My grandmother owned a bridal store in Tulsa, Ok for the first 27 years of my life. That leaves me with high expectations for formal wear shops. Anna Grace Formals met my expectations exceedingly well. We were greeted on entry and showed where the sizes were we looking for. Despite only one worker and multiple customers, we were checked on regularly and had a room started for us. We were treated as the most important customers, same as the others were treated. The shop is spotless, well organized, and inviting. I highly recommend Anna Grace Formals!!

Got my daughters quinceanera dress and crown there and it was so beautiful. It came in time and it was a good experience in that area.Reason i rated 3 stars, is we also rented my dads and husbands suits there and they were unable to wear them. Although they were measured a few weeks prior, nothing fit them when it was given to us. My dads was super huge in the jacket, shirt and vest and the pants were so small and highwater. My husbands pants were sooo big not even close to his size.. They were picked up 2 days prior to our event. I did let them know and although they apologized I would still recommend you try them on before leaving with them. We paid 200+ and neither my husband or dad were able to wear them.. Not sure why they even did measurements because its not like it was just a few inches off, it was way off on them.

She was super sweet she helped my daughter to pick the perfect dress for prom. We went to a dress shop in Tulsa and she came out crying because they didn’t fit her. We are so glad that this beautiful woman help us with everything. Thank you so much I will come to you for every dress I need 😁😁 to this is the second dress that my daughter has gotten from her. We should have went to her instead of Tulsa

Even though it was a very busy (bridal) day and we were looking for prom dresses. All of the staff was very helpful we all (3 teenage girls 1mom) werent rushed or pushed aside. 2 of the girls said yes to the prom dress. My daughters dress requires alot of alterations to be the dream and the seamstress was amazing as well. Very special day for all the girls and me.

Wow!!! I came in cluess as to what Id want or need for my upcoming wedding. I was treated like royalty. Even though I had a budget in mind they knew what to do. They were not selfish about themselves for only their business if I needed help they knew the ppl to send me too. Bought my wedding dress from here a few month ago. I went to Davids Bridal and hated how pushy they were and never found the one dress. Was driving around NWA and ran into this place just to see when to make an appointment and funny enough came out with my Wedding dress! Loved that I was able to shop local.Service:The owners and staff were very attentive and nice. They made me feel comfortable. They were very informative on their products and was the best wedding dress shopping ever!Options:Everything they have is on the rack only( which may scare a few people) but its worth it. When I walked in I thought I wouldnt find one thing that sparked my interest, but i was wrong. I am a size 14 and they had quite a few dresses for me to try one and I was very pleased to see some different styles than the major retailers have stocked.Recommend:10/10 would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a formal gown, wedding dress, prom or homecoming, and pageant dresses. I bought my dress before their new remodel, so I can guarantee that remodel will only make it 100% better.

Anna Grace Formals has been my go to formal dress shop for two years! There is a pretty wide selection in store. They helped me with my homecoming court dress and 2018 Prom! I love the staff and their kindness and how they try to make every girl feel beautiful. I always go to Anna Grace first before anywhere else. I love them!

Went in for my first time wedding dress shopping experience. From the moment we arrived- to the minute we left- we were taken care of. Elizabeth, the owner, was patient and kind. She helped get me into many dresses when my mom was having difficulties. I am confused how so many folks on here had a negative experience with this person- she was a pleasure to work with! She made me feel very comfortable and allowed us to stay for 2 hours while I tried on dresses. I did not give it a 5-star yet because we have not had to get alterations yet, so when that time comes, I will update. For now, it is needless to say that her selection was great for this area, the prices were very varied (something for every budget), and I was so surprised at how many fit or would work with slight alterations off-the-rack. I am 6 feet tall and a street size 10/12, so I figured my dress would need to be larger, but the dress we ended up getting was off-the-rack and so close to fitting perfectly. I couldnt believe it! The best part about Anna Grace is how much joy you can tell the owner gets when you say yes to the dress and just by your being there at her store. I cant wait to feel so elegant and stately in the gorgeous dress! Bottom line, go in and at least try it before you listen to these other negative people. I feel bad they had a terrible experience- since mine was wonderful. Thanks, Elizabeth for your lovely store.

I couldnt have been happier when I came here to look for dresses. Yes, they have a great selection of dresses but I was more pleased with the staff. The gentleman that was working here, the day I went a few months ago, was great! The young girl was too, very helpful and spoke her honest opinion when asked. I even got a discount on my dress after he made a phone call to the owner (maybe his wife) !

They have great dresses for sure BUT staff is extremely rude. From the moment I picked up the dress to the moment I called regarding a question. I wish I would’ve read their reviews before buying from them, if they didn’t respond with such rude attitude this would be my go to dress shop.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences and dresses from Anna Grace! Elizabeth has even become a friend! I have purchased several gowns and she even let me bring them in to steam before big events for my girls! I know she can get the dresses we are after if it is not in store already! Love the location and the selection!

Giving them one star is honestly too much. When every person in your bridal party has to get a completely reconstructed dress then you know you did something wrong. All they’ve given are excuses. Paying more for alterations than the dress.If the “closest fit” they could get via measurements is 4 sizes too big then I’m concerned for them. Might be something you should address since that’s a vital part of your business.*lol is that response automated? Now I’m even more concerned. That didn’t address any of my concerns. I just told you that it needs to BE RECONSTRUCTED not ALTERED. Next time I pay you I’ll just pay something that’s “close enough” or “the best I could” to match the service.

I was not measured properly for a bridesmaid dress. When I addressed this concern with the owner she was completely rude and unhelpful. I was not expecting a refund just honest help on how I should move forward because my dress is extremely large. The other staff working there; however, was much more pleasant. This review is to warn everyone and anyone from using Anna Grace’s recommended seamstress, Stephanie Baker, who holds her appointments at Anna Grace.I purchased my gown from Anna Grace and was recommended to use Stephanie Baker for my alterations. I needed a hem, a bustle for a very long and heavy train, new cups added and the straps taken in. I came in on December 7th and Stephanie told me that the dress would take about a week to complete and then did not have the alterations completed for over a month without any communication. When I finally got to try on the dress, there were several issues with the alterations. I walked her though all of the issues and she took my dress home to work on the gown again. I reached out to Stephanie and figured out a day I could take a half day at work to come pick up my dress. Low and behold, Stephanie had forgotten it at home. I had to leave work again a few days later to try and pick up my dress. When I walked to the fitting room I immediately smelled a strong stench of cigarettes. I unzipped the bag to my $2000 wedding gown and it reeked of cigarette smoke. I couldn’t believe it! I kept my composure and tried on the gown and I was in shock. The dress was even worse than when I last saw it. Stephanie barely trimmed any length off of the floor, the straps were taken in far too tight to where the threading of my straps was cutting into the skin on my shoulders, And the cups I had asked her to remove and replace with padded cups was the worst part. She kept the existing pads, sewed thicker pads right behind them, and then sewed a lining behind it all. From the front you could clearly see lace, then the two huge padded cups, and then my lining. I have never seen anything like it! Not to mention I now had about two extra inches on each side of my chest to where the dress was laying so far off my bust you could easily see down my gown any time I moved my shoulders. The gown was huge on my bust with these two padded pillows stuffed in and the waist was so tight I could barely zip the dress up. I couldn’t imagine having a more ill- fitted gown than what I saw on me. I was very upset and i honestly never imagined someone would touch someone’s wedding gown who clearly has no idea what they’re doing. I took my dress and left because I wanted to have a second opinion on the damage before I confronted her about it. After taking it to a PROFESSIONAL, I was told that it would cost $300 to repair the damage that Stephanie caused to my gown. My new seamstress couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw the hack job that was performed on my dress. When I reached out to Stephanie to tell her that I was very dissatisfied and that I have to pay to fix her work, she refused to give me any of my money back and showed no sympathy or ownership that she messed up. I am very very disappointed and I hope every bride reads this warning before trusting Stephanie Baker with any of their clothing items.When I called Anna Grace and talked to the owner about the situation she was very sympathetic but said she can’t do anything to help me. So I decided to take it upon myself to help other women from dealing with the nightmare I have been left with.

Terrible experience. Seamstress told my daughter it would be ready on a Saturday. 10 days after the deadline date seamstress finally called and said it’s ready. Told them I was on my way from bentonville and would be there a cpl minutes after 6. Was told no problem., we’ll be here. Arrived at 6:05 and crickets. Showed up the next day to pick up dress and was told we don’t accept cc. Check cash or Venmo only. I Will not ever use or recommend.

Way over priced and every dress we tried on had something wrong with it be it a snag or a bead missing or something. If I am going to pay over $300 I want it perfect

Terrible customer service. My daughter was measured and when the dress came in it was 3 sizes too large. Not only did they not offer to help fix the mistake the owner would not return our call about the matter and when my daughter went in to ask what her options were the owner was very rude and unwilling to help right the wrong in any way.

I’m giving the store a 5 star bc they went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I bought my dress in January, and they told me to use Stephanie Baker for alterations. First off, I do not suggest Stephanie to AT ALL, she doesn’t needs to get ahold of anyone clothes, let alone a wedding dress. She took forever to respond to my texts when I gave her my dress in February, for a May wedding. When she did respond and tell me to come in for my fitting, a month before my wedding, she was told to leave to business. She didn’t bring my dress back to the store and myself and the store owners tried to track her down. She finally answered me hours later and brought me my dress. The dress smelt like smoke and when I took it to see if it could be fix, she ruined it. DO NOT let her touch anything of importance to you. Why am I giving this store a 5 star? Bc the store owner let me pick out a brand new dress and take it home for free! He was so upset along with me and couldn’t even believe was was happening. The store did everything they knew how to and I truly truly appreciate them! They even took my 1st dress back, with it being butchered. Thank you so my Anna Grace, it was a hectic day but you guys as a company did awesome!

I do recommend this dress shop if your looking to find the perfect prom or homecoming dress. The prices are mid level, $400 to $600 and the selection is vast.

Lets you find out how nice the bathrooms are at Las Palmas, which is a block away, since a repeat customer like myself is considered ‘public’ and doesn’t warrant the privilege of using their private bathroom.
