Recently rented a car from here for a week and they charged me an additional 250$ saying the vehicle was trashed when it had light sand in the seats. And said “I told you not to trash the vehicle”. Mind you we cleaned up every bit of trash in the vehicle just didn’t vacuum because that wasn’t conveyed to us as necessary before returning. If you use a rental from here be sure and thoroughly clean/detail yourself or be prepared to pay the 250$

I very impressed with Juan Valdez. Zero pressure and he listened to me as opposed to hard selling. Communications were excellent. He’s a professional not just a salesperson. I highly recommend. I left the dealership with a full tank of gas. And when I needed gas Juan had taped a 2-dollar bill on the gas cap. That’s class!

With a 4.7 rating I thought I would get an amazing experience... sadly not. I drove an hour to come test drive a vehicle and left so disappointed. My salesman (Marty) showed no interest at all in selling me a car. The whole time while test driving the vehicle he was in the back seat texting, touching his phone. He didnt tell me anything about the car, didnt make any conversation what so ever besides telling directions. I test drove the same car with less features at a different dealership before coming here and I honestly wouldve bought the car if Marty had put more effort in taking care of his customers. Its unfortunate I liked the car a lot but I would rather spend my money elsewhere, a place with lower ratings but actually takes care of their customers. Such a disappointment and waste of time. Will not be returning.

This was the first time I used their concierge service where my vehicle was picked up from my home, serviced then returned for an additional $15. When I was contacted by Toyota Servicing, I confirmed the concierge service and was advised that someone from Steve Landers Toyota would contact me on the day of service to pick up my car. When I did not hear from the shop on the day of service, I became concerned, so 15 minutes after the appointment time, I called the Steve Landers Toyota and learned there is a glitch in communication between the online scheduling, the centralized calling and the local dealer. Steve Landers Toyota did the right thing, sent a technician out immediately to get my vehicle, serviced it and returned it to me, not charging me the $15 for the pick up service(which I appreciated). I will use the the concierge service again, and will be more proactive in ensuring that the service is arranged by calling Steve Landers directly and not relying on the centralized Toyota service call center.

I was able to make a long distance purchase and got a fantastic vehicle delivered to my door. Love this RAV4 hybrid limited with all the bells and whistles and was only able to find it here. Thanks SLTNWA :)

Marty sold us a 2019 Ford F150 today and we had a very enjoyable experience. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry! My Toyota Sequoia was slow to start this morning and the battery light came on. I stopped by Landers Toyota NWA and even though I was a walk in and they were super busy, they helped get me on the road with a new battery. I was very pleased with my recent visit to Landers Toyota NWA for service. Lake Mills did a great job coordinating all the elements of my 90k service, plus new wiper blades, a new tail light bulb, and insuring that the air in my spare tire was refilled. I was able to plug in my laptop and comfortably get work done while I waited in the lobby. So a very positive experience overall!

We were looking for a SUV and searched the entire Oklahoma City, Dallas, Wichita Falls, Ft. Smith area for a car that fit our needs. We came across our Murano at Steve Landers and Alex who answered all of our questions and even Facetimed the car so we could see what it looks like. We drove all the way to Rogers, Arkansas to buy a car!! When we arrived, Alex was waiting and had the car read for us to test drive. We drove the car and liked it. It was exactly plus more what Alex had described. Then we went to the finance department and was skeptical because we were paying cash and they usually try and get you to take out a loan anyway and then you can pay it off but they did not pressure us at all about how we were paying. That was a relief. Everyone was so nice and respectful. We have never been treated so respectful and valued as we were at Steve Landers. Alex is a jewel!! He explained the features of the car, set up my phone and went out of his way to get us going. He was amazing! We have told everyone we know and posted on Facebook about this great place. We appreciate being so well taken care of by the whole team. We will drive there again to find a car the next time. Fabulous people!!

The entire experience from start to finish was great. I had originally gone in to the dealership for a different vehicle but when we got there it was being sold. Found my Infiniti online all the way from Florida. Contacted the dealership and they quickly started helping me out. Sent me videos of the car within a hour. Sent them all my information to start speed up the finance process.Flew into Arkansas and arrived at the dealership around 10:30am. My car was clean and ready to take the trip back to Orlando. Spent less than 1.5 hours from arrival to departure at Landers. Pedro & Zach were awesome. They really did everything possible for me to drive away in this car. I had the best experience at Steve Landers because of Mr. Jeremy Watkins! I was able to buy my dream car, and the process was so easy and fun because of him. Sold them a 2017 4 Runner. I had shopped it to several online buyers and a half dozen dealers. Each stop took 15-30 minutes, which followed with a low offer, then “what will it take?”.Landers was very different. Caleb Velez immediately looked at my vehicle and had made a legitimate offer just a few minutes later. He was very transparent in the process and we had the sale done in less than 30 minutes.It was a very pleasant experience and the easiest I have ever sold a vehicle. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy.

My experience with Pedro in buying my vehicle was excellent. Pedro was responsive, professional and friendly. He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. This was my first experience in purchasing a vehicle remotely and I am thankful that Pedro made it a very positive one.

I do not trust this dealer ship they try and sell you stuff that has already been done. This is why cars should be inspected for such as fluid conditions etc, Andy the service manager did nothing to fix the issue. If you use there service dept make sure you know your vehicles history cause if they done see it being done with them they don’t inspect cars before letting you know what you car really needs. They need new service management to tech them the correct process.

Went to browse at some cars at night while dark and closed and was threatened by security over the loud speaker saying he was going to dispatch the police. I never even intended to get out of my vehicle, just wanted to look at a few cars because I work days and also don’t like getting hassled by salesmen. Needless to say, I will purchase a car from somewhere else. If you don’t want people on your property at night then put up a sign or some gates.

This weekend I was searching for an affordable, reliable SUV. We went to Landers Toyota and had the pleasure of working with John. He wrote down what I was looking for in payments, and what vehicle I was hoping for. John found me exactly what I was looking for in not even 20 minutes! My husband and I had been extremely nervous because we didnt want to deal with a pushy car salesman, and we were so relieved that John helped us! He made sure everything was clear and easy to follow. There was no rushing for us to make a decision, he was very patient with us. I will recommend any of my family members to come here and ask for John!

Ive bought 3 vehicles from here and one of my friends Ive referred their twice. Just bought my 3rd vehicle their 2 weeks ago and I may not go back. 1st two experiences were great. Salesman were both awesome. They were Rick Jones and another fella I cant remember his name. The last time the salesman was great all the way til after the sale. Bought the truck on a Thursday. Was told it would be ready by Saturday for pick up. Saturday came and they told me Monday. Monday came and they said Tuesday. Tuesday I got a text from the salesman that the truck was ready to be picked up. Got their to pick it up and it wasnt ready yet. The next morning I called the sales manager. Never heard back from him but the salesman called me about 2 hours later and said the truck was ready. Got there to pick it up and it wasnt even detailed properly. Had a bunch of sticky stuff still on the dashboard. Took it home and did it myselfThey responded that they would contact me below but still havent heard from them. Changed rating to 1 star.
