The partsgirl there was very knowledgeable and helpful even though she was covered up by waiting customers in the store and on the phone.

Down Home Great!Each time I go to Bumper To Bumper, I have typically looked elsewhere first. Local, online, dealers service center. Either I cant find what Im looking for or the prices are counter-intuitive to my budget. So then I go to Bumper To Bumper and wonder why in the world I wasted time and effort looking anywhere else. In this case, it was wipers. Last time I replaced them (yeah, years ago) I got them at Bumper To Bumper at a great price and they put them on for me. This time, just the same ... great price and on a rainy day they put them on for me. I expect these will last years like the last ones, and as such, have made a note to myself to be sure to return to Bumper To Bumper, and not just for wipers, but for the other things my car needs from time to time. Thank you to the lady who helped me at the counter and to the gentleman who put the wipers on! Great, great, great!

Dont depend on a computer to find your part. Yes they have computers but theyre not afraid to break out a book to find you what you need. Great group of people who have been in the business for years

Everytime I need some werid size nuts and bolts I end up here to find it. Forget the big box stores and go see these guys, the hometown shop. They will have it and it is usually cheaper than the big box stores.
