont have scratches then i wouldnt leave a 1 star

They got me in and out good quality playstation 4 limited edition. It was well worth the drive from my home

Returned 3 different disks of the same game because it would not work. Some games dont work or are not even tested to see if they work properly. It does not help that they dont always look at the disk before they put it in a case. 2 out of 4 were scratched and not buffed which mean you have to check them before you walk away from the register.

Always great customer service and I love finding older movies here and occasionally picking up something for my son.

I go the extra mile for a new selection but continue to get games that havent been cleaned or were very obviously scratched beyond repair. But they are consistent with the iconic Game-X-Change Xbox Isle Vomit Stain

I will never buy or sell here again. I bought a ps4 controller and had it for 2 weeks. Tried to exchange it because of a faulty button they wouldnt exchange it or refund my money. Plus they dont pay hardly anything for things that you want to sell but will mark the products that they want to sell way up to almost brand new prices. They are just a bunch of rip off artists!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Great place for you to get older games.

Not much better than GameStop for trade-ins or what they call as selling. Buy a 250gb Xbox 360 S from them for $70 plus tax, trade in a month later for $22 and change (that includes their current 15% extra promotion on all trade ins). Guy who was a manager, takes extra more time to authenticate that your unit is working, despite you having bought the unit from that very shop. The same guy who authenticated that the NCAA Football 13, 360 game you bought from them, was working before you left the store, a year or so before. Only to try it on said 360, and for it to not work past the loading screen. Come back and they messed it up again. So takes you three trips to get a working game. No apologies whatsoever. This branch messes up quite too often. And hires new employees who are not that very knowledgeable in regards to the gaming and the systems they have on hand.Limited options in regards to competent gaming shops here in NWA. Makes it difficult to live here.

Terrible customer service. Staff refused to help us and the store wasnt busy. We ended up buying our game on line.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! They let me go in and be an old wistful lady about retro games. They have a nice selection of import candy and treats for weebs. Turns out their ownership is a little behind the time though and holds them to a real strict dress standard which I dont get. Its a video game store. Not a lawyers office... loosen up on your staff, pay em a little more and Ill give you the last star.

Tried to buy a few games but was told at check out that the prices listed weren’t correct and that I would need to pay more for them. What’s the point of having a price on something if it’s apparently subject to change at the register? The cashier refused to honor the prices listed. The games that I did buy had scratches and resurfacing marks. I’ll have to take them to another store to get resurfaced. That was my first time in there and it will definitely be my last. Do NOT shop here unless you’re interested in playing a guessing game with the prices.

Love coming here looking for Pokémon cards. Used games are expensive sometimes.

Kids work there at night and they forgot to put my Husbands games in the cases. I had to drive back there and they didnt even really say sorry or ask if there was anything they could help with. Nor did they bother to give me a credit since it was there mistake.

Brought in some DVDS kind of a low ball offer considering some were brand new with price tags still on them. I also bought some PS4 games not bad everything worked. Just a reminder they do not give cash back if you want to return something they either do store credit or you can choose another item that price.

No products, too pricey, directed me to other store that was already closed, wanted me out because they were closing. They still had 15 min and I was leaving because they did not have what I needed.

The staff here is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful! They give us great prices for items they buy and arent rude or price cut you when selling items like Vantage Stock or the other buy back stores.

Most items are fairly priced, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable

I put a deposit on an Xbox and I got a call from them explaining that they were selling much higher and they would only hold it until Friday, then refund my money. I work out of town so Friday was impossible. They did give me full refund but I felt this was very unfair. I explained my situation that I would be out of town for 6 or 7 weeks and Id pick it up when I got back. They should have been upfront when I put my deposit down.

VERY limited choices on PS4 games. Had many copies of most games but not a lot to pick from. Staff was super nice!

Ive shopped there ever since it was Replay. The store still hold itself better the any other in the area. The staff is friendly and the selection is amazing. Ever since the Bentonville store entered the area, they have only managed to get better. Game Stop and Vintage Store of Rogers have nothing in comparison where it comes to these two overwhelming qualities. The prices are also astonishingly good compared to the other two stores. With the 24 exchange and 90 warranty, I also feel very safe shopping there. When it comes to trading in, I get the best deals and most of the time just so I can easily continue my gaming hobby. Seriously, check this place out if you havent yet.

Great place to go if you need to get a used game, prices are comparable to other used game stores. At the same time, trade in values are around the same as other stores as well.Unfortunately, twice I have gotten games for my son there that didnt work. The first one was cracked, and never worked. The second one was scratched terribly, but they gave me a replacement.Service is pretty good, the people are nice and helpful when looking for something specific to buy.

The atmosphere is usually pretty chill, and they have a wide selection of current and past gen games. They also have a good sized section dedicated to dvds. I like to go check out the retro games, and they usually have some decent titles.

I like to drop by when I get a chance. They always have a good selection of games (all types of systems) and also quite the movie collection. :)

I loved used games stores. I found Zelda and the for swords here on game cube. It made my day. Good process also

This place has a really friendly staff and lots of games to choose from. I discovered an old favorite on a platform I didnt know the game was released on. I hope to come back the next time Im in Rogers!

My seven-year-old son words to go here all the time. The staff is helpful with questions on hit different Game Systems. As a parent who buys most the games it doesnt really seem like a great trade most the time but it does allow your child to take games and that he doesnt play anymore without your costing you anything

The staff are always friendly and they have a lot of good games you can buy for very inexpensive and most movies are really inexpensive and they have a huge variation of DVDs and Blu Ray.

I was in a week or 2 ago this young tall punk got mouthy with me and I dont appreciate that they put wrong game in case then had the oddasity to say are you sure you didnt switch game out I dont even own any games next time he gets mouthy I might shut it for him

This is the first review I have ever wrote because I never had a write one except for today . I wish there was a way to put no stars because after the experience I had Im never going in that store again unless they fix this. I got a lot of friends and family that play games and live in Rogers as well all across America so theyre going to be known about this Ill make sure of it, and they go to Game Exchange a lot but not after this they wont. I went in yesterday to get a game buffed out which I called in the day before and they said dont worry about it no charge because it doesnt cost them nothing. When I went in to get it buffed they said it was $3.75 and I said really it doesnt cost you nothing to buff out at CD. I even told him that I called in the day before and then guy says nope sorry $3.75. I bought $20 with the games I should have put them back Im going to take them back later on. Im never going to this game exchange again. Im going to GameStop and they dont charge to buff out. The only way I would go back if they fix that problem and dont charge a buff out. Dont get me wrong its a nice place and they have nice people but after this experience never never again.

Came in to sell a few old games, thanks for taking off our hands but I can’t say that the payout was very good. Took quite a few games but couldn’t have turned around and purchased anything else. In store game selection was ok! Definitely worth a look.

Were looking for a flight simulator game on XBOX one, a very difficult thing to find. We did not find it here but the associate was very kind and genuinely helped us look as well as have us suggestions and informed us of promotions. They were also playing music from Will Smiths Big Willie Style.

Did some trade-ins. It was $40 something for cash or $65 in credit. One of the games I sold for my son only got him $1.95. But they are selling them for 9.95. Seriously! This place is a joke.

I love coming here to find some of the older games at a bargain price. Getting harder to find actual game discs these days as a lot of folks are buying just a digital copy.

On the one hand, the guy behind the counter took a Wii out of the packaging to test a game before I bought it because were from out of state, but on the other hand the game did not work when I got home. He put the disc in the Wii and it showed up on the loading screen, but that is where he stopped.I figured he was more experienced than me so I did not question it, despite wanting him to actually load the game. That is all the further I got when I got home...game did not load. Pretty crappy. But if you are a local, they offer a 90 day warranty so this would not be an issue for you.
