A little on the expensive side, but nice place for home decor. They were renovating, so a large section of the site was closed off and we could not see the full collection. Well visit again once they are fully open.

Friendly staff, really nice festive products! Got myself some cute Halloween cups, definitely wouldnt find this quality in halloween mugs/cups in the UK.

I went into the store to get help ordering a bed, worked with a design specialist that helped me pick out “exactly” what I was looking for-upholstered headboard, platform with no box spring. Once it was delivered two months later, come to find out it requires a box spring and the store can only tell me “oh sorry we made a mistake.” So now I have to pay for a box spring and delivery because their designer didn’t read the description. I would expect more customer service for a $2000 bed.

I was looking for very specific dinner plates for an upcoming dinner event. Three employees assisted me in pulling inventory and showing me samples. Once I selected the right plate they arranged for additional plates to be shipped to me from their Little Rock location. Amazing customer service, thank you so much!

I have ordered furniture from this store many times. 5 or 6 larger orders. There is an issue every. single. time. I am at my wits end. I have called and spoken with an associate 5 times now in regards to furniture that was delivered with damages. Still cant seem to send me an email from customer service. Zero follow through from their staff. Ridiculous.

I love this place, but there wasnt any good sales.

I ordered two leather chairs and an ottoman. The first order was canceled after 3 months. I reordered and then was canceled again after 3 months. First cancellation they could tell me no reason. The second they said they didnt have the right leather. So after 6 months of waiting still have no chairs. I would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere.

There’s no reason to purchase anything in the store you can do it all online we went in to buy some blankets or linens purchased them they had to order them online which we could’ve did on their website they came in and one of the quilts we just didn’t use when we purchase them they said we could bring them back for any reason up to 30 days when we brought back the quilt they would only put it on a card that has to be mailed to us that’s a $360 card in total all the linens I purchased were close to $1200

Went in excited and ready for a significant purchase. Some beautiful items in store. Couldn’t get anyone to help us. Very poor customer service. We walked our feeling this was a very strange experience. I wouldn’t recommend this store.

Pottery Barn is never cheap, but the quality is always superior. We have bought furniture, homewares, and now kids backpacks from Pottery Barn and they are always first class and outstanding quality.

Strange lady that works there, kept following me around while on her cell phone staring at me, wasn’t sure she was an employee , but she was.Weird!
