Ok, so I wouldnt rate the purchase process as 5-star, (maybe 4), but when I went to pick up my product, we werent sure it was going to fit in my vehicle. One of the folks working there helped me figure out a great solution. This particular store in Rogers, AR gets 5 stars for helpfullness! Thank you!

Horrible customer service have been a loyal customer for years. First time returning a tablet with out a receipt and they make me jump through hoops for a credit. They than tell me theyll make an exception because I spend Hundreds if not thousands a year there. Only to find out they gave my daughter 90.00 in credit for a 150.00+ tax tablet will never shop here again. Amazon only from now on

As a store in general its an okay place to shop. Good online ordering and curbside pickup experience. However, their return policy sucks! Im disabled and dont go out much, so it took me about 3 weeks to try to return an item. Sorry, you only have 2 weeks, 15 days I think he said. Unless youre a member of some kind. Then you have 30 or 45 days, I think I was told. They didnt try to help me get the item returned because it was past their return period. Weird, as I returned something to a different company after Id had it for a year. I had a receipt in both cases. One store, no problem, Best Buy... no way!

I spend way too much of my paycheck in this store, but its worth it. I need to get a job here on the weekends to offset my habit. I always have a great visit and love to check out the new technology that arrives. I usually find something on the clearance table too.

It’s a great store, I usually come here if I can’t find what I need at Walmart or I don’t want to wait for shipping or I just need something reliable, I know I can come to Best Buy. The employees will usually offer to help, however most of the time things move a bit slow with customer service and checkout, not always but at least half the time.

Their customer service and store product warranty are top notch. Had to seperately return both my bose headphones and my jabara ear buds due to unrelated issues with product. Simplest returns I have ever had. However if you are after PC parts you might want to take some programing and engineering classes. Get your double masters degree and build one yourself and you will still get your PC parts before you could buy them here.

I scheduled an appointment a month in advance for a remote start to be installed. I got an email of how much it would cost and I was fine with it. They tried to call me but when i called back they said that they didn’t receive phone calls at this location then transferred me to someone else who then told me that they were just calling to confirm my appointment. I showed up for my appointment 20 minutes early only to be told that I have to supply the parts myself, and that if they ordered it would take 3-5 days and that it would be another month before he could get me in because he’s getting ready to go on vacation. I will no linger be coming to this location. I’d leave 0 stars if I could.

Spend literally an hour trying to get someone to help me with the high end speakers. When I finally found one of the 2 in the area free, he informed me the store was closing, and couldnt even tell me what format I could bring music in to listen to on the speakers. Fayetteville is further drive for me but hopefully the Best Buy there has better--or well, *any*--service.

I went in to ask about an Android watch I had found at best buy online...I was asking questions that obviously this young man helping me could not answer. He was very short in his answers, interrupted when I spoke to ask other questions about other product (Garmin) and ultimately just told me they did not have the one I found online..which I already knew. I just wanted to know the difference in the 2 and 3 and if they came in leather bands...he said none came in leather and I pointed out the one I wanted to order online in fact did come with a leather band. He seemed agitated at that point and I thanked him for his time and left...with no more knowledge I came in with except that he wasnt going to let me talk with anyone that actually knew the answers to my questions.

Store is big, always clean, easy to find things, and employees are always quick to assist in every department.Always a joy being able to go in.The store pickup is awesome, too. Most my orders are ready within the hour and my visits are always super quick and easy when I go to curbside pickup the item up.

5 stars would mean absolutely no issues, but I wouldnt say thats the case here, and heres why.Pros:-Easy to Find Parking-Good customer service. (In store) The associates there were friendly and very honest. When one did not have knowledge of a certain product, they were upfront about it and did not want to lie. Instead of just BS-ing an answer, they got another associate who was more familiar with the product to help provide accurate information.-The store was very clean and it was easy to find what I was looking for.Cons: Getting to speak with someone over the phone took wwaayyy too long, and when I did, the person didnt seem to want to handle the call.So, overall a good experience, I just wouldnt give it a 5 star rating just yet.

Good luck trying to speak with someone over the phone. Their automated system just to call the store itself will leave you on hold for 20 min alone. LITERALLY was on hold from the time I was at my house to the time it took to drive to the store. Then I walked in and there were 3 employees just having a casual behind the phone counter (which is the department I was on hold for). Good to see where priorities are placed....

First, I love that I dont have to worry about knock off electronics the way I would on amazon. Best buy sells genuine, current model electronics for a fair price.To top it off, you get lengthy return windows (especially if your an elite member) and they price match at time of purchase for major competitors (and even price match themselves through the return window).Recently, Ive been ordering online and picking up in store, which usually means Im in the store for less than 2 minutes saving me from impulse buys :)All that, plus friendly staff has led me back to purchasing electronics through best buy, and, you should too.

I dont think ive ever been spoken to so rudely in my life. Really was a surreal experience. The tone the fella was speaking to me in was super unacceptable. I understand times are tough, but in any setting in customer service, that is no way to speak to anyone. Best buy USED to hire some of the most helpful and friendly people. Customer Service is horrible.1. Been on hold 45 minutes for Geek Squad ..... unacceptable2. Had a appointment with an 8 hour Wednesday 2/17, with confirmation number for appointment. Geek never showed or had the professionalism or courtesy to call and say he could not get here or needed to change appointment day.3. Telephone never answered at Geek Squad desk in store for 45 minutes now.4. Called the 800 number to try to get a person that way, pretty much same thing; recording said someone will call you back.Just horrific non existent customer service ...... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

We walked in and were asked if we needed any help. How nice it was! This store is smaller, so they dont have as much in stock (why the four stars), but its great if they do have what you need. It also means they arent generally overcome with shoppers except during big sales and holidays, so one can better browse.

I rarely ever review these big chain stores because I never had a bad experience with them. But yesterday I was disappointed in their service. I returned something I bought because I needed the money for an emergency. The guy did not even ask me if I wanted cash. He just completed the transaction and then told me that the money would be on my account by end of the day. I understand that lot of people are try to return stuff but this is just bad customer service.

Person at the door said to go to the laptop area and someone there would help me. I browsed the laptops for over half an hour waiting. Another guy wanted help and they rudely told him to check in at the front while two employees were talking to each other and not assisting me or him. I left and bought a laptop at Office Depot where they were happy to assist me with out any wait not confusion.

Looking for sound bars, they were spread out in the store, many demos didnt work, nobody stopped to help even though employees were walking around mindlessly. Ended up buying at Sams Club because the prices were better, the demo units actually worked and sounded great.

Just a complete and utter disaster. Started okay with good consultation at the store and an appointment set up with a Home Theater specialist. Nice young man who helped with the pricing. Then... He went on vacation, didnt attend the consultation with the installers then basically fell off the map. The installers (whom said would be available for question at anytime) basically told me to do all the wiring, set up myself. Not in their purview. They would not answer texts or calls with my questions. Nor would the specialist, nor would the person assigned while he was gone. I even went to the store for advise and there was no one there to help either. Fast forward to install day. After I did all the prep and research myself (as I had no help from the store), THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP. Just got back from the Best Buy store with my $12,000 returned to my card. Starting all over from scratch. Do not use these people. Their communication and customer service was awful. Just a complete joke. The only reason Im giving the one star is because it wouldnt allow me to give zero stars.

It was taking forever for them to get the order filled so I went in the store to see if I could pick up my already paid for game amd they sold it to someone in store!!! I am FURIOUS!! Its been quite a while since I have written on online review, but my most recent experience at the Best Buy in Rogers, Arkansas has made me want to change that. I have been shopping at the Best Buys in NW Arkansas since 2000, and just in the last month I received the some of the best customer service as person could ask for. I was in the market for some home theater components/electronics and Best Buy carried the products I was interested in. These items were in and out of stock so it took a little time and effort, especially because it was during time customers werent allowed in the store because of what was going on in our world. However, working with Noah at Best Buy in Rogers made this experience worth writing about. A long while ago I worked in retail at L&C where we went above any beyond for customers. In all my trips to Best Buy in NWA I had good experiences but none that hit this level. Enter Noah, who consistently and patiently worked with me help me find the items I needed or by checking with other areas within Best Buy to help find the answers I was looking for on multiple occasions. I cant say enough good things about how I was treated as words wont do it justice. The Geek Squad delivery teams were absolutely great to work with as well. I do know that Barry and the team at the Rogers Best Buy have proven time and time again how they step up for customers, and Noah has just set the bar.

Try to call, you’ll wait on hold for an unreal amount of time.I know they laid quite a few people off and made changes, but this is crazy.We need some kind of competitor to get into this area to put them on notice. I guess until then, they own us and can do as they please.
