This is a horrible company with the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. They took our equipment for a check up due to a light that came on but still ran perfectly. I asked since its under warranty its covered right? So the guy took it no big deal. Well fast forward two weeks no calls nothing. Receive a call a little over two weeks later your vacuum is ready. The guy brings it back out hooks it back up works the same as before no red light. Great. Here is the tricky part he demanded that we pay 140 dollars due to this not being under warranty. I reminded him about him telling me this is under warranty. He responded well its not so I need a credit card. Would not leave the house and demanded payment before he could leave. So I gave him a credit card and told him I will dispute this charge as soon as he leaves. He said whatever and left.I will never work with this company again. They are thieves!

I really enjoyed my experience with the staff at Aerus Electrolux, they were all very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. They were extremely helpful. My family has had bad allergies in the past and we purchased one of their air filtration systems and have had wonderful results. We no longer suffer from allergies in our home, its one of the greatest decisions we have ever made. Extremely happy with the purchase and the service that came with it.

My Central vac just recently went dead and I had to find someone to come repair it. Im so thankful I found this company out of all the other options in town. Their bid was by far the most reasonable and they worked around my busy schedule. The customer service was exceptional almost like you have known them forever. I will be calling them for any future issues I have.

Walked in to look at vacuums and spent a little more than i expected but it will last my lifetime. i also found the best air purifier on the market. it has changed our kids lives!

My mother-in-law has been a loyal Electrolux customer. While we do not have complaint about the product, the experience with the salesman was awful. She is in her upper 70s with health issues and caring for her husband on hospice. She has two small bedrooms with old, stained carpet, which she vacuums a couple of times a year before guests come. They told her that they could not fix the issue with her current Electrolux and convinced her to buy a new top-end platinum vacuum. Her old vacuum was still working, yet they took it and gave her a $600 credit toward her new purchase. They also gave a credit for being loyal to the company. She really believed she was getting a great deal. She still paid $1400!!!!! If you look online, she paid the same amount everyone else does - they just made her think it was a godo deal. It is completely out-of-line for the space she has and situation she is in.When the family all arrived the next week, she showed us. She used it one time, the day it arrived. We immediately called the company to let them know that they had taken advantage her - ethically, this was unacceptable. Because it had been a few more than the 3 days that the contract allowed, they said that they couldnt help us. We asked for the old vacuum back, and they said that they threw it away (even though they discounted her $600 for it.) They manipulated, took advantage, refused to return calls, passed the buck to corporate who sent the buck right back, lied repeatedly claiming to have made offers to help to me - conversations that NEVER even happened. Now, we have a very expensive vacuum that we could probably only get 1/2 the money for if we tried to resell it. We are disgusted by this sales team.

Would definitely recommend this location, I took my vacuum in and was only charged around 20$ and they fixed it on the spot. Definitely recommend.

We have tried to work with this company several times. They are rude, try to make you feel inferior. They dont keep appointments and never answer their phone. They will contact you and sell you a spill about your equipment not being maintained properly... NO MORE..... Dennis vacumn in Fayetteville will service and repair any equipment with a smile and professionalism.
