We were in the market for cabinets to update our kitchen but not break the bank. We are so pleased with the quality of these shaker cabinets! The rep took the time to create a virtual kitchen and used our measurements to create a kitchen exactly the way we wanted it! Everything was exact!

We bought some cabinets from the store in Rogers about two weeks ago. When we purchased the cabinets, one of the cabinets were missing a piece and one of the doors had some odd colors on it, which we never complained about. When we purchased the cabinets we were told that the missing part will be available for us in a 5-10 days however when my mother went in to check on it this morning, the store manager said that he doesnt know who told her that it will be available as most people have to wait. We would have been okay with waiting had someone informed us about it. We have a contractor working who should be done with everything today and now we dont have the missing part and no one to work on it once they finish today. The Store manager was extremely rude to my mother telling her it was not his problem that the part wasnt there or that she wont have anyone to work on it afterwards. According to him she should have known, and that he doesnt care who told her what. My mother is not a labor worker, hence wouldnt just know that information by default. We give too much business to this store to be insulted by the manager. I am not telling anyone on how to do their job, however the situation could have been handled a lot better. It is very disappointing to know these are type of people you have in management roles at your store, who are rude, and disrespectful after wrongfully selling the merchandise. We will no longer be purchasing at this store because we are not paying to disrespected by people who dont know how to do their job right and inform customers on issues prior to purchase. We will be purchasing the missing part from Lowes not expecting a refund from your store because I refuse to send my mother in again for your aggressive, unpleasant store manager to insult her some more. Hopefully this will open up a window for training in customer service for people who are the so called face of the company.

The flooring we got was a good price and quality. We were told that if we put it on a certain credit card we would also get an extra discount. We did and got our bill and paid it in full. We then had all sorts of problems with the credit card company saying we didn’t pay, threatening to turn us over to a collection agency even though we sent them numerous copies of our check.I will shop there again but will NEVER use there credit card services.It was such a hassle

Wont take payment over the phone, finally made it in and wont run card as credit either. They say the system doesnt allow it to run credit. Doesnt make any since but okay! Customer service was terrible. Left my $500 purchase at the counter and left.

Hit or miss. Nicer than a flea market or junkyard, not as nice as a Lowes or Home Depot. Purchased cheap carpet once, but havent been back again. Most of the inventory are close outs or discontinued items.

Some serious bargains to be found here, but you should do your due diligence by comparison shopping beforehand. Only then can you be sure you are getting the surplus pricing you are expecting.

The main manager is very rude. They had one door in stock (display) and wasnt getting anymore. He would not sell the display. We also talked to him about countertops and he was very rude and unhelpful. Wont be going here anymore.
