SubieGurus gives you back that old school local shop, but with the updated knowledge of Subarus. Justin and Logan helped get my 2010 Outback to tiptop shape through the many repairs needed around the 10 year mark, at below half the price expected at a dealership! I feel well taken care of and never pushed to do services that feel unnecessary. They are the best!

Logan and Justin took care of us and our 2020 Outback Onyx XT recently by installing a new LP Adventure Lift and four new Falkan tires. They were very timely in the process of the install, tire mounting, balancing and alignment. These guys know what they are doing and do excellent professional work. Came in for a tire rotation and general checkup since I just recently inherited the car and Im not sure what has been done and what needs to be done. Service was done quickly and professionally, and I was let know that I have a transmission leak that can be fixed under warranty and was given a number to call. Excellent service, will be back here for future checks and repairs

These guys are straightforward, friendly, and professional. If youre in the area and you need to have a Subaru repaired, I believe this place is your best option to have it done correctly.I was traveling in the area and had an unfortunate breakdown which left me stranded. Had it towed into these guys and explained that I was trying to get home before the weekend. Despite not having any real appointments open until the following week, they made time to get it into the shop, give me a diagnosis, get parts, and get me back on the road within 2 days. I had spoken with my trusted mechanic back home who gave me an idea of what I was dealing with and what it should cost. SubieGurus repairs and pricing was exactly in line with what my guy back home would have done so I drove away feeling really good about the experience.

Extremely Helpful & Honest!After getting multiple quotes from other shops on a very specific Subaru issue, I spoke with Logan and he knew immediately what i needed and what it would take to get me fixed up. We had driven up from South Florida for our sons wedding and our 16 year old Subaru started causing us problems. We gave SubieGurus a call and they took us right away. Fortunately it turned out to be a fairly minor problem and they had us back on the road in under two hours. Great service at a great price!

Helped me find the source of an elusive growling noise coming from the front left of the truck. After fluid change and diagnosis it was looking towards the truck needing and entire front differential. Instead of just doing this costly repair right away the shop manager told me they would do some research and call me by the end of the day. They found that this problem could be fixed with a simpler and much less costly repair. Couldnt be happier with this service as most shops would have jumped at the opportunity to do the costlier repair rather than putting in the time and effort to save the customer money. Definitely will be coming here again.

Logan and Justin are running a great business in downtown Rogers. I brought a custom job to them for some diagnosis help and they did an awesome job of making sure I had the data I needed about an engine I purchased and then have followed up with me routinely to see how things are progressing. I was totally stoked to find out I could get my Subaru serviced in downtown Rogers. In addition to being conveniently located it was super easy to make my appointment over the phone for the time and date I needed. I had my service work done and instead of immediately hearing about all of the future repairs I would need, they had a conversation with me about the health of my car...they pointed out all of the positives and THEN made suggestions about future work. They really made my day. I’ll go back.

Purchased a used 2008 Forester and it didn’t come with the jack tool set that fits into the spare tire. After much hunting, found one from SubieGurus Recyclers for an Outback. Having owned an Outback before I believed it would fit and it did. The price was good and shipping was fast. I’m referring them to a local shop I use to get away from the local dealership. I will definitely use SubieGurus Recyclers again.

I took our families Toyota for an oil change and after realizing they also did body work and paint I ended up having them do some additional work.
