I love TCBY and have frequented this location many times. They follow safe and sanitary protocol, have friendly staff, and serve the best frozen yogurt flavor- White Chocolate Mousse- of all time. Unless youre just an angry leftist because not everyone is demanded to wear a ridiculous mask (get over it!), its easy to see that this is a safe, clean environment. Thanks TCBY!

We love bringing the kiddos and the whole family here! During our last trip my 4 year old daughter accidentally dropped her cup of frozen yogurt & toppings. I was prepared to purchase another one and was totally fine buying the replacement. However; the nice young ladies (one of which I believe was a manager) insisted that they would cover the replacement! So kind! Instead of my Husband and I put a nice tip in the Tip jar. Thank you ladies!

The only flavor to get is the white chocolate mousse, it’s so delicious! I wish they had mini marshmallows instead of marshmallow sauce though. The drive through is nice, but we all sat inside. Friendly staff and I could tell the place was cleaned very often.

Always good time for some TCBY. Very clean place and of course the TCBY is very good. They are keeping things sanitized well and the associates are handling all the toppings now so you dont have to worry about everyone touching everything. Very happy and will always go back.

Typical froyo place with toppings. My low rating reflects the shops outdated public health priorities - no employees were wearing masks and no mask policy for the shop, but then they require that the MASKLESS employees serve the toppings while customers are not even allowed to serve their own toppings?? Makes no sense, given recent CDC guidelines and data that show COVID-19 transmission is much more likely through airborne droplets as opposed to touching common surfaces. I do not want high school/college aged kids (who are currently the highest transmitters of COVID-19) breathing on my toppings while serving them. Please update your shops COVID-19 guidance so that customers feel safer coming in here.High school aged employees were also unprofessional, did not greet upon entering, and were not wearing gloves the whole time while serving.

Loveeeeee this place! Always clean when we have gone in. Customer service is eh but at least they usually great you when you come in! Love that you can sample a flavor if you want. Love all the toppings and the flavors of ice cream yummmmmmm can’t wait to go back!!

I have loved TCBY for years ! However I think this location needs an update of flavors ! Its been the same for years ! Id love to try something new :)

Decent options. Staff is engaging and helpful. Pay by weight so not too expensive. Open till 11 on the weekends.

I love tcby but it seems like my favorite flavors are always getting replaced. First it was cheesecake then marshmallow. But they never take away the Oreo. Just sad I miss out.

Super fresh flavors and very healthy! They have dairy free options and I believe most if not all flavors are low fat. Perfect amount and types of toppings!.. fruits, desserts, nuts, fudges, sweets, chocolates, etc..Popping boba is my favorite!! Its in a convenient location and quiet enough to eat inside or outside on their patio.

Slightly overpriced for what you get. You get to choose any and all options they have, which is neat. The yogurt is not quite as sweet as ice cream which is not bad. It is also less dense than ice cream. So a lighter desert, but slightly over priced.

I loved the fact that they had seating inside and outside. It wasnt very crowded, and the frozen yogurt was decent. The price was also okay. The shop was very bright and colorful, and had a variety of toppings.

The yogurt that they sell here is good and its really nice to build your own cup with yogurt and toppings. The price is high but they frequently offer special deals to get a large cup for essentially a fourth of the price if you fill it up completely. They have a nice range of flavors and toppings and its decently clean. By which I mean that the floors and chairs arent sticky with old yogurt and there isnt trash anywhere. Its a good place to go for a date or taking the kids out for ice cream.

Awesome place! Always yummy, and fun to make your own. The employees were super nice, polite, helpful.. and tolerant (see next line, lol).. The store was very clean, until my kids went down the topping line 😕 (it wasnt THAT bad, and I did clean up after them), the self-serve area was easy to navigate, from yogurt dispensing machines, to the organization of every possible, tempting, topping choice! We cant wait to go back! (Now that my babies are well-behaved teenagers 😉)

They used to be really nice, but these days, they are kind of not nice attitude. Ice cream has a great flavor. I would not go there often, but I would a few times.

Our first time here and very pleased. The lady working showed and explained how everything worked. It is nice that they have both dairy and sugar free choices and lots of toppings including a lot of fruit. The prices are fair also. We will go back.

I ordered a large reeses pieces shiver. To start the large was about half the size of what I get from other TCBY stores, but somehow it was almost completely melted when it was given to me. I hope other people have a better experience here, but I wont be back. I should note that I went through the drive through.

No greeting, and annoyed that I had questions. Dirty floors, tables, and display bar for the toppings. Be extra sure to double check your fruit toppings as there was mold in the Raspberries and Black berries when I was there. No such thing as customer service here, they are not interested in serving or being kind to customers. Its possible it was an off day, but when both workers sit on their phone the entire time youre there it looks pretty bad. Save your money for Yum-Yos, more variety on toppings and ice cream with a better price. You might even get a smile from one of the workers, unlike here where I felt my very being there was an inconvience to them.If you want to make sure you arent ripped off, NEVER go to their drive-thru. The prices are simply unfairly balanced for the store.

Went in person with my family of three. The girls were friendly. Was a bit off-putting that they had American Dad playing. I had a small child with me and there were multiple young children coming in and out; probably not the best show to play for obvious reasons.

Good, clean, atmosphere for family, however got no help from the staff. They were too busy on their cells phones and hanging out with buddies. I had children and they didnt even suggest the small bowls they had hidden in the corner. Or make suggestions for us. And we are from out of town. Too expensive.

Came here with my Daughter for some Daddy/Daughter time and it was awsome. The flavors were amaizing and the choices of toppings were mind blowing.Its an awsome place to go if you need some time with someone you love wether it be with a spouse or lover or even your child you want to talk about school and life with.

I came in late Wednesday night, February 22nd, with my boyfriend. It was about 9:40pm, which I understand is close to closing time, but my boyfriend and I work nights. The blonde girl at the counter with glasses just stared as we walked in, and the guy she was working with (medium height, skinny, pale and dark haired) greeted us with Welcome to TCBY in a rather disgruntled manner, no smile, nothing. When I was done making my froyo, I went to the counter and was waiting on my boyfriend to finish his. The girl at the counter made no effort to talk to me, much less smile, when she finally piped up you know you can weigh yours while you wait in a very rude tone. I was so shocked at how we were treated. I only gave this one star because 1. I cant give any less and 2. the froyo is great, but definitely not worth being treated badly by the staff. We will just go to Yum Yos next time.
