We had a very frustrating experience buying a boat from Arrowhead Boat Sales on Beaver Lake. We bought a used boat on consignment. We were told it had been checked by their Mechanic. We were told that they stood behind every boat they sold. The truth is that the boat never got evaluated by a mechanic. It had serious issues. They did not stand behind their brand. They will no longer return our phone calls. After a month and a half, we still do not even have the title. If you buy a boat from Arrowhead, be sure to have it evaluated by a third party!

We have a ton of family and friends coming in on the 4th to wakeboard and surf. Our battery on/off switch went out on Sunday and these guys made a special trip to the dock to put it in. They go above and beyond to the point of meeting us at prariecreek marina when we had a problemThey brought a trailer down,pocked up the boat,and drove us back to our truck located at another marina. Their service department is outstanding.
