This company is thorough in their mechanical work. They took the time to explain many details to me with honesty. I had a radiator replaced and it wasnt the cheapest considering it should be be a cheaper fix on my model but I am confident the work was done thoroughly. In car maintenance you pay for what you get. Would suggest this shop to my friends any day. Good people, not my favorite price but will be back.

Brought my Chevy truck in for an oil change. Very satisfied with service. Came back for much needed maintenance on transmission, brakes & power steering. Again, Very Satisfied. Jayson & his crew are thorough, competent & professional, also the costs are reasonable. The shop & waiting area are well designed, decorated & comfortable. I found my forever auto mechanic shop. I had exhaust issues and two other shops left bolts out and scratched and dented my frame. 😖 Credence took on the job with my car and had it done in 2 days. My car rides so smooth now. Jason kept in constant communication with me and I immediately felt at ease. I will use Credence Automotive for all of the cars in my household, period! Brought my 2012 Prius to Credence after a nightmare trip when the check engine light came on and it started running rough. The Toyota dealer where we were traveling misidentified the problem and failed to fix it, but the guys at Credence figured it out from a Toyota technical service bulletin. Runs fine now. Excellent shop!

Great for oil changes. Had my serpentine belt replaced, lasted less than a year before it started slipping and almost put me and my family in a bad wreck. Found out it was the wrong size belt the whole time. Live in OK now so cant really drive back for warranty (if there is one), so not happy about that.

This is THE place to come for outstanding customer service, amazing mechanics and best prices. I love that you can watch them work on your car if youd like to. They have a really nice seating area. I also love the full inspection they send to you with pictures showing everything that is wrong with you car so you know! This will be the place I will always come to for my car!

My wife, son and I recently traveled from south Louisiana to Rogers to visit family. Our van developed a loud humming noise during the trip.I decide to have it checked out before our return trip. We dropped it off at Credence on Friday and explained to Jason that we planned to leave the next day. He told us that they were booked solid until Wednesday but he would see what he could do. He phoned me about an hour later and told me that his other customers had agreed to wait on their vehicles and moved us ahead. He said they had found a bad bearing on the drivers side front wheel, they had gotten the parts and were working on the repairs. He phoned me again later and told me they were done! They completed the work in a matter of hours and topped it off with a nationwide warranty! I have never received such impressive service at any shop I have ever visited! Jason even called me at home to ensure that we had made the return trip safely! I would definitely recommend Credence to anyone looking for the best service!

I really appreciate Jason/Credence! I had an issue with my teenage daughters battery that was not standard. There was a faulty plate causing the car to not start at random times, yet the battery was registering fine. Jason used trial & error based on past experience and allowed her to use one of his batteries for 2 weeks to see if his assumption was correct, and hewas correct. I really appreciate him extending great customer service to ensure that my daughter wasnt stranded beside the road after another local mechanic shop told us the battery was fine and sent us on our way without a resolution. As a single mom, I express my gratitude and appreciation!

Jayson quickly got my daughter’s car and my car in for maintenance, oil change, brake replacement and tire replacement for a reasonable price. He was accommodating when I informed him that I couldn’t pick my car up until after he was closed. Communication with Jayson was considerate, clear, thorough and everything he did was done very well. We have had some pretty terrible experiences in the past. One mechanic failed to tighten the bolts on my husbands tire replacement. That same mechanic failed to plug in the brand new alternator to the brand new battery in my 17 year old daughter’s car that lost power steering and ended up on the side of the road in the rain in busy traffic. And that’s not all. We will never go back to that Toyota dealership for anything ever again. Jayson and Cody at Credence are top-notch. I highly recommend Credence Automotive!!! It’s clean, professional and you drive away knowing they did the job well that you paid them to do.

Ive worked with both Matt and Jayson and would again given the chance. Ive been doing this for a day or two myself and I can tell you itll be hard to find someone with the integrity pride and dedication these two have in doing the job right and taking care of the customers. Finding these qualities in people now days is hard being lucky enough to find two people that have the qualities and ability to apply them in the automotive industry is game changing and inspiring to others of us in the industry.
