Nice and clean friendly staff and organized. Awesome selection of books!

Service was great, the staff was wonderfully helpful. Decent book selection, as one can expect in a chain book store, really great childrens section, coffee is as expected from Barnes & Noble Cafe- almost Starbucks quality, and would recommend! I do usually prefer small, locally owned book stores but this is one of the better big book stores left around!

Need more chairs so customers can relax.Books are so high on shelf cannot reach them & no stools to reach books on floor, anywhere!Does NOT Uaccept starbucks gift cards at their in side store. Very upset about that.Forced to pay full price!Books a million does better in the chair, lounge couch dept.Prices are high but store is very clean.

This is one of my favorites B&N to visit. It has such a variety of options and it is always calm as a book shop should be. The staff is spectacular and patient with your questions. Highly recommend.

Called to get a certain book for our daughters birthday and they actually had a copy in they were holding it for us. The gentleman that waited on me was new he apologized for taking so long it was completely fine and we all have to learn the guy that waited on me was amazing it didnt matter that I had to wait a few more minutes to be taken care of by him technology is annoying and he was very professional I would highly recommend this place

I wish they would bring back the comfortable chairs so we can sit a spell. I have trouble walking and if I could rest that would be great. I always have to leave before I find everything I need. The chairs at Starbucks are kinda hard.

I like crossword puzzles, not much of a collection to choose from. I went to two places and the same, not many choices, service was excellent and were very helpful

Clean and organized as always, the shelves got rearranged for covid, my only complaint is that they no longer carry the Great Illustrated Classics books. But all and all its a great book store.

I used to be a big Barnes and Noble customer. I went in their Rogers, Arkansas location last night. One of the great things was the ability to pull several books, sit down, and review them before you made the commitment to buy. They have removed all the seating. If it was due to covid, it was BS. Replace your seating and return to what made you great. If not, close your doors as Id rather order online than what you currently offer. If you dont fix it, you are simply the same as all the other failed booksellers that are now gone. Im a history buff. The selection is now more geared towards history revisionists. Not interested.

I Have loved this store for years but can not get behind a business that does not allow shoppers to openly breathe their own air. I had a book I was willing to buy but since I was not allowed to openly breathe & shop- I put it down & purchased elsewhere. B&n will continue to loose money while these airway restrictions are in place.

First time at Rogers store. Nicely laid out. Great childrens selection. Some great books for my children and therapy practice.

Its Barnes and Noble what more to say the store experience is unlike any other always loved it. Wish they price matched for books normal people cant spend $20 for the same book you get at Amazon or Target for $20 less. Reducing a star for that reason since bookstores should be for Consumers of all income range and not for the elite.

Went in just to borrow a pen for some paperwork. The employee I spoke with was very friendly and assertive in her tasks she was performing before addressing my needs. The customer service was exceptional and demeanor was friendly and inviting. I havent actually been here in years but I will definitely make a point to stop by in the near future.

Love their manga collection, but its missing basically all the first volumes of everything. Their prices are ridiculous. $13 for 1 volume of manga Ill finish that same day?

I bought 3 records when I was there, and also signed up for rewards. The experience of shopping here is streamlined, yet surpringly deep. Found a few albums I thought Id never see on vinyl.

Over priced and poor service. Found the book I was looking for on Amazon for a third the price. The service was lacking. No wonder Barnes &the Noble is on its way to closure.

Best bookstore in NWA. Barnes & Noble has tons of books and magazines. If you are looking for something in print, you will most likely find it here. Love their vast sections for classics, magazines for every topic imaginable, history, and value / sale books. Great place to buy a book or read. Staff are always super helpful if you need to find something specific. Also has a small coffee shop in the store. Location is very close to I49.

Ive always liked going to Barnes and Noble, but I gotta say this particular one had a somewhat limited inventory. There were authors I couldnt find here that I normally buy at B&N in KC or Tulsa. Otherwise, very neat/clean store & very, very friendly & helpful staff.

They have good staff and had the books I needed for nursing and Reiki. They always have book you want and if they dont you can order it online.

Great place for those hard to get board games like catan. Book selection is what one would to come to expect. Its lacking o. The accessories side but it always has. Its got a coffee shop inside so you can enjoy a beverage and your newly bought book. It has certainly seen better years and it isnt as trendy as it was back in its heyday, but still one of my favorites to go gift hunting.

Interesting new layout but always a great selection, even after the Christmas rush. Even with the onslaught of online shopping, I will always enjoy BN in person!

I went there to find a puzzle that was good for people with dementia. I did find two, but it would have been nice to have had more to choose from.

Seemed like a nice establishment everything was clean neat everything was looking very sanitize people kept their distance everyone wore mass I just couldnt find any science fiction books that looked in arresting too many were reduce of dune and other things which have then done to death.

Ah, the smell of good books! It is so delightful to be able to wander around the store, pick a book from their huge selection, and pull up a chair and begin to read. No one bothers you except to make sure you are finding what you are looking for so you can truly make a good decision about which book you want to purchase. Of course, enjoying a Starbucks coffee while there just enhances the entire experience.

I love barns and noble so much. Its always such a nice quiet environment, and the staff are always friendly. My fiance is quite fond of their Dungeons and Dragons stuff, I on the other hand prefer inspirational books and cute journals. This place has something for everyone in every price range. (Journal pictured was THREE DOLLARS YALL!)

Amazing! The selection of gifts surprised us, they have tons including Harry Potter, and Game of Thrones. Also a big graphic novel and Manga anime section. They also have Bibles and accessories.

I am amazed and also very happy that we can still visit a local bookstore and have a cup of coffee. This is a large B&N store, with a separate section for collectibles as well as a Starbucks coffee shop. Everyone is so nice and helpful, and they really know their books. They will even order you something that they dont have. If you want a quiet, relaxing place to unwind, then this is the perfect spot.

I go here to get coffee from the cafe. Good coffee and good atmosphere. You really cant beat it. But B and N would rather stay an upscale bookstore and it seems quite disconnected from say your average struggling college student. I often feel overwhelmed amidst all of its books rather than empowered. You always feel like they want you to buy a book and leave, not sit and read. In theory it makes sense after all its not a library. That being said most of the books sold here are at full price. But they also have a large selection of discounted books. Those are mostly the classics and odd other books about various topics from math to chemistry to physiology. Its hard to get behind B and N because what they essentially want goes against what I want out of my bookstore, which would be a sort of center for everything academic and intellectual and literal.

I always love going in here. I always find whatever book Im looking for, the customer service is always phenomenal, and its always so peaceful and calming inside the store.

They need a better selection of some authors, one being Robert R. McCammon. There is literally one book by him in the entire store. Sadly Ive read and reread that book many times. Its an excellent story, but I already own it.

I just like to walk around the store. I usually find more than one book to buy, and enjoy reading.

REALLY miss the brick and mortar bookstore experience, B&N is one of my favorite places to chill...body and mind!

This place is my childhood and was the start of my love for reading. Honestly, changed my life to live so close to one. Will always be a great place in my heart. Also, the people are great and it is always organized and clean!!
