Simply the best Security Company in NW Arkansas. Joshua mounted a TV for me then came back and installed an alarm system and Im more than happy with the service.I highly recommend them to everyone I talk to about TVs and security!

If you are considering using this company then you might want to reconsider.I reached out to Diamond State Security ( Josh) in January 2019 to install a TV antenna on my house. Not long afterwards we agreed on an install date --he would come out on a Sunday afternoon (1/13/19) to install my antenna. I usually dont have work done on/in my home on weekends because that time is reserved for family / friends ,etc. But I was anxious to cut the cord with Cox so I agreed to the appointment. He text me on 1/13/19 letting me know he would be out after church / family lunch between 3-4 pm . I agreed and he installed the antenna for 3 TVs that afternoon. All was well for a bit.But several days after install I started having reception issues that could not be resolved by pushing the button on the antenna rotor controller. I called Josh on 1/28/19 and told him about the reception problem. He sighed and said he would contact me later that day . But he didnt . I text him on 1/30/19 and said Didnt hear back from you about my antenna. My wife is off tomorrow until 2:00 pm if you can come look at it. i did not hear back from Josh till 2/11/19 via text. He said he was sorry that he had not gotten back with me . He said he had someone taking calls for him because he was out of town. He offered to have that person contact me to deal with the reception issue. I agreed but then never heard from this person. On 2/18/19 I text Josh asking him when this person was going to contact me. He replied on 2/19/19 that he (Josh) was back in town and could come out Friday . I replied that I would be at work till 5pm Friday but that my wife was off Thursday. Josh replied that he could come out Thursday morning and I agreed. But Josh did not show Thursday ; and he didnt contact me till 7:42 pm that evening saying that he had been tied up on a job that should have lasted till lunch. He asked if he could come out after I got off work, or Sunday . At this point I had already decided I was done with Josh. I replied : No. Im gonna get someone else.

Josh absolutely can not keep an appointment. On different occasions appointments were not kept by Josh nor would he bother to call me and let me know...I had ro call him. The last appointment was my last call to him. Definitely would never recommend this company or this Josh person

If I could give a lower rating, I surely would. However, it seems that to post a review I have to give one star. I am grudgingly doing so.

👎👎👎Had to be called numerous times to get him to commit to appointment. For a $35 antenna was charged $370. 5 months later antenna went out and I called him. He was going to charge me all over again for antenna. Didnt honor warranty, which he kept the box it came in. He will never Ido anything for me again. .and went on and on about what he does in the Church...this is why people do not trust so called Christians.

Josh came out to my new home after I moved in last year and installed a mount for my flatscreen TV in stone masonry above our fireplace in our den. He did a fantastic job and was easy to contact and easy to work with. I just bought a new OLED and wanted it above the fireplace, and I wanted to move the old TV outside and have it mounted in the brick wall on our covered deck. I contacted him again for this job and he responded quickly and we set up a date and time to get it done. He was polite, quick, and did another great job. Unless you know what you’re doing, I recommend having someone like Josh do a job like this for you. A nice flatscreen can cost a chunk of change, and it’s worth it to have a pro ensure that it’s properly mounted to avoid disaster!
