You are almost my one stop shop for the lake. You need ice!!!!

Everyone following covid rules. Alot of the shelves were empty. Not alot if selection in childrens clothes? But otherwise friendly staff. Got in and out. shelves are always appreciately marked with the in app markdowns to find easier.

Miranda has such an attitude when customers ask questions about if the store has a certain product or not. She rolls her eyes and answers with such an attitude! If she really doesn’t like being asked questions or being at her job then I don’t know why she is even working there! I asked another employee (Felix) the same question because obviously Miranda was having such an attitude and he kindly went to look and make sure there was nothing back there. Felix asked her for the product and Miranda also answered him with such an attitude “I already told her where it’s at! If there is nothing there then it’s not there!” She shouldn’t be giving anyone any attitude. I don’t know who she thinks she is! She should be treating everyone with respect and answer customers questions politely. Miranda needs to not be working in the store if she does not like her job!

Has everything that a small store needs. A little clothes, kid toys, tools, snacks, and your basic dry/canned foods. The few cashiers I have got had good customer service!

Came in here today to buy pens and the guy working as a cashier was literally the friendliest person everywhere. He hit me with this welcome to panda express line. which was so funny and it made me smile. He was awesome and I cant wait to come back here. Awesome customer service.

Horrible display for the company ,gives us a bad reputation! I work for the company as an ASM in another town and I was shocked because our store is so clean and organized theres is discussing, looked like the floor had not been clean in over a year, stuff was everywhere, unorganized, the manager on duty did not even have a work shirt on or a name badge! And they were very rude and unprofessional... poor customer service! This store needs a lot of help

Ill never go here again. Dirty, rude employees, nasty stuff. Be sure you check the expiration date on ALL food here. Their coffee creamers were a year old. Buns hard and stale. Milk and other dairy expired. Horrible laziness!

Disorganized but the employees were helpful, its so cluttered nothing is in the correct place. You walk in and its there is always something in front of the door way. There is one row in the food section were stuff is just throwed up there. The other day I went in and it was still the same. This place needs that TV show undercover boss to come in and help them. Like I said the employees that work there are super nice and have been helpful but it gets annoying when Yu cant find anything each time Yu go in there.

Its a Family Dollar, but they have no desire to help a family! Went in to buy a couple things with my 3 year old and 1 year old. 3 year old had to go to the bathroom, like all kids do. They wouldnt let her use their bathroom. I was so disappointed, we put our basket down and left the store. We will NEVER come here again.

If I could give a negative stars I would because this store is lower than a 1. I bought a set of dishes here and some were broken. We tried to return or exchange and were told they could not help us. Contacted customer service line and were told that it WAS policy to refund or exchange but still took 2 weeks to resolve as the manager was the only one we could talk to. He was rude but did finally help us. I dont go there anymore.

They are not wearing mask employees or customers not sure about how clean. things just thrown. no 6 foot rule

I dont even want to give one star. Joyce the manager is always rude and unhappy and to be honest does not need to work in a place where she has to interact with people. Her customer skills are horrible. Numerous times I have made complaints amd now I have made a complaint with BBB and Corporate.

My little girl had to vomite and the lady at the register told her she had to go to the gas station that it wasnt public restroom... I told my little girl that it would be ok to vomite on the floor if she needed to

Their M&Ms are top shelf.

It is not good or bad, because sometimes it will be clean and they will provide you with a fast and friendly service and other times the premises will be dirty and they will give you bad customer service, in terms of a variety of products I consider that they lack a lot to supply, I hope that with time they do it

Dont waste your time. Terrible customer servicem. From now on i rather go to walmart.Terrible customer service. They charged my card twice and did not want to return part of my money.
